Scheduling was really easy and the office staff were really nice. Plumber Andrew arrived right on time, fixed two clogged sinks, installed a disposal, ran out and got a part, and fixed two leaking hose bibs all in three hours - honestly amazing. He also explained what he was doing and what to look out for in the future. We will definitely be calling them again the next time we need plumbing services.

I have used Milwaukee Plumbing years ago and was very impressed with the organization and skill of the Plumber.Milwaukee Plumbing came today to reseal a toilet. It was not a simple repair. Paul, the plumber was excellent and explained the need of restoration of the area due to a slow leak. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and knew exactly what had to be done. Thank you Paul!

On July 24th, I had Paul from Milwaukee Plumbing come out to our home to install a hot water heater. He was on time courteous and very knowledgeable. After the hot water heater install, I asked Paul about a couple of other small plumbing needs, Paulthen gave me the service dept. Ph# that I need to call for the replacement parts as well as a suggested laundry sink faucet replacement part that would be a much nicer set up then our current faucet. Paul and Milwaukee Plumbing went over and above to help with my plumbing needs. I will be calling Milwaukee Plumbing to install my new laundry faucet just as soon as I receive it. I have used Milwaukee Plumbing several times now and have always been very happy with the quality of their plumbers.-mark West Allis WI 07/25/2024

I have used Milwaukee plumbing and piping for my plumbing needs. Anyone looking for reliable, and honest plumbing work look no further. Im in the realm of having to watch my budget so after researching matters I chose milwaukee plumbing and piping for repair. My first experience could not have been better. This was before the country turned upside down, and we went from recession to depression. The price was reasonable the work was Sterling. Subsequent to depression unfortunately I had a bathroom matter nothing major. I was stunned at the bill and was left literally violated. However I was compelled (after I came back to earth) to call milwaukee plumbing and share my concern. The manager was gracious about my matter after explaining what I had experienced, and adjusted the bill accordingly. To me this is fair business practice, and reasonable customer service. Further they sent someone out to my home for free to access a matter. In the future if I have any plumbing needs milwaukee plumbing and piping will be on my short list for professional plumbing repair. I will never forget my first experience EXCELLENT in every way.

Where do I even begin.... We live in Whitefish Bay, our home was built in 1939; over the last few years our drainage backup problems have gotten worse and worse. Milwaukee Pluming & Piping came out this time as the previous company meant well but was coming out twice a year with no improved results.Here came the bad news- once the camera was down there we were advised by Bryant (awesome) that the integrity of our drain pipe approximately 20 feet away from our home was SHOT. Like broken, other debris, murky water he couldnt see through. I received a detailed explanation of the problem from Bryant and then shortly received a call from Joe Holtz- the Project Manager. I think Joe would also admit we got really lucky to have an awesome excavator available the very next day. Who actually came to my home (Danny) the night before just to introduce himself, look at the layout of the job, and try to put me, the customer, at ease... Apologies if I am writing a novel about this experience however it warrants it.THE VERY NEXT DAY at 7AM sharp we had Danny who I already met the night before with his excavator at our home (not MKE, but I will save his review for after this one) his 2 full size dump trucks to carry away most of our old walkway which was due for replacement anyway along with Chris from MKE Plumbing and and the job got started. First was digging the eight foot trench and inspecting our pipes. Disaster.. The integrity of our drain pipes were so bad (who knows..it was 1939. They were clay for all I know) that I was advised the most practical and sensible (two very important words) would be to replace the entire drain pipe.ALSO, while we happen to have an open 8 foot trench along our front yard what else is exposed? Indeed, God awful LEAD pipes. Of course I would replace poisonous LEAD pipes with brad new PolyPEX.Our water was shut off for 1 approximately 1 full day and then turned back on the next day around noon. TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND REMEMBER1. DIAGNOSIS WAS MONDAY2. WORK BEGAN AT 7AM ON TUESDAY UNTIL 8PM3. NEW DRAIN PIPE INSTALLED, CLEAN NONLEADED WATER HOSE INSTALLED PROPERLY BY NOON ON WEDNESDAY.4. I PRICED THE JOB WITH A FEW OTHER LOCAL COMPANIES AND NO ONE OFFERED THE SAME LEVEL OF SERVICE, CARE, AND HONESTY.My family and I would be living in a hotel right now as no one could begin the job as quickly and efficiently as Milwaukee Plumbing & Piping. I know larger companies have Project Managers- but these guys were local, they knew their business, and were extremely fair.In my opinion cost is an issue in the absence of value- we paid an unbelievably fair price for the work that was done in such a short period of time.Joe Holtz is the Project Manager- Super kind and respectful fellow. He was honest and up front about everything. Everything we discussed felt as if he would be making the same recommendations to his own family. By the way- he had WE Energies there the same day as diagnosis for line inspection, and Village inspector was there at 7am start day as well. You can have a great team in place but if they are not properly managed with the professionalism and thoughtfulness that Joe demonstrated I doubt this would have been pulled off as efficiently as it was.I purposely asked Joe for all the names of the workers who were part of this job. I am so very grateful to each an every one of them as I know this is not easy work.1. Thank you to Joe Holtz2. Thank you Danny (Excavator)3. Thank you tall Brandon4. Thank you old Brandon5. Fran was helpful to setup the appt for an emergency, others on the service team were diligent to keep me updated on the process to meet and Steve was kind, communicated the issues to be fixed /different solutions and worked very well to resolve them. Really appreciate the timely, efficient, seamless and great service that Jesse provided! Great customer service and love the service model Milwaukee Plumbing has; the supplier meets them with the hardware and hauls the old hardware away so their plumbers can execute and don’t need to be going back/forth to warehouses for supplies! Milwaukee Plumbing did some rough plumbing work at my house for a remodeling project/bathroom addition. The plumbers who worked on the job were courteous and did quality work quickly. Joe the plumber even came back at no charge and helped us troubleshoot fixtures we were having issues with (that Milw Plumbing did not install). I will have them out again if I have any plumbing issues.

We had a problem at the dental office with a pipe leaking which lead to us not being able to work properly with having patients here. The two guys that showed up were fast, friendly, and intelligent on the situation we had. They looked at the problem and explained to us what was wrong, got the correct parts and had it fixed within 30 minutes of arriving. They tested out all the equipment before leaving making sure we were up and running without having other issues throughout the day. After they left we noticed a leak in a different area and called them back and they arrived after the other job they had. Again they assessed the situation and got it fixed fast. Would recommend to anyone that is having plumbing issues and need it fixed fast and done the correct way.

This summer I had a HUGE hiccup with my mobile business and I cannot tell you what a lifesaver AL and Jesse were at Milwaukee Plumbing, along with their coworkers(dont remember all their names).... Not only did they keep their word on timing etc...., they made sure the day before I was going to pass inspection and they even had my faucet fixed as there was a glitch too... I will definitely recommend them to anyone and thank you to you all, you made a bad situation from someone elses unprofessionalism from a different company into a great one with you! 5 plus stars!

Excellent service. Tried to tackle a small plumbing issue I had with low water pressure on a cold water line to a bathroom faucet. When I placed my wrench on the pipe. The pipe pretty much just crumbled and broke off at the elbow. I called Milwaukee Plumbing and explained what happened. They called me back in 10 minutes and stated that they would have someone able to come within 3 hours. Plumber Kevin arrived with a packed vehicle (a mobile plumbing store) probably had 5 of everything any job could need. He took a look over everything and when out and got everything he needed. He worked non stop. (Not do 5 minutes of work and take a 20 or take phone calls.) He did an amazing job, vary friendly, took time to explain what needed to be done. The job was done in an hour and 15mins. Will definitely do business with Milwaukee Plumbing and Piping, again.
