    Cass, at Blau Sudden Service was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable on his recent visit to our home to clear a plugged sewer in our basement. He explained each step of the way, and answered my questions thoroughly. I had complete trust in him and his advice for services provided. When things like this can be expensive, it’s good to know that the work completed is backed by the people and company that one hires. Kudos to Cass and Blau!

    We had the plumber CASS from Blau install a toilet that I thought I could install myself, but it was too heavy for me to handle. He came the day after I requested service. He was polite, personable, efficient, careful, and provided extraordinary service. We could not be happier with this young man who did an outstanding job. We are grateful.3 days later plumberJeff from Blau came to hook up a new ice maker. Another personable youngish man who problem solved accessing a water supply and accomplished the job under 2 hours.     Speedy service to re-light my pilot light which I was unable to do. Issac did a wonderful job. He took time to diagnose the problem and got it lit again.     Nate K. was the technician that came out and took care of an issue with a toilet. He was very professional, thorough, and did a great job. Described in detail what the issue was and did the work in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the same day service as well. Called at 9:30am and Nate was here just after 3pm. Nate definitely earns his great reviews.

    Woke up Dec 22 to a cold house. Called Blau and Kirby answered the phone. Was at our home in a little over an hour. He found the problem, but then did some extra checking, based on what he thought wasnt a thorough yearly maintenance check. No charge for that. We will be requesting him as our furnace guy going forward.

    We are a nonprofit with a small commercial kitchen, and it seemed like everything went wrong with the sinks all at once! We tried 6 other plumbing companies before Blau and they were either booked out for weeks or just ghosted us. Dave was prompt, professional, friendly, and got everything done in under 2 hours for a very reasonable price. Plus, Blau sends a name and picture of who to expect and what qualifications they have, so that eased a lot of anxiety. We will 100% call Blau again if we need plumbing help.

    Received a quote from Theo and Isaac for a new HVAC system. Theos decades of experience showed, as he immediately understood the pluses and minuses of my current setup.     I called Blau on a Saturday and was surprised to find out it was a normal working day for them. Kyle, the plumber, came out within a few hours to assess my situation and then walked me thru all the steps needed. He was in contact with me the day we had everything scheduled to take place and handled the issue is a fast and efficient manner. I will be using Blau again the next time i have plumbing needs.

    First time dealing with Blau after I used another service. I will have to say Blau did quality work, tech was helpful and informative and great to deal with. His name was Scott. Only problem we did have was trying to get financing to go through very slow process which held up being able to start the job.

    Well, Kirby from Blau Sudden Service came to our rescue - again. Our furnace decided to go out today, a little more than a month from last time. This time, we needed a couple new parts. As painful as it is to have to pay for home repairs, at least we know they are done well and Blau provides great tech people.Update 1/2/25: today we had Kyle at the house. This time it was a plumbing and furnace issue. Im rating Kyle as highly as Kirby. He knew what he was doing and was such a respectful, knowledgeable, kind person.No one likes dealing with these issues, but Blaus our go to. I do hope, however, we dont need to see them again anytime soon! 😁

    Called for service and Blau was able to schedule within my limit available window. Was informed of arrival about 30 minutes ahead, along with a photo of who would arriving, but the Blau vehicle was notice enough that he was legit. Showed Jeff the work that I wanted done, agreed, and he got to work. Efficient, courteous, and thorough. Jeff did in an hour what would have taken me at least a day, or more if you include the number of trips to the hardware store, was probably less expensive too by time I purchased all the tools the I would need. Second time using Blau and have been impressed both times.

    Dave L was professional and thorough. My problem was I had hot water in my faucets but the shower would barely get hot. He found a leak while figuring out the heat issue. He gave me 3 different options price wise for fixing my problem and explained possible things that could happen in each scenario. Then he showed me the results and explained what he did. The woman who answered the phone in the morning also had a kind and pleasant personality.

    Mere words cannot express how pleased and happy I am with the work Scott performed and the quick response from Blau Sudden Service. I had a toilet that was leaking and getting worse. A bucket and shop vac were no longer enough. Having had issues with 2 other plumbing companies about getting a new toilet, I called the Blau emergency number in the wee hours and left a message about my semi-emergency. I received a call shortly after they opened at 7am. I returned the call about 8am. I really didnt think they would be able to do the replacement right away, I really just was hoping to get a new valve to shut off the water supply. They sent out Scott. Scott arrived a little after 10am. He was very pleasant and helpful. It took less than an HOUR AND A HALF for Scott to access the situation, order a new toilet, remove the old one, and install the new one. Im still amazed and very impressed at how fast things went. It was a bit more expensive than I anticipated, but the service of Scott and Blau was well worth it to me.

    Set up a call back appointment on-line early this afternoon. Not only was I surprised how quickly they replied back to me, I was blown away that they could have someone stop by during the same afternoon!Cass was great. I wasn’t expecting him to tackle the job of replacing the wax ring that very same day. My expectations were far surpassed when I heard Cass tell me after his initial survey of the situation, that he’d “go get the tools and get started”.About an hour later, the issue has been corrected. The work we had done last winter with putting in new flooring, had caused the eventual loosening of the toilet from the flange- due to improper care in leveling the toilet after it was put back in.This is our second call to Blau. Very impressed and very happy with the outcome in both cases!Thank you Cass!

    Kyle N was the guy who came out and gave me a quote, then came back to do the job. We moved the sink ourselves to save money. The pipe was galvanized and corroded. Kyle N diligently tried several ways to clean the threads of the sewer pipe to avoid having to cut a hole in the wall to cut out a section of the sewer pipe. He was able to finally get the threads to work with the PVC pipe, put in new valves and hoses for me, and got my sink working for the first time in two decades! I highly recommend Blau and especially Kyle N who persevered with this difficult plumbing job. Very thorough. Im extremely satisfied!!!

    I called Blau Plumbing this morning at 730am because my sump pump wasn’t working and my normal plumber wasn’t answering. Blau was able to get someone to come out at 10am (arrived even a few minutes early), and they identified the problem and fixed it all by 10:50am. I am so thankful they were able to make it out so quickly, and take care of my issues so timely. It was really a relief. The person who came out was extremely nice and knowledgeable, along with fast and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Dave L came out to give us a quote and provided several excellent choices, including a comprehensive, energy-efficient option which included a significant tax rebate. He coordinated with the electrician and installed our new heat pump water heater with a plumbing associate. They were top-notch professionals, highly personable and very efficient. And, after the install was complete, Dave returned later in the day to walk us through the new water heater operations and maintenance.     This company assigned one of their plumbers by the name of Kirby to handle a plumbing issue in my residence. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and, aside from that, a very nice and personable young man. He worked very hard and he did not leave until the issue was completely resolved. He then checked the pipes both in the main floor and in the basement to make sure that there was no leakage. We were very satisfied by the quality of this young man’s work.

    UPDATED:Our 17 year old water heater failed at 7pm on a Friday night. Blau was there the very next morning with a new water heater for us. They also put in a chimney liner for our vent to bring it up to code and added a recirculating pump so we could get hot water faster in our long ranch house where the shower is on the opposite side of the house from the water heater. We are happy with the quality of work, the friendliness of Scott and his willingness to answer all my questions. My only gripe is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I was expecting, but we needed it done quickly and professionally and we trust Blau and their many good reviews and long history of top notch service to get the job done right.UPDATE: I had to call Blau again two weeks after our water heater and recirculating pump were installed because something was not right with the recirculating pump. Blau send David L. to trouble shoot the issue. He noticed right away that the initial install was done improperly by the first plumber (who was less experienced in putting in recirculating pumps) David fixed the issue and checked the system over for no extra charge (as I would have expected) and now my recirculating pump is working like a dream. David also troubleshooted the humidifiers on our furnaces while he was at our house and was able to get them both running again. I really appreciate David Ls expertise to get our problems fixed.

    My furnace decided to open the gates of hell last night and just constantly ran until it was 90° in the house. We finally got it to shut off but after it wouldnt come back on properly. Within hours of calling, Blau came out to inspect my 1970s unit and fixed us up with a replacement thermostat for a reasonable cost. They couldve easily said we needed to spend thousands on a new furnace but they didnt because they came to help and not just to turn a profit.Side note, we are caring for a little girl this weekend and she made the specialist a thank you crown and he wore it the whole time he was here which was very sweet of him.I would highly suggest hiring Blau!     Blau responded promptly to my inquiry and quickly scheduled Kyle between 2-4 pm the same afternoon. This was on a Sat and Blau did not charge for after hour rate for an assessment. I am pretty good at repairing things including plumbing problems. Kyle called me at 2:05 and told me he will arrive at 3:30. Before he came, I cut a portion of the drywall to expose the pipe and the shut off gate valve that needed to be replaced. He explained what needed to be done and quoted the job. I also needed a seized valve to my hot water replaced and Kyle proceeded to replaced both valves and tested for leaks. Kyle did a great job and was very polite and professional.
