    It was a pleasure dealing with Viktor at Custom Electric. He was so organized, professional and courteous. I was very frustrated by 3 previous electricians/handymen who didnt follow through on their promises so when I reached out to Custom Electric I was surprised and relieved to be finally dealing with a responsible professional. He did a beautiful job and even had his own mini vacuum to clean up any dusty residue. 🙂 I highly recommend Viktor and Custom Electric for any of your electrical needs.

    Vic delivered above and beyond our expectations on the recent remodel of our home. We had him replace all of our plugs and switches out to new update modern devices, add switches and lighting, as well as add recessed lighting in our master and living room. Everything turned out great and everything was well planned out and advised by him. Staggered pendants in our nook is our favorite addition he installed and recommended.     We were having trouble with a couple of GFCI plugs randomly tripping and shutting off our garage refrigerator and other kitchen appliances. We were referred to Victor, he responded the same day and scheduled an appointment the next day. He clearly explained possibilities that could be causing the issue, he tested several things, diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue. We also had him add an additional outlet in our master bath. Victor is very professional, very knowledgeable and up front with pricing and what it will take to diagnose and correct the problem. We have definitely found our local choice for all of our electrical issue needs .

    I was so impressed with Custom Electric! Viktor was meticulous from the moment I met him at the door when he covered his shoes with paper covers before entering my home. Next, he gave me a basic quote on his iPad upfront, which he honored even though he was here much longer than either one of us expected he would be. I also appreciated the fact that he chose to approach the issues we were having with logical, inexpensive solutions before moving to other possible causes. And as it turned out, one of our bigger concerns was taken care of with different, higher-quality light bulbs which we replaced throughout our home. Problem solved. (No, he was not selling these!) While here, he checked other concerns and took care of them with fastidious detail, making sure that everything was up to code.It was apparent that Viktor takes great pride in his work. In short, I highly recommend him, and I am so glad to have his contact for future use.

    I got a new wall charger for my Electric car installed from Custom Electric. Viktor did a great job. It was very easy to get information and quotes from him.     Viktor with Custom Electric is professional and courteous. This is the second time I called him for service. The first time was last year for repairs with GCFI outlets in the kitchen. He was prompt and the cost was reasonable. This time it was a problem with a breaker tripping due to an overload. He explained the situation in simple terms and quickly found a solution.     I requested to have a surge protector installed on my home. Viktor showed up on time and provided me a lot of valuable information about whole home surge protectors. I appreciated him taking the time to do so and with my background I was able to tell he was giving me factual information and he wasn’t overselling a product for work. Turns out I had a surge protector on the exterior panel of my home. He informed me of this and didn’t charge me a dime for his time.     Viktor is great person and is a top notch customer service professional. I had Viktor install new lights and troubleshot an outlet. Everything was done quickly and totally exceeded my expectation. During the service I identified a light that was blinking and thought it was fixed. It turned out the next day, it was still an issue and Viktor promplty returned and fixed the issue. I recommend Viktor and Custom Electric for any electric need you have.     I hired Custom Electric LLC to install a whole Home Standby Generator. Victor was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner.
