Well, I literally had a rag go down my bathtub drain, obviously it clogged. I called tuffys at 7:32PM and they gave a me a quote over the phone and Austin came right out, same night! He showed up at 8:05 and went right to work. He was quick, kind, efficient and most importantly, he fixed it! He was out the door by 8:35 pm! I paid the Same price that I was quoted over the phone and I have to say the service was awesome. It was quicker then ordering a pizza. Amazing service. I will call them again when I need a plumber. ☺️

I called Tuffys first thing in the morning (before their posted business hours) to schedule an appointment. Sherry was very helpful and polite on the phone and was able to accommodate me into their already booked schedule for the day. As promised Chris and Andy showed up this morning and got to work right away. They made it look pretty effortless running their equipment to clear out my sewer line (there were a couple of root balls clogging the line). Both Chris and Andy were very polite and talked me through what they were doing and what to do to help prevent future issues. Once finished with the work, they fully cleaned up the area near the cleanout where they were working. All said and done they were in and out within an hour. I hope that I do not have to call them again in an emergency situation, but definitely wont hesitate to do so if needed. I will be having them out annually to check out the line and make sure everything is as it should be.Thanks again for fitting me into your full schedule last minute, I really appreciate it.-Tom

We have been using Tuffys Sewer and Drain for years now. Our plumber recommended them to us. I called and scheduled an appointment with Sherry for 12/4/19. On 12/4/19 Sherry called me and said Chris and Andy may be a little late due to problems with their truck on 12/3/19, they were catching up. I thought that was very kind to call ahead to let us know. They did not arrive much past the time they had originally scheduled, which amazed me. When Chris and Andy arrived they cleaned three lines, two bathroom and our kitchen. They do a fantastic job and are very clean and neat!! Never a problem with a leak after they are done. Chris always explains and shows you what he is doing and how great the water flows once he is finished. Tuffys is the only sewer and drain cleaning company we will use.Thank you Chris and Andy for always doing such a great job!!Mary and Lyle

We had gone through my home warranty twice for my basement sewer being backed up. They offered to have the first company come or to have Tuffys. I chose Tuffys because the first place came in September and this shouldnt be happening again! Tuffys came EARLY (awesome!) Fixed my issue in about 20 minutes!! So fast, stated it was probably never fixed correctly in the first place since the issue came back again so soon but whos to tell regardless. Austin cleaned up so nicely after as well!! We were informed incorrectly about so many things by the previous company & Tuffys knew EXACTLY what they were doing. Thanks again to Austin & Sherry for coming and helping & squeezing me in their schedule. With being a first time home owner with my fiancé they were so kind, on time & quick our minds were put at ease. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Got the run around from a bunch of others company’s who all said I needed a pipe reloaded. Called Tuffys and Austin and Chris came out the same day and fixed my tub within mins and didn’t have to replace the pipe at all. Very fast, professional and affordable. This morning I woke up to discovered that my basement floor drain was blocked up with raw sewage and had filled the basement floor. Frustrated, scared, and confused, I called my home warranty company who put me in touch with Tuffy’s Sewer and Drain. Sherri from sewer and drain called me. She was polite, professional, and very friendly. She scheduled my appointment for tomorrow at 11 am. I told her I had a small child at home and and my water was shut off. Hearing the desperation in my voice, she called back and told me her husband had a soft spot for children and he would be at my home shortly after 6 pm. At 6:15, her husband and her son Chris arrived at my home. When they arrived, they were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They answered all my questions. Within 20 minutes, the work was completed efficiently and quickly. They cleaned up the sewage and they cleaned up behind themselves; you would not have even known they were there! They had done an outstanding job! I would never go with any other company. Thank you Tuffy’s sewer and drain for being compassionate in my time of need.

I was recommended to have Tuffy’s come camera my in-ground downspout drains before getting new gutters and I’m so glad I did! Chris and Austin came over with their high-tech drain camera and found out that one of my underground pipes was broken. Im so grateful we called Tuffys. Sherry was very helpful on the phone and in setting up the appointment. Chris and Austin came out to our house on New Years Day and cleared the house trap after two other companies had unsuccessfully tried to clear the line that week. They got the line cleared in a matter of minutes with and saved us from an extremely expensive house trap removal project. I highly recommend them based on this service.

We called Chris the day of my mothers issue. Her toilet was backed up and she was having all types of plumbing issues. Chris and his assistant came out in the middle of a winter storm to assess her plumbing issues. Sherry who was in constant contact with myself and my mother (71 yrs. young) informed us of when Chris and his assistant would come out to her home to look at the problem. They were there in no time. They fixed the plumbing in the home and even went outside underneath her trailer. He informed us of the problems under ground which clearly cant be rectified until Spring given the harsh winter weather and that was out of their control. However, the did fix the inside plumbing within the mobile home. They explained everything to us and charged a reasonable amount for coming on such short notice and working in a snow storm. They were very polite and did what they could thoroughly informing us that they clearly couldnt fix what was wrong underground due to the harsh winter weather, however they stated they would come back to fix the issue underground when the weather had subsided. Top notch job and we will certainly call them again to come out. Fantastic people, responsive immediately and tell you whats happen in laymans terms. We will certainly recommend Tuffys to others in need of plumbing repair or diagnostics.

Chris works his tail off every time we have a clogged sewer drain thanks to tree roots. Its a tough job and its unpleasant; he wont show-up in a tuxedo wearing white gloves and he wont speak like a Shakespearean actor. But he gets the job done every time!
