I honestly dont know where to begin. Synergy Technical Services has exceptional customer service. It all began with a gurgle from the bathtub and toilet, sewage started backing up in our bathroom. I called Synergy and they were able to diagnose my problem and start a solution within 3 days. They had 3 men on the job for a week. My family and I were displaced for the entire time because we had no sewage to the entire house. They dug down like 3 feet to find my existing pipe spanning 30ft across my house. Did I mention my house sits on a concrete slab😳. I cannot thank them enough for the quality of work their team provided and the time they spent helping me. Its hard to find a company like this anymore. I would highly recommend them and use their services again, but hopefully I wont need too!

I have to say that I was very pleased with the service I received from Synergy. They went above and beyond to help me with my AC problem. I’m not sure if I should share this. But it is some the that really struck me. The technician’s helper that was scheduled to come over and replaced my AC unit ran into some personal problems and wasn’t able to come in. Instead of canceling the appointment and make me wait another weekend the tech had a couple of the guys bring him the equipment and he installed the hole system his self. That shows me that they care about their customers time and wellbeing. I was so grateful for his efforts. The installation was done professionally and neat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Great job guys!!!!

My AC went out upstairs when it was 90 degrees plus outside. I called Synergy at 4 PM. They were here the next early afternoon. It was a great turnaround time given how busy I am sure the industry is around this time of year.Ryan showed up and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part of the local distributor. He came back and installed it the following day. He had to take a part back to the shop to get special supplies to remove it from the casing. That was nice to see that he went above and beyond to solve the problem that day. He fixed the issue that day, and we were very grateful.The only surprising part of the job is that the quote comes out with very little detail. I came to know this is done on purpose just in case the job ends up taking longer than expected, then the customer still pays the initial quote. I think it is common in the industry, so it doesnt bother me much.We will use Synergy again in the future.

I can not say enough good things about clean air technologies. Their staff was courteous, punctual, and considerate in replacing my system as well as the maintenance they perform. They kept my old system going and did not press me for a new one until I knew it was time offering guidance and not trying to take me to the cleaners along the way. The price was fair and they took the time to do it right! I will continue to use them for maintaining my system and any other mechanical needs. Everyone that I have recommended them to from neighbors to family have all been pleased. Thank you to Jeff and his staff for outstanding service and offering a quality product!

This company was very quick to respond to my request for a maintenance visit for my HVAC systems. Shane was very professional and helpful. He kept me updated on his arrival time and when he found that a part was needed he returned less than 24 hours later to install it. I am confident that my systems are now operating as well and efficiently as possible. I will be signing up for an annual maintenance agreement with them and intend to have them install their clean air technology in my house to keep it as allergen free as possible.

Synergy Technical Services is a great company. They are honest and sav ed me a lot of money. Their technicians diagnosed my extensive electrical problems in less than 20 minutes. My dishwasher was not working, and many outlets were not working. I thought it was going to cost a lot of money to fix all my electrical problems but they came way under budget. I will be using them again and recommend them for any one having electrical or plumbing problems.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job for us. They replace both our our A/C units and did a great job. I was more than satisfied with the installation and the units have done a great job cooling our home. Their pricing was more than fair and they were there to answer any questions that I had during the installation. I would use Jeff and his team again in a minute!

My home warranty company, American Home Shields, AHS, initially sent out Discount Contractors, LLC to deal with my leaking water heater. Beware & run from Discount Contracts, LLC! They are disreputable (told me I needed to pay for unneeded upgrades & that my leaking water heater was not a problem). After going back and forth for hours with AHS, I requested that Clean Air Technologies come out based on some positive reviews I read online. I was not disappointed. From speaking to Mike, the plumbing supervisor, to the scheduling ladies in the office, every interaction was helpful and pleasant. Also, the technicians, Jonathan & Curtis, from Clean Air Technologies that came to replace my water heater were on time, wore masks and booties throughout the visit, were professional, and went above and beyond. They had to lift my water heater a small distance to take the old one out of the walk in closet it’s in and lift the new one to put it the closet. In addition, the new replacement water heater that American Home Shields sent had a leak in it, they went to AHS warehouse to pick up another water heater instead of making me wait a week without a water heater while AHS sent another to them.Thank you Clean Air Technologies!

Highly Recommend this company.My Mothers gas heater was shutting off randomly for months, leaving her in a cold house. 56 degrees this morning.A technician responded in the time frame given. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem.Repaired it until a new part could be installed and left his cell number should it fail before the complete repair could be made. A+ all the way.

After dealing with American Home Shield and 2 other contractors for 2 months Mike and his team really went to bat for me and my family. He was able to get us the parts we needed while AHS kept sending the wrong ones. Mike kept me in the loop with every step and when they got the parts in, they were here the same day tp install. His tech Andre was fantastic and very helpful. Great experience overall with the whole company.

UPDATE 1/31/2020: They came out and did the test at no cost to make-up for the two missed appointments. That was respectable, so Ive increased my rating.I scheduled an air quality test with this company. They stood me up twice with no notification. The second time, they wouldnt even return my call regarding the matter. Several weeks later, I spoke with someone who said theyd call me back the next day to work something out. No call. I wouldnt recommend this company.

Thank you so much for your patience and professional support. We had an unusual problem with our water heater. It had a manufacturers default and it was still under warranty. We had to shelter in with no hot water. We couldnt go to a hotel, neighbors,friends or family members to even shower. Thank you so much for working with the manufacturers to get us a new water heater.

At first I was pleased. They had to special order a switch that was older. However after they repaired the light, which is working again, they punched a hole in the dry wall. I did not see it until later because I did not inspect the work before they left, I just trusted them to do it right. Is it normal to have a big hole in the wall after a simple switch replacement? Ive never seen that done before by any electrician and I just had a ton of work done on my home. Guy didnt even tell me about the hole. Now I have to fix it but it worries me that the electrical work was shoddy. My fault I should have looked I guess but never have I seen so much damage from a simple switch replacement. And its crooked! I have photos to prove it. They came through HomeServe warranty.Update:. Came out and fixed to my satisfaction so I upped them to four stars. I didnt give them five just because there was that issue.

We called Clean Air Technologies when our upstairs heat pump went out 8/21 (upstairs temp was 90). Brandon came out next day and found a bad compressor which shut down the unit, thereby preventing further damage. He replaced the compressor, hosed it down to cool the unit, and got it working again. He advised to think about a replacement as this unit is 17 years old. He was coolly efficient, professional, and was done inside of one hour. We will call Clean Air Technologies for any future heat pump issues.

I was working with a warranty company to replace my water heater which was located in the attic ...at first was told would have to relocate it and would bring a heavy coat for me out of pocket. Mike and a partner were able to creatively make a way for it to happen and saved me $1200 -saved the day!! Great guys and a very fast response time. We had a unit upstairs go out in the middle of summer and they were over the same day to get it fixed. They also modified some duct work that was causing the unit to work harder than it should. Would highly recommend them!
