Needed some electrical work done and called Mister Sparky. They have always been really good to work with and they do a great job. For this job they sent Colby. He is an excellent electrician who is thorough and took the time to explain and answer all the questions I had. This was a multi-day job. He was on time every day and worked diligently each day. The documentation was confusing, specifically the pricing. It took a few phone calls and texts (which I dont like when addressing a problem) to get it all figured out. I would use there services again and hopefully they will get there estimate process fixed.

On 2 different occasions he up-sold me to a better product (bluetooth outlet for a lamp in my office, with a remote...who knew, right?...and an attic fan with a higher RPM, longer lifespan and better warranty). He also pointed out that 2 of the bedrooms had ceiling fans hung on insufficient load-bearing supports and immediately pointed out the problem. Matt tackled all the higher altitude tasks and was very personable. I found him explaining how the ceiling fan remote worked to my 6 year old who is always curious!! Matt even helped me with a roof issue he pointed out while installing the attic fan. Mr. Sparky was able to schedule all my visits within 2 business days of the initial call and Jon and Matt arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled window of service. I enjoyed talking with both of them about future plans for our home and how Mr. Sparky may be able to help out; such as a generator. The point of sale tablet was easy to use and their prices are competitive. 5 star company and 5 star crew!!

Mister Sparky and his assistant arrived at our house on time. They were prompt and ready to attack the task. I had them there to install a micro wave over my stove. I purchased the micro wave from J. C. Penney to blend in with my kitchen appliances, but when they delivered it, the proper wiring wasnt there for them to install it. I was going to panic because I know from experience that sometimes it can take a few days for an electrician to come out. Nevertheless, I went on Home Advisor and submitted my request for an electrician. In less than 20 minutes, I received a text on my phone from Mister Sparky accepting the job and setting up an appointment to come that very same day! Wow....I was amazed at the quick turnaround. Mister Sparky and his assistance arrived at the time as agreed upon. They had to do some drilling, measuring, and running wire, but they completed the task and when it was completed, it looked very professional. They even offered to discard the big box and junk paper that came with the new micro wave. I rate Mister Sparky and his assistance a 5 Star because they did an awesome job. As a matter of fact, Im going to use them for other electrical projects like installing a motion light with camera on the outside of my house and a ceiling fan. I will be recommending Mister Sparky to my neighbors and friends.
