I never thought I’d say this about plumbing, but I just love my new copper! Isaiah did an absolutely beautiful and meticulous job with replacing my old galvanized pipes and cleaned up as he went. No messes at all. He worked hard til he was done in 1 day. Very impressed and very happy. The cost of the whole project was affordable too. I would highly recommend Knight Plumbing and will call on them for future plumbing needs.

I was a bit hesitant to work with a larger plumbing company at first, but I was completely surprised in the best way. Scheduling was easy, and I got to work with Andy, who came out to do the repairs quickly and efficiently. He even came back just to make sure everything was working perfectly. I also spoke with Kris and another lovely lady in the call center, and they couldn’t have been warmer or more helpful. They listened to what I needed, provided all the info I asked for, and set me up for success. Working with Knight Plumbing has been an all-around fantastic experience!

Knights plumbing is Fantastic Quick service. Got the job done right away. I called Oak Creek Plumbing a few months ago for same issue. Oak creek plumbing overcharged me and never got my problem fixed after several visits… I gave up. Knight’s Plumbing is knowledge and reasonable. They are incredible. Very fast scheduling my appointment, very friendly and easy to talk with the plumber, he knew exactly what he was doing in replacing my requested parts and the job was not labor intensive. Would definitely recommend Knight Plumbing! Easy to schedule, worked with our schedule, and gave great service for what we wanted - before we finished our basement this summer. Isiah was a great one man show, re-did our old galvanized iron pipes to brand new copper and got a new and improved water heater. Update:Had Knight Plumbing out this week to redo lines in my basement to put them to code. I couldnt he happier! The work was done quickly and efficiently and the area was left cleaner than than when he came!Highly recommend. He was able to locate our leak and correct it. He also indicated that part of our drain would need to be replaced at some point and we decided to replace right away. Professional and prompt excellent service. I went to their website and filled out service request at 6:45am, prior to their scheduled opening at 8am. I was called by owner (Bradly) by 7am and he scheduled plumber to arrive at 8-9am. I received text updates, when plumber would arrive, and when on the way. (Wonderful service) Dan arrived on time. He was professional, and both my wife and I agreed he has great personality. He discussed what he had found, each step of troubleshooting, and solution. We agreed on the plan to resolve my toilets (2) waste pipe clogging. While troubleshooting, he found a more serious issue with my drain going out to public sewer. The sewer drain was backing up, and we jetted pipe, and confirmed full open condition with camera afterwards.This was an 8-hour job. The advanced motorized equipment and running pressure hoses from service truck to basement was some heavy lifting. Dan did not take one break. He was professionally fixing our severe clogging issue as quickly as he could. It was no easy work. I could go on.My cost was exactly what we planned on, no hidden service charges or extra supplies. I wanted to detail my experience with Knight Plumbing when I hired them to work on the sewage plumbing at my home summer 2023. Some time has elapsed since the work was done. When I look back at it, my experience was fantastic. I called several companies for a quote, and Knight Plumbing was the only company to actually come out to my home to view the work in person. They had great customer service when I called them with questions and they were able to complete the work quickly in a very professional manner. The plumber who completed the work was very tidy and thoughtful as well as knowledgeable. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend them without reservation. With a finished basement and a sump pump over 10 years old, I knew it was time to have it replaced. Knight Plumbing did an amazing job with the install of the sump pump and back up battery system. Jacob (the service tech) was curtious, professional, and very knowledgable about the job. He never tried to push me for upgrades. Always letting me make the call on what I wanted to spend. Once I chose the unit, he informed me that he had installed plenty of sump pumps, but never a back up battery system> So he called in Brad for some guidance. Brad arrived quickly to help set the system up and advise on how it worked. Once up to speed with the unit, Jacob completed the install. Neve once did I feel the job would be compromised because this was Jacobs first battery back up install. He completed the job in a timely fashion and left me with a new ready to go sump pump. We needed to have the tub/shower diverter replaced when it finally broke. We’d had another plumber come out previously for the same issue, but it was at least working at that point. That plumber told us that we needed to pull the entire unit out of the wall and replace it to resolve the problem, which was not an affordable option. Now that the diverter had pulled completely out, I was nervous about what all would be involved, and whether I would have to resign myself to bathing instead of showering. We called Knight Plumbing and were able get a timely appointment.We received a phone call with a time frame for the arrival. Isiah arrived exactly on time. He assessed the situation and said that he would be able to effect the repairs himself the same afternoon, which he did. He said that it was a straightforward repair and the charges were quite reasonable.I hope not to need plumbing services in the near future but I would definitely choose Knight in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had three issues that needed to be rectified in our Shorewood home that we have lived in for over 30 years. One was a sink way out in our family room that didn’t run at all, another was an upstairs bathroom with no water pressure in the sink, and the final one was a leaky bathtub with really old faucets. Other plumbers hemmed and hawed and one even told me I needed new piping. Andy took the time to really check everything out and came up with a great solution for each one and fixed the problems in the second visit after we got the parts. I reached out to Knight Plumbing after essentially being ignored by a couple of other companies in the area. They got me in for an initial consult and set me up for an appointment very quickly. They were booking about 2 weeks out at the time. I got my estimate shortly after. He was great, personable and professional. A funny guy that knew what he was doing and was able to do the same efficiently.The project: We had a concrete wash tub in our basement that had water ... and other things... backing up into it. He broke down and removed the concrete tub, replaced the tub, the surrounding faucets and pipes. He also replaced a very old toilet that was bolted to the wall in the basement.This was a 6 hour project. I appreciated that Andy showed up with a bright purple van that said Knight Plumbing and that his shirt identified the company as well. The handle was installed too far forward, so much that I couldn’t install backer board.Knight Plumbing came back to fix :)Then after nearly completing my project I realized the fixture was still nearly an inch too far forward and not installed according to manufacture instruction (which is fine I suppose as long as it still works- it just didn’t in this case).Knight Plumbing came back to fix again but I’d sealed the wall and I’ll need to fix a different way (adding tile to the front to cover the gap).So if the problem ultimately could get fixed by Knight Plumbing, why 4 stars?Well I took one off because I’ll have to use some creative problem-solving to fix the issue, but overall I have to say I am extremely impressed by Knight Plumbing’s communication and continued effort to make sure I am completely satisfied.Ultimately, while they can’t entirely fix the issue, I would nonetheless recommend Knight Plumbing.They are reasonably priced and will make sure they’ve done everything to make the customer happy. Many companies work to make sure you are happy, but not like these folks, they really really make sure they have done the work to your complete satisfaction.No contractor will get the job right 100% of the time, given that, what you want is a contractor that will communicate and stand by their service.In this regard, Knight Plumbing is exceptional.

I wish I could say I used Knight Plumbing, but I just enjoy the good customer service of promptly responding to poor reviews from entitled people who dont value the trades. The reality is that a good tradesman isnt cheap but there are always people who think theyre smart because they ask for a breakdown of labor and materials. Knight understands that if you want to stay in business, you either do the job or you walk away. Transparency in telling people what the prices are and the ramifications are seems to be is important. What many of the lower star reviewers seem to complain about is price, not experience or the ability to actually do the work. So, good job Knight. Whatever youre doing, keep doing it. Sometimes haters are gonna hate and theres nothing you can do about it. Dont grovel, especially to entitled people who dont have your skills. Own it. And it does seem that Knight owns it and mades good on items when possible. Just dont give in to everyones whim. There are plenty of people who want to ask like little terrorists. Dont give in to terrorists.

Had a great experience with Knight Plumbing, and would hire them again. Had some work that needed to be done, I called and they said they would be out in 10 minutes. They were at my door exactly 10 minutes after calling. Came in, assessed the problem and took care of it. Cleaned up afterwards. I thought that their prices were reasonable as well. If you need plumbers, call Knight Plumbing, youll be glad you did!

After a horrible experience for my washer install via plumbers from a major store chain, I contacted Knight Plumbing. The dispatcher was extremely courteous and professional and ensured she would have someone out as quickly as possible. I received a call on day of service asking if the plumber could arrive earlier than the initial time slot which worked out perfectly! Upon arrival, Tanya came in and viewed the problem, provided an upfront estimate, and was VERY PATIENT and PROFESSIONAL!!! She went above and beyond. I would highly recommend their services. First guy came out to fix the sump pump but didnt have the storm pump tools to help disengage the safety valve. The new sump pump installed didnt work because something was wrong with the storm pipe. Had to schedule another appointment where the office was accommodating and got us in the following day. Second guy came in with the storm pipe wrench and turned it a little and the water started to go down with the new pump. Also had him inspect and clean our sewer line for it looked like it hasnt been gutted out for some time. The second guy was able to get the job done super quick and was very helpful. Will definitely use them again.

My experience with Knight Plumbing was a positive one. Of course I checked feedback of other reviews and before making my appointment. From the time I scheduled my appointment with George to meeting the Victor was purely professional. Vic was on time and explained every step of the job as he went along from beginning to end. Our home is over 100 years old and you never know what you will find but Vic was patient. Price was given to me up front and reasonable...no surprises. He had to work in 2 bathrooms and left both pretty clean. I wont hesitate to call them for any/all future plumbing needs. Good job well done. Thank you.

I called a few different plumbers this morning looking for help with my hot water heater. I had, what seemed like an easy fix, causing me issues for nearly 4 hours. Beyond frustrated and needing help I started reaching out to different plumbers looking for advice or seeing if I needed someone to come out. The first 2 places I called were largely unhelpful and provided no help or even offers of service. This all changed when I contacted knight plumbing. I have rarely seen such caring and dedicated service from any company. I was in contact with a plumber who spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me going over things to check. This included giving me a personal cell phone number and having me provide pictures for easier help. He put up with my general lack of knowledge with extreme patience and a real desire to help. He was clearly knowledgeable and walked me through what I feel was an entire servicing of my hot water heater over the phone. When we finally ended the call he personally reached out to me to see if the issue had been resolved (he left me with one more thing to try, at this point I felt like I was basically an expert and let him go) or if I needed to call in and get more help. I am extremely impressed by the dedication to random strangers this man, and company, have shown. And because of this they have earned a loyal customer and I cannot recommend them enough. No matter what your issue is you will helped, respected, and genuinely cared after with Knight plumbing. Cannot say enough good things about these guys.

We received great service. Brad and Andy were great to work with. Brad was patient with all my questions and was clearly knowledgeable about older homes like ours. We trusted them with fixing our tub clog. Pipes needed to be unclogged and replaced from the 1st floor ceiling, under the 2nd floor tub. We cut into the ceiling ourselves. We also needed some new tub parts. It was expensive but I think any other plumber would charge as much. We couldnt be happier with the results! They arrived when expected, after calling first, and the office was also great. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

I had a sewer blockage and initially they were fully booked out for 4 days. They were able to reschedule me twice to get someone out 1 day later after I initially called. I appreciated the effort to to to get to my immediate need without charging me an emergency fee. The plumbers that came out were professional and got right to work. They gave me a few cost estimates to try and achieve the end goal and kept to their agreed price upon before work was started. They fixed my issue and gave good recommendations.

Overall very happy with the service from Knight Plumbing! We had a leak in our natural gas line, so we put in a request online, which is very convenient. We also had them move the service line for three dryer and scope and root our main sewer line.
