Talk about fast! They were there 10 minutes after I called. I appreciated that they gave me up front pricing which was half of what I was quoted by a big franchise company. They were thorough, knowledgeable and extremely nice guys. I was so happy and impressed that I recommended them to my daughter before they even left!

Called for a puddle around my basement floor drain. After i explained the details of what i tried, he suggested just trying a plunger, and to call back if it didn’t work. Well it worked! We had a sewer lateral clogged by roots from a City tree at the street. Of course it had to happen on a Sunday during the Holidays. Jeff showed up within 2 hours and had us fixed up in quick fashion. We were back to washing clothes and flushing toilets before lunchtime. The price was fair and Jeff let us know how much it would cost before any work was done.

These guys are the best! I had a BAD mainline backup, which ended up being worse than they were expecting Im sure, but they were able to get it cleared out and didnt even add any additional charge!Jeff was very informative and helpful, and even took the time to show me how to properly use their root killer later so I could use the water again. He explained how the products I had been using werent doing much of anything, and informed me on how to prevent this issue again in the future.Ive used 2 other companies for mainline cleaning in the past, but these guys will be the only ones I use from here on out!

Along with being very personable, James and Jeff found the source of the problem quickly and had it repaired in about half an hour. I had a clogged main sewer line and other companies (think Roto rooter) were quoting twice the price to clear it out.Im not sure if I got Jeff or James on the phone, but he said that he would be to my house in mere hours after my call. They came, they cleared, and they conquered that clogged drain.It didnt take long, so he said that it was actually $50.00 cheaper than what he quoted me on the phone. I couldnt believe how fast they were! I think everything aligned just right, I called and left a message, minutes later I got a call back and they were on their way. My floor drain was backed up and needed to be cleaned out. They arrived, evaluated, and sprang into action, cleaned out the floor drain CORRECTLY! After they were done, they gave me a foaming treatment for tree roots and showed me EXACTLY how to use it, and the safety procedures I should follow. (He would have done it for me, but we needed use of the drains until we went to bed.) I tell ya what, these guys were fast, professional, courteous, not condescending, humorous, good guys. They did the job right, they did it fast and they charged the same, and less than, anyone else. Great attitudes, and just overall great guys to have out to do work. This is who I will call from now on. Hire them, you will be happy. I know I am.

Our basement drain backup over the weekend. I really thought we have to wait till Monday. We really caution about calling plumber since we got an unexpected bill last time we hired them. We really do want to know the estimated cost before agreeing. None of the plumbers get back to us. So I just gave these guys a shot and called them on Sunday. I was so surprised that they said they could come over in an hours. They gave us a quote, came over, inspect the drain, unclog it and out the door under 30 min. For $150, thats very affordable especially when they could come over the weekend and finished it very quickly. They accept only cash which is something my family prefer but thats something to know before calling them. They told us how to locate clog and how to prevent them in the future. They also recommended us a root killing treatment but after I mentioned that we will be moving out soon. He just recommended against it since it would be a waste. Which really tell me that they are not out here to rip off desperate ppl. I would recommend them to anyone who have simple problems that need a quick and affordable fix. Or anyone who need honest plumbers for your next emergency.

Jeff came to our house an hour after we called Rotorooter to address a backup of water coming up through our basement toilet, shower, and floor drain, which they were unsuccessful in addressing. Saying we would need to remove the toilet in the basement to get to the clog instead of trying to get the cap off of the access pipe that connected the toilets from upstairs and downstairs. Rotorooter charged us over $200 to try to snake directly from the floor drain with no future advice except to call a plumber to remove the toilet. Once Jeff arrived we showed him all the pipe locations, he understood immediately that the clog was due to grease. He was able to open the access panel that connected the toilet drains and was able to snake all the way to the main drain and release the clog. He gave us a lot of useful tips to keep it from clogging up again and only charged us about the same amount but the quality and time and attention he took really was worth the cost. I am glad to provide a 5 star review without hesitation and will call upon Jeff and James again in the future if needed.
