Mattox Plumbing is doing work in connection with the replacement of lead pipes in my West Allis neighborhood and today new pipes were installed in my basement. What I was dreading turned into a painless experience which is due to the plumber Mike W. He was courteous, professional and kept me informed on his part of this job. I would like to give him 5+ stars. He is truly an asset to the company.

We needed a plumber to repair the plumbing system vent terminus which had rusted out and was leaking through the ceiling in our commercial kitchen at St. Pauls Episcopal Church in Milwaukee. Plumber Mike W. replaced the two pipes that were completely rusted through and had separated from the roof vents. Mike was efficient in the repair and completely cleaned up the mess from the plaster ceiling. The cost of the repair was also reasonable compared to other plumbing companies. We will definitely (and have already) use Mattox again.

Thomas saved the day and came after hours to fix a major pipe in our Commercial / Apartment building. Our tenants were without water and thankfully Mattox made time for us. The emergency price was high but Thomas hustled to get the job done as fast as he could. He replaced an old original pipe with new PVC. He was pleasant, friendly and helped clean up. It was a long day (for both of us) and he did it with a smile. Paying the extra cost after hours is never fun but we were all appreciative and grateful to have running water again (water running in the pipes and not on our floor).

The full team at Mattox was extremely responsive and easy to work with. They kept me up-to-date on getting an available plumber out to my home when my sump pump failed at 2am. They had Isaac out to my home by 7am. He was very kind, fast, and really saved the day. He also answered other questions I had about sump pumps in general. Highly recommend. I will be using their services in the future 100%.

We had a situation where neither the toilet or the shower would drain properly, Plunging both drains simultaneously proved to be useless, so we knew we would need the help of a plumber. We called Mattox Plumbing and were treated very professionally by the receptionist. She told us within 2 hours when the plumber would be there.In about an hour I received a text message from Isaac the plumber and he told me within 15 minutes when he would be there. He showed up right on time and was very professional. Isaac tried to minimize the disruption to our bathroom by snaking through the toilet, to no avail. He removed the toilet and continued to power snake, but it didnt help. Isaac even went back to the shop and got an extension ladder to make sure our vent pipe was open, even though it was snowing like crazy outside!Isaac analyzed the situation and we decided the only way for snaking to be effective would be to cut out a section of the waste line in the basement and snake between the open waste line and the floor drain. What he found was amazing! There was 70+ years of tree roots in the line! Isaac made a very professional repair of the waste line with PVC pipe and now we have a cleanout that we can use to snake the line, if this situation happens again. Isaac replaced the toilet and the repair was complete.I was impressed with Isaacs professionalism, his ability to answer my questions and the quality of his work! He took the time to do a good job and the price was fair. I would recommend Isaac and Mattox Plumbing to handle your plumbing problems!

Better than expected! Erin was great setting up our service and then was able to move us up to an earlier time. Isaac was quick, friendly, and professional. He was very thorough in finding the issue, explained how it happened, how to prevent the issue in the future, and made the repair look nicer than before. So grateful for the Mattox team. we had 2 inches of water in our basement after calling 4-6 places the Mattox Plumbing team was on it. I called at 11 pm for after emergency service. Erin answered the phone right away and was extremely professional and helpful . she dispatched her after hours tech Devin was extremely helpful with clearing the roots out of our drain and gave me a few options to help prevent this.He arrived in a timely manner and was very professional even thouse it was 1:30 am. i will continue to go back because of these two professional. Issac with Mattox plumbing is great. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done quick. I called on a Thursday to have plumbing done for bathtub install on Friday. Issac came out Thursday and gave an estimate. Pricing was fair and he came back Friday Morning to install and was done by 2 pm. The job was not an easy one. He knew what he was doing and quickly solved any issues that arose. Thank you Issac and Mattox plumbing.

My kitchen sink was clogged and I tried everything I knew and I managed to make it worse. I called one plumbing company and did not receive a call back . I then called Mattox and talked to a lady. I told her what I needed and she told me Isaac would be at my house later in the day. It wasnt long after that Isaac was there and quickly diagnosed my problem. He was able to fix the problem in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price. I was so pleased with his work I have asked him to do a plumbing project for me this spring.Definitely recommend Mattox Plumbing and ask for Isaac!

My shower handle broke this morning and an unbridled torrent was unleashed into my tub faster than it could drain. After calling around to a few places, the stars aligned and I finally got in touch with Erin at Mattox, who was able to swiftly Isaac out to me. Isaac quickly diagnosed the problem, showing me which of the inner workings of my tub faucet had fallen victim to the slow decay of time and entropy. I took the initiative to replace or repair the part myself. Isaac found this to be suitable, and he would head to another job and check on me later to see if I still needed assistance.Of course, one does not simply repair or replace a part and solve the problem. Now I was having trouble configuring the water temperature. Isaac returned just in time to tame this new beast. The handle problem was solved! The temperature is under my control, and the shower turns on and off with little effort (a luxury weve not had since moving into this house).Isaac also quickly diagnosed my showers problem of draining from the faucet for about a minute after the water is turned off. Old pipes in the faucet cause water to back up towards the shower head, which drains out once the faucet is turned off and the pressure is relieved. Having solved the problem I had hired Isaac for, I relieved him of his duty and thus, I leave the ending of the story of showerhead drainage for another day!All said and done, Isaac was at my house for about an hour total. Its nice to not have to wrestle my handle to turn of the water. Isaac also solved the problem of our shower not getting hot enough for hot baths. Its nice to be able to have a hot bath, too. Both Erin and Isaac were understanding and kind, could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Mattox team!

I called Mattox Plumbing on a Monday morning after my toilet fill valve stopped working. Within a couple hours of my call Isaac Klahn was at my house to make the repairs. I also needed 3 faucet handles replaced because they were either hard to turn or leaked. In addition, I asked Isaac to check why my kitchen sink was draining so slow. Isaac was very efficient and fast with the repair work. He was so fast that I had a hard time keeping ahead of him in cleaning out the space under the kitchen sink! Everything was performed to my satisfaction in less than 2 hours and when Isaac left, I felt that a whirlwind had just come through my house. I had to stop and rest for awhile after he was gone!! Old heater out new one in within 3 hoursFriendly...kept us up to date on the entire processI can not say enough good things and how easy and quick they were!!!!Thanks again we will be using your services in the future!!!
