This was our first time using Knights services and it was a great experience, especially considering how stressful plumbing issues are. I was able to call on the weekend to schedule a Monday morning appointment, and we were really happy with our plumber, Gerson. He was very thorough and made sure we understood the situation. Expectations and pricing were as outlined with no surprises.

I am definitely a happy customer! I submitted the contact form online on Friday at about 4:30 and was pleasantly surprised to get a call by 8:00 a.m. on Monday. My job wasnt a rush job (slow draining kitchen sink), but they were able to get someone to me before noon, same day. Dan arrived on time and was super kind, explained everything, and got my drain moving again! While the cheaper fix didnt work for my 100 year old pipes, I am happy that he was so willing to work with my icky crawl space and make things right :) Would definitely recommend!

A 60+ deteriorated pipe is like new again. Very tough job and theteam got it done. Would recommend this company and use again.
