    We scheduled a major rework of our laterals and new water lines throughout particularly for a larger basement bathroom that we relocated for a complete basement remodel. I sincerely dreaded the noise and mess to follow from the concrete cuts, dust, hauling concrete out and stone and new cement back downstairs! I expected and feared the whole house and yard would be a disastrous muddy dirty mess. However, The Rozga crew headed up by Arnold (Arnie) with the incredibly hard working guys-Callahan, Dan, Eric, Evan and Hunter was admirable. These gentlemen started early and worked all day long going up and down our basement stairs repeatedly for days hauling things in and out and up and down and they just kept working! It was quite impressive. Our arthritic knees ached just watching them work. From start to finish the attention to detail was impeccable. Plastic walls from floor to ceiling were set up to help keep the mess to a minimum in the rest of the home and at each days end the basement was left as clean as possible which we could not have appreciated more! A huge shout of praise with a side of thank you to Arnie and the entire Rozga crew for their professionalism, cleanliness and very very hard work.     I needed the broken sewer lateral from my house to the street repaired.     I couldn’t find a company to help service my frozen pipes in my mobile home to save my life!! Cody and Evan from Rozga were amazing!!! They listened to my concern, made time to come help me even tho they were fully booked and made my day!! My water came on right before Evan arrived at my house, so no service was needed but I am so appreciative that they made sure to come help me at the drop of a hat.     We were fortunate to find Rozga for our relatively urgent and complex sewer repair. After contacting three or four other plumbers in the area and being told they either couldnt handle the complexity of our problem or couldnt make it out to our house for several weeks, every interaction with the Rozga team from the first phone call was excellent. They are professional, courteous, and arrived promptly- literally to the minute- every single day of our job. We were also impressed how many measures they took to protect the rest of our house and driveway around the work area and clean up after they were done. Arnold is the most knowledgable plumber Ive ever encountered...we will absolutely return to them for any plumbing needs in the future.

    In November they did a repair for us. We werent sure of the cause and it turned out to be a tree root. They were careful to be the least disruptive to the lawn since it was so late in the season and we wouldnt be able to plant grass. They arrived on time, finished ahead of time, cleaned up very well, and kept us informed for each step. Lastly, it cost less than their estimate.     My mom needed a water heater replaced in her mobile home, and was worried that it would end in disaster to have it replaced. She had multiple companies give her estimates, and overall, Rozga was available soonest and at the best price. Ray N. Showed up on time and reassured her and made her feel at ease with everything. It was all conpleted and cleaned up at the end of the job and my mom no longer has a water heater leaking through to her floor.     They gave me a time frame that they were expecting to be here, and called me 1 hour before the time frame to let me know that Arnold just finished another job and could be at my house in about 20-30 minutes which was earlier than expected which was great. A text message update with Arnold picture and information so you knew who your service man actually was. Arnold replaced our faucet, siezed valves, and drain happily without any complaints in a reasonable amount of time. I feel that the cost was very reasonable, and the company, and staff from start, to finish was very professional. Thank you guys for all your help.

    New 40 gal atmospheric Bradford White water heater replacing 16 year old GE. Rogza Plumbing was one of the one companies that called me back for a quote. Sales answered all my questions. Made appointment after shopping around. They emailed and called when they were on their way. Email contained a picture of plumber who would be arriving, which is cool. Matt (plumber) showed up within quoted time. Excellent respect of property (floor, walls, appliances, etc) as to not damage them. New water heater installed roughly 2.5 hours later. Professional work, allowed me to watch to learn. Answered all my questions and provided tips. Highly recommend. Thank you for helping me!

    Ray and Evan came to redo some old cast iron drains, as well as repair/replace some old non code compliant drains. Ray had done previous service work at our property, and once again, presented himself in a very professional manner. He and Evan did an outstanding job replacing all the necessary piping, made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards, and took ample time showing my wife and I the work, and why it was done as it was to be to code. Both of them made sure all of our questions and any concerns we may have had were all addressed. They both arrived exactly on time like we were scheduled, and the overall cost fell right in the window we were quoted. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. We have nothing but good things to say about Rozga and their staff, including Angie, who scheduled our service, Bryan, our estimator, and the everyone involved in the project.     I originally contacted Rozga for a simple clogged drain, but after Jason and Dan did such an excellent job clearing roots out of my sewer line, I decided they were the right contractor to make planned upgrades to my house. Bryan did a great job scheduling a new hot water heater, hot water recirculating system and a replacement for the original 1960s concrete laundry tub (handily broken down and removed by Evan). On the first trip I asked Jason about a smart main water valve and he mentioned the Moen I eventually went with.I need to wrap up my current renovations, but when the time comes to remodel the bathrooms, and add one to the basement, I will definitely be getting Rozga back in to do that work.

    An unexpected plumbing issue can be a nightmare but Evan came out to our home and fixed our issue in a professional, knowledge manner. Evan put in a lot of hard work to fix our plumbing issue and my husband and I could not be more appreciative. What we thought would be a quick job turned into over 4 hours. Evan explained everything, cleaned up well and tripled checked everything. Hopefully we do not need another plumber soon but if we do we will definitely ask for Evan.

    Well, Ive found our new plumbing contractor. Angie in the office was a delight. Friendly, efficient, and got me scheduled for early the next morning. 3-4 other places I called first had wait times of up to 12 days! Rozga sent me an email confirming the appointment, and even sent an email when Matt the plumber was on his way, and even included a pic of him. Matt called to let me know he was on the way, and even showed up a few minutes ahead of 8 am. All communications were very professional.Matt made the work look easy, doing what I had tried to do 2 days before but ran into a couple of problems. He was smart, and answered some technical/general questions we had. His work was thorough and no mess left behind. Rozga service charge of $69 for call out is fair, and unlike some others, they dont start the clock on your job beginning when they leave the last job! Happy to have found a good, reliable plumbing outfit. Will use Rozga when I need real pros again!

    We were in “emergency mode” today, Sunday. My 91- year old mother in law had a plugged toilet that simple plunging would not fix. We called several plumbers, many with some good reviews but were unable to get any help until we spoke with Jason who was able to come to my mother in law’s home in less than an hour and fix the problem. Since this was the only toilet she could access because of limited mobility, Rozga’s excellent emergency service saved the day/night.

    I think everyone dreads ever having to cut up their concrete basement floor to fix a sewer pipe issue with the concrete dust, mud, water and all the mess. Not to mention the repair and new concrete to match the existing concrete floor of a once beautiful recreation room.Alas, I was extremely fortunate and grateful to have Arnie Stricker and his assistant Evan (of Rozga Plumbing) perform this very challenging and potentially disastrous repair. Arnie kept the concrete cutting dust to a minimum and had all the surrounding area covered with a plastic screen while having a vacuum cleaner running all the time to remove the concrete dust from the air ! Very impressive ! Also, Arnie and Evan kept the remaining concrete floor covered with tarps to keep the unaffected concrete floor clean from this repair.Arnies and Evans proactive efforts and excellent and well thought out repairs turned this potential nightmare into a beautiful, clean and extremely appreciative repair of the sewer pipe under our basement concrete floor !I am grateful to Arnie and Evan for their outstanding repair and their constant vigilance to keep our basement and house clean during and after this challenging and potentially very messy repair !Yours sincerely,Jim and Kathy Fuchs

    We needed a new water heater so we called Rozga plumbing. Matt R. came to our house and installed a new water heater for us. He did a great job and was very professional. A few weeks later we had trouble with our sanitary tub not draining. We cslled Rozga again and Arnie and Hunter came and fixed the problem. Theykept us informed of any other problems they saw and told us our options of repair. They did an awsome job and if I need work in the future I will call Rozga again and ask for Matt or Arnie or Hunter.

    Rozga plumbing literally saved our moving weekend and I couldnt thank them enough or be happier with the service they provided. Two days before we were set to move into our first home, the water heater leaked and flooded half of our basement. Rozga Plumbing came highly recommended and they not only were able to replace our water heater the same day, but they also were very kind in helping us problem-solve first time home buyer questions of what do we do next?Arnold took the time to explain all of his recommendations on what needed to be done and was very thorough in both the water heater replacement and doing some safety adjustments in the basement piping (water and gas lines) at the same time as well.     Very professional. Fast work, and the total cost was less than I expected. Ray (the plumber) explained what he was going to be doing, and why it was going to be done.     My fiance Andrew and I made the New Years resolution to start turning our house into the dream home we always wanted. Of course this began with a call to Rozgas (which as I am told by my sister who flips houses does the best work). First, Shane W. was the technician sent to us to help with our plumbing problem. We were hearing an extremely loud knocking sound each time the water ran in our upstairs showers/sinks/esp. when using hot water. He figured out the problem and began starting out with the least expensive way to alleviate the noise. He even was able to show us a few replacement parts he would need to use so that my fiance could purchase them at the local hardware store and save us a few $$. I brought up that we had bought a brand new garbage disposal months ago, yet still we were unable to find someone to install it and he was able to do that and help solve the problem we were having with the tubes running to the dishwasher and the sprayer that needed to be replaced for the sink. He was very knowledgeable when answering all my questions, definitely accomplished more than I thought he would be able to get done, had a laid back attitude (which eased my nerves), and when explaining the bill discussed with us other routes we could go if the knocking noise persisted down the line. We will be asking for him in the future again if possible!!The second problem was a heating issue. Both of the appointments were scheduled the same day and saved us a service fee which was cool! We have a tri-level house making it very hard to heat each level evenly. The technician Chris B. was very intelligent, professional, explained thoroughly to us reasons why certain heating problems were occuring. He is the only person that has ever looked at our furnace and even asked to see the manual! He was very patient with all of my questions and again showed us the best ways to get our humidifier going, tips on how to heat the house the best ways possible with a tricky tri-level home, he pointed out that the furnace is starving for air flow, and was able to give us some suggestions of what we have to work with in our style of home. Chris really knew his stuff and we are looking forward to getting the quotes on some possible work we will need to put into the ventilation system. 5 stars for both Chris B. and Shane W.-they gave us a positive experience with Rozga, and We hope they know how much we appreciated them doing the job and putting us at ease as first time home owners.

    I have never encountered a more professional, kind, dedicated, organized, efficient, and motivated tradesperson than Greg from Rozga. As the plumbing supervisor, he made our experience of adding a bathroom to our basement seamless, and guided us through every single step of the process without making it overwhelming. He consistently went above and beyond, and our complete satisfaction was his #1 priority. This being our first house and it needing a LOT of work, we quickly discovered we were in over our heads. Greg and his team made sure that not only would the plumbing be excellent, but they shared their expertise so that everything else affected by it (electrical, carpentry, etc.) would be excellent as well. This is an honest and fair company with very talented people, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Greg is truly a gem and we couldnt have done this without him. THANK YOU!!

    My wife and I own a 1928 Bungalow with many original features, plumbing included. I contacted Rozga on a Wednesday for a repair on our kitchen sink p-trap /waste connection and evaluation on a couple other concerns and was able to get them scheduled for the next day. Not only was it easy to discuss concerns and schedule with Rozga on the initial call back, but that only continued when Ray came to do do the work -- I feel like I hit the plumbing jackpot! Rays work on the waste connection and p-trap was beautiful and likewise, he was incredibly helpful in diagnosing and evaluating the other concerns that I had.     From my first phone call with Brian, Rozga was fantastic. Jason came out to evaluate an issue that another company had “diagnosed”. He was very thorough, explained each step, made sure I was informed of AND understood each option as we got more information.     Unfortunately, the winter vortex was unkind to our tankless water heater. The extreme cold had caused internal components to rupture within. We had to turn off all hot water access in the house to stop the leak. We called multiple area plumbers, and Rozga was the first to call back. Within 45 minutes of talking on the phone, Sam was at our house looking at the problem and giving us his honest opinions as to what we needed. After he left, within a hour, Sam had sent us the emailed quote detailing both a replacement tankless option and the standard tank. We decided to go back to a tank. He had availability the next day, and within 24 hours of the initial issue, we were back up and running with hot water. Everyone we worked with was personable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them in our home and they did good work. I am happy to support a local business and would highly recommend them to others.

    I am so happy I found Rozga plumbing for my water heater issue. They are top notch in every aspect. Not only were they OVER $1000 LESS than a previous quote I received, but they were also upfront with their pricing, providing a complete breakdown in their quote over the phone. They even offered a lower cost alternative instead of replacing the water heater since it was the power vent that was the primary issue. But since the water heater was going on 20 years, I decided to have it replaced. Dan did a phenomenal job and was friendly and professional. The final cost was on the lower end of their quote, and I could not be happier with the outcome. I am not an easy grader, so this compliment and review is well deserved.

    We have used Rozga for a number of things in our house, most recently replacing our hot water heater. Arnold came in August to replace our garbage disposal and was extremely thorough. He was able to come again to replace the hot water heater and got right to work as he already knew what needed to be done.     These guys are amazing! Dont doubt calling them for anything.Seriously stop scrolling and just call them. They can do any plumbing job efficiently and professionally. We had them out for a few issues upstairs and a vanity install. Seamless, clean and professional. If they thought someone else could do a piece of the work we needed more cost-effectively, they referred it out. That was a first for me, honestly, as a home owner.Recently, due to the snowstorm (more like slush by the Lake) we had flooding in our basement. A LOT in a very short time frame of a few hours. It flooded the entire finished and unfinished basement to the point where our carpet was floating. It was Friday night at 8-9 pm and we called EVERY plumber known to man after calling Rozgas answering service. Guess who called us back? Jason at Rozga. Guess who didnt? Every other plumbers answering service that promised they would. While Rozga couldnt come out that night, Jason walked us through trouble shooting our issue over the phone MULTIPLE times (including very late into the night) and got DPW to come out in the middle of the night (2 am) to shut off our water line when all else failed. Id been trying various numbers for DPW but wasnt getting traction at all but Jason got it done within an hour by some miracle.Next morning? Jason was out right away to try to assess the cause of the issue and got water running back out to the sewer and out of our basement. He explained everything in detail, showed us the issues and was as professional, patient and nice in person as he was over the phone the night before. Not sure how he did that on such little sleep talking to us through the night! He was also super considerate of the amount of money we were spending on emergency hours and fixed the immediate need so we could do the non-emergency stuff on regular hours. Who does that other than someone really nice?I cant say enough wonderful things about Rozga in general (Im sorry, I forgot the dispatchers name) and Jason. For regular needs like weve used them for and in times of crisis like yesterday and today they are really your dependable go-to.

    We have been slowly remodeling our home over the past 4 years. Just getting into the dreaded kitchen remodel and needed an expert to take a look at existing drains and old plumbing to recommend what we should upgrade/change while the walls were open. Monday morning she called back to confirm that I still needed the appointment, gave me the name of the plumber whod be doing the work and and confirmed the appointment time. Two hours before the appointment, Eric called to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could start early. 30 minutes later, he arrived, and by the time the middle of the window he was supposed to arrive in rolled around, Eric was done and I have a new discharge pipe that water drains out of completely for the entire length its outside the house and suggestions from him for things to follow up with to ensure that this never happens again, even if it DOES get to -15°F again. Both employees were helpful, friendly and above all quick and competent.

Matt was great at communicating and after thoroughly assessing the situation he explained what needed to be done and why. He then proceeded to clear about 20 pounds of tree roots from the main lateral between the house and the street. He also took great care to make sure everything was cleaned up afterward. The next day Jason came and ran a camera through the line to make sure everything was as it should be. (I moved into this 88-year-old house a year ago). Jason explained everything he was doing. The invoice was fair and reasonable. Steve (I believe he was a manager) came out and was not only personable and professional, but educated us on options along the way (he was also very great with our German shepherds, which is just extra awesome).     I dont think Ill ever call another plumbing company!About a year ago, Matt K. came to install our kitchen sink and noticed/fixed an issue with some plumbing not up to code beyond the sink install. He was incredibly helpful and didnt treat me like a neglectful homeowner or just the little Mrs. of the house. He explained everything extremely professionally and thoroughly like Im a newer homeowner (which I am!) and gave me tips on maintainance.Fast forward to this past Wednesday, and our 11-year-old water heater rusted out at the bottom. I called Rozga and asked for an appointment for today (Monday) since it was a holiday weekend. They were extremely courteous over the phone both times I called (I had a follow-up question on Friday). They scheduled me right away for 8am during that first call. As it turns out, Matt K. was at our house today, promptly and a little early! He did an extemely thorough check of everything and of our request for a tankless water heater. He checked every option to fulfill our request, but ultimately, our house isnt a great candidate for a tankless water heater. Instead of going through with the tankless heater install with a hefty price tag due to the work that needed to be done, Matt saved us a ton of money and suggested something that better suits the house and our budget. He treated our house like his own, cleaning up and taking care not to make a mess.     One word...Beyond!! I have to leave a review after Bryan from Rozga Plumbing stop by our house last night on his way home from work for a consultation. We had a pipe freeze and water gushing all over our house on 12/26/22. Bryan was super patient and extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all of our plumbing in our basement. We have a private well for our water supply which we are unfamiliar with. He was able to show us a quick way to turn off the water in the future and is working with us to move the pipe so that they dont freeze again in the future.Our frozen pipes were behind drywall, mounted on an exterior wall with no insulation between the wall and the pipes. He explained that even insulation doesnt always prevent pipes from freezing - each situation is unique.We are so grateful that Bryan took time after the end of what Im sure was a very long day to come to our house and explain everything to my husband and I. I would highly recommend them and have actually used them for years at our house and my rental properties in West Allis.

While it was an emergency, and they knew it, the price was the best I could get based on other plumbers I talked to. I didnt get to it until this spring during the beginning of COVID. Even before the CDC, OSHA, etc came out with standards, they were already following the protocols.     We had a leak in our ceiling under our bathtub, so I called the after hours number for assistance. Arnold was very responsive and assessed our situation over the phone. He reviewed the cost of coming out on the weekend and made sure that I understood what the charges would be, which was helpful in making the decision to have him come assess the problem. He was able to repair the issue temporarily (and quickly) and then we set up an appointment for the week to have the permanent fix made.Shane was the plumber who fixed the leak permanently, and then he noticed another issue with a pipe that was very corroded.     Were first time home owners and honestly completely clueless about much of the nitty gritty, plumbing included. Rozga was an excellent company to work with. We had a very leaky bathroom sink, leak into the basement from the toilet, and a slow drip kitchen faucet. The office was friendly and asked the appropriate questions and worked with our schedules to get an appointment on our time. Arnie arrived on schedule and efficiently analyzed our issues and explained all of our realistic options. He left with our immediate issues solved and helped us discuss a long term plan for dealing with our ancient plumbing. All questions were answered in a friendly manner and never felt stupid to ask, even the basic things. We paid exactly what we expected to pay. You never hope to need a plumber, but I feel much better having found an excellent one in a non-emergent situation so I know exactly who to call down the road.

    I chose Rozga Plumbing & Heating due to the good online reviews. They definitely did not disappoint. I needed two outside water faucets replaced as one of them the guts was bad and it continuously leaked. Shane was my technician. He called me in the morning for a courtesy call to inform me on the time he would be out. He was right on time. He was friendly and polite. I showed him my faucets and downstairs where the water was shut off. He was going to install the frost-free faucets. He also gave me the choice if I wanted to replace the round handle on the pipe inside to the new levers. He wasn’t pushy about it, just informed me of the pros/cons of getting it replaced as everything will eventually need replacement. I told him to go ahead since it was only about $30 in parts. He was done in under two hours and he showed me the finish product to make sure I was happy. It worked perfectly. The cost was very reasonable. After paying, I asked him questions regarding how to make my water hotter in my master bath to match that of another bathroom. He showed me how I can take off the knob to wear there was a lever to adjust the max hotness. He was very knowledge. I would definitely go with Rozga again. Very professional.

    I contacted Rozga via their website email on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised to get a call from a tech within 30 minutes. He listened while explained my situation, was able to answer my questions & also understood that I was interested in getting service on Monday. He actually spoke with his boss to make sure that was possible and indeed it was. Rozga followed through with a call at 7am on Monday morning and had a tech to my door by noon.I was impressed by the COVID-19 precautions- mask, gloves, goggles; all of which I appreciated.The tech Arnies attention to detail was much appreciated. He was concerned about making sure there were enough tarps to cover my very light colored carpeting, he guided the other tech removing the water heater so he did not clip the corners/walls in any way, he set up his work station on plastic and cardboard so there was no seepage of water onto my carpet. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, answered all my questions thoroughly and never stopped working. It was a 4 hour job and I appreciated his continuous attention to the job at hand. He was focused & corrected some shortcuts taken by the previous non-Rozga plumber. When finished, he walked me through what he did. He cleaned up the area where he was working and asked me if it was acceptable. Seriously? What a gem!     We had a grease clogged pipe and sanitary tub overflow on a Sunday. We placed a call to Rozga and Lloyd(?) who was on call, talked us through things to check to see if we needed a Sunday visit. We didnt as the kitchen sink and sanitary tub were the only things affected. He talked us through a few things to try, which didnt work for us. On Monday, we reached out to Rozga again, and Any Schultz came to the rescue. He was earlier than anticipated, which was awesome. He and his apprentice quickly cleaned the pipe and also found and fixed a slight leak next to the tub. They were both friendly, efficient and very clean. The price was a bit lower than I anticipated as well. All in all, an extremely excellent experience. Well certainly use them in the future.

    Matt S. was wonderful. He came to fix a broken P-trap in my pedestal sink. I was very worried that the entire sink would have to be dismantled to fix the issue but Matt was able to replace the P-trap and the pipe into the wall with new pvc parts, and he unclogged the sink. He did it all in 1 hour. I had a horrible experience with another local plumbing company, but my experiences with Rozga so far have been great.     Thank you to Rozga and their technician Shane for the quick response. I had an old galvanized pipe that cracked and was leaking, on a Sunday of all things. Left a message at the Rozga office and Shane promptly called me back within 30 minutes. I Explained the situation and he provided a band-aid to hold us over to Monday which would cost much less for the repairs than doing an emergency call. THANK YOU!!!! On Monday Shane came not only to replace the section of pipe, but fixed some problems created by another plumber and replaced some valves that apparently seized. He was thorough and quite efficient.     Shane came out to install a toilet for me which I had bought the week before at Home Depot. Getting the old toilet out was not a quick, simple feat and he explained to me why it took a bit longer than usual, which I appreciated. He also took the time to scrape off old putty/sealant from my bathroom tiles, which apparently was pretty standard when old toilets were installed. Later in the evening I noticed a leak coming from the back of the toilet. I called up Rozga again and they were able to send Shane back out the next day. He was able to diagnose the repair as a lazy mistake from the manufacturer (a loose seal) and fixed it pretty quickly. Because the leak was from a toilet I bought myself and it was a result of the manufacturer, it seemed standard practice for them to be able to charge me for the second visit, but he was able to waive it for me. I truly appreciated all the help!

They responded with an hour to our emergency even though we were using the for the first time. We were so fortunate that Scot, an expert in our type of heat, was our service technician. He was able to stabilize our emergency quickly. He had to return the next day, (sat) to resolve another problem in the system. Scot was willing to spend a significant amount of time calling our home warranty company, explaining the problem and work needed to help us with getting coverage. He was a pleasure to work with.We also used Rozga for some plumbing problems and had an excellent experience with D.J. and Matt. Both were very personable, professional and very knowledgeable and so were able to resolve problems in a timely manner.I would highly recommend this company. This recommendation is based on being a homeowner for over 30 years in 5 different cities. We will certainly use them for all our heating and plumbing needs in the future.

    Im a first time customer and was pleased with the service that I received from plumber Dan B. He was here 3 hours after I made the call to Rozga. We had an issue with a 40 year old shower valve/diverter and if the problem part was not available, the entire unit would need replacing This meant knocking a large access opening in the drywall adding to the repair cost. Dan took photos of the unit, submitted them to the shop, a part was located and delivered to our house while Dan was disassembling the unit. The total time to complete the repair was 1.5 hours. If i need plumbing service in the future, Ill definitely use Rozga.

    These guys are great, and without hesitation I would refer them to a friend who needs quality work. With the cold winter weather, we had a pipe burst this last week in our 1880s historic office building. Our first call was to Rozga. Matt R. showed up within 30 minutes of our call. Matt quickly identified the leak, cut out the problem, and repaired the pipe. All of this was done with minimal disruption to the walls where the leak was hidden. Rozga and and Matt are now on our permanent call list for any plumbing issues.

    We had a clogged bathroom sink for several weeks, trying to unclog it ourselves before calling in the professionals. Arnold Stricker from Rozga came, and was able to come earlier in the day than expected, which was nice. The drain was clogged--really clogged. It was a hard job and took a long time. The 90 degree heat made it harder, I think, as our 100+ year old house doesnt have air conditioning. He worked hard and got it fixed for us. He also did a couple of other minor things. We are always happy with the results we get when Rozga Plumbing does the work.

    We needed a plumber on a weekend to unclog our kitchen sink. We had used Rozga 4 years ago for the exact same problem. So we called them again and left a message with the answering service.     Matt came and fixed our upstairs toilet that was leaking at the bottom. He called and asked to come early, which worked out just fine. He ended up fixing multiple leak issues with the toilet (bolts, floor ring, feeder line) despite it being a nearly brand new Kohler unit. Ive only had the house about 9 months so I suspect it was installed poorly. He was relatively quick and very clean. He also asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at and I asked about a food disposal installation for our kitchen and he was honest about the amount of work it would take to do it. He also glanced at my furnace and water heater in the basement just out of courtesy. Matt really knows what hes doing and is super professional. Only downside to Rozga is that they are noticeably pricey compared to many other local options. I think with them, you get what you pay for, however, and they are awesome at what they do. A lot of the cheaper options are a real crapshoot depending on which technician you get on any given day.

    Had a bad float switch on a sump pump that who knows how old it was. After staying awake all night to keep pump running (without burning up) and water out of our basement I called Rozga and received a call back first thing in the morning. I was quoted a 1-3 arrival time but the tech, Matt K called a bit after 12pm and was to our house before 1pm. He assessed the current pump, explained what he was going to do to fix, and went to work installing the new pump I already had on site. He was honest and didnt try to up sell additional services. Matt and Rozga made a frustrating situation better in no time for a reasonable price.

    Tenants called No hot water... OH NO! I called Rozga and had an appointment for the next day. They gave prompt, professional and high quality work through the whole process. It was completely full of sediment and water and stuck in the basement of an old home with no floor drain. Matt came totally prepared, asked all the right questions and knew exactly what he needed to do. Because access to the basement was through a very small opening, I thought the bill for this job was going to be a nightmare. But, Matt called in some help and got that old water heater out.     Our sewer line needed repair and they gave a an estimate the day after we contacted them. They wrote it up got permits from city and came a couple days later to do the work.     This past summer, we abandoned the well servicing our property and completed the water service conversion to the city water supply. The decision to complete this project wasn’t made without considerable consideration. The biggest question we dealt with, to begin with, was the cost of completing the conversion. Little did we know that there were other issues to be concerned about of equal importance to the price. So I began to call plumbers that I had heard did this kind of work, the quotes I received varied by thousands of dollars. I noticed Rozga trucks in the area at several different homes during this process, so I decided to call them. I was connected with Steve Rabe. He was responsive and professional. He explained the conversion process and set reasonable expectations for us to consider. The quote we received from Steve wasn’t the lowest, but it wasn’t the highest. We accepted the quote and scheduled the job. When the day came, I was amazed. I began to understand the value Rozga brought to the job. The number of men and the equipment brought to the job was considerable. I wish I could remember the names of all the men there. Each one was as friendly and professional as the next. They all took the time to tell me their role and how they would complete their job. The trucks, backhoe, frontend loaders, and other equipment belonged to Rozga. They knew what equipment was needed; they had it available and brought it to the job. The long and short of it is the job was completed successfully, on time, and under the quoted price.     I was nervous to have to hire a professional because any last minute, unexpected expense is hard for us. After trying our own ideas in order to unclog our utility sink I knew I was going to have to bite the bullet. I performed a Google search for plumbers in my area and Rozga Plumbing & Heating Corporation was the first on the list and the reviews were amazing. With a job like this you always worry about companies that do unprofessional, poor quality and inexperienced work so thats another reason why I was nervous to call anyone. I called Rozga as soon as they opened and the man I spoke to was extremely polite and professional! He scheduled me an appointment for that same day which, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised about. I was told that I would get a call from the technician when he was on the way and was even told during that phone call the name of my technician, Dan B. And at exactly the time window I was given I got that call. For the service I was requesting (a clogged utility sink in our basement) I was quoted by the hour. My technician came right on time, came in and listened as I explained what we had already tried. I was hoping that would save a little time because I was nervous that, if it took too long, the cost could add up. Thats just my own personal problem though. The technician knew exactly what to do and got right to work and it took even less than an hour! Who knew he wasnt just there to rack up the dollar amount?! I had read many reviews where that had happened to people working with other companies. I had not read that about Rozga and that was probably just me projecting. After the work was done, our technician showed me the receipt and explained the work and the cost and even had written down a relevant professional recommendation for future work with a quote. Awesome! He made a personal connection when he asked if we were a military family because he has a brother in the service so we had a nice chat about that and he provided a small discount. Im normally not one to take the time to write reviews but having had such a professional and timely experience that was gentle on our budget ended up being so relieving that I knew I had to write one! The cost was well worth the work and I will definitely be using Rozga Plumbing & Heating in the future!

    Rozga installed a new hot water heater today. Scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and Shane arrived right on time. I also had Shane install a new kitchen faucet, and look at a minor leak on a toilet and a leak on a bathroom faucet. Toilet leak was an easy fix, and removing the Kohler valve cartridge proved easy (and they can be a bear Ive experienced and heard). New kitchen faucet looks great. All that work in about 3.5 hours including clean up. And leaving a workplace clean is very important for me and my wife. Last thing we want is to come home after a contractor has been working and finding we have to clean up after them. These guys were great. We would use them again without hesitating.

    Called Rozga in the morning, next day Matt was here promptly at 8:30 as scheduled. Replaced my water heater and took the old one away. Left the area as clean as he found it (nice!). Also fixed my error when I previously installed a hose cutoff valve backwards. Rozga did the plumbing on our master bath too (years ago) when another plumber was talking about tearing out the first floor ceiling to get at the drain pipes. That is why I called them again, and will continue to do so in the future.

    I needed the valves under my kitchen sink re-plumbed because the previous people who remodeled the kitchen had the sink so tightly on top of the values that they could not be turned. Arnie at Rozga re-plumbed the valves and made the operational. He returned the next morning just to ensure that there were no leaks as we had to wait 6 - 8 hours to turn the water back on. The pipe glue needed time to cure. He also repaired the sink faucet so that it now rotates without having to use 2 hands to push it side to side. He was very efficient and did excellent work. I am very happy. I dont know if they are more expensive as it is almost impossible to compare, but the work was absolutely done well and he did not waste any time. I will call them again if i need additional plumbing work.

    Rozga is a great choice for you plumbing needs. Jake was very professional, very accommodating and did a great job on the bathroom. We needed a toilet and sink removed and replaced while a new tile floor was installed. I called them last minute and it all worked out great.
