These guys saved the day. The entire house could not use the toilets bc we were having issues where the water was coming out through the bottom and all the other companies were giving us an appointment a few days out and we could not wait. I called Zoom Drain, on Sarturday September 14th, believe or not, a human being answered the phone, very politely, she explained me I had called the Zoon Drain in Coral Springs, I live in Davie, so she provided me with Zoom Drain phone number location that covers my area.I called that number, again, a human being answered the phone, I told her a about the clogged toilet issue in my house.She scheduled an appointmet on the same day.Mario Moreno showed up in my house a few hours later, inspected the drains lines, found the proble and he took care of everything.He is THE BEST, thank you Mario!!!!!!!!!!!!I am very satisfied, and I will use them again in the future, and I recommend that you do as well.Description of Work: Video inspecyion up to 55ft the entire house.Root removal of the entire main drain.

I had a long standing problem with a storm drain since 2009 when we bought the house. Other service companies had looked at it and said it was a French drain that had to be replaced for $$$. Mario figured it out quickly and found no French drain. First he had to dig out the drain intake which had been clogged with roots and dirt. He then was able to determine the storm drain intake was connected to a 6 pipe that ran 150 feet underground to the back of my property to drain in a lake.Rick, his supervisor came and found the drain was completely blocked by large tree roots that grew in from the end of the pipe. To determine that, he got in the water, dug to locate the end of the pipe to find the roots. You can have all the modern equipment like Zoom Drain has but without dedicated, hard working honest people like Rick and Mario, its value is limited. I highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone who has any type of drain problem, they are honest, fair, and reasonably priced.In addition, the office manager, Lisa, was very helpful in understanding the issues, being responsive, and making multiple appointments. I almost told him to leave when he initially offered a ridiculously high quote to snake my drain.I appreciated his timeliness and his polite demeanor. and of course was happy he was able to snake my drain.Companies like to upsell you to have your drains on camera, and he was no exception. i already had my drained videoed and told him he didn’t need to do it.all that being said, he did a good job.

They are amazing, the reviews are spot on. The technician, Mario Moreno was honest about the work that needed to be done. It took him a few hours but when he was done I had clear and clean pipes.He jetted the pipes using a camera and high water pressure. I was shocked by what came out of my pipes. In all my years as a homeowner, this processing was never before offered. I would give them 10 stars if I could.They are honest, timely and professional. Also, cleaned up after himself.

After two days of going back and forth with our usual Plumber, trying to have back up from our toilet fixed, and having him tell us, it would take another day as he needed to rent more equipment , we happened to drive by a Zoom Drain truck, we called and scheduled with them.Oz showed up right on time, after checking all out he let us know our options.Being a dated construction with a couple of previous owners turns out we had a mix of PVC and cast iron pipes, clog was over 40 feet away in one of the cast iron sections, good thing in the truck. He had all the equipment and parts needed to get this solved.So happy we bumped into that zoom drain truck and that they sent OZ as he did a fine job, left everything spic and span listening and answering our questions .Thanks

A clogged drain seems an easy DIY project, but after a near gallon of Drano was ineffective, removing and inspecting the P-trap revealed nothing, the kitchen sink kept backing up until we switched on the disposal. This was beyond DIY and we called Zoom Drain. They came out early next morning and their camera revealed a couple decades of build up which they jetted and treated. When they ran the camera through again I could see the pipes all clean and of course the problem was solved. I highly recommend Zoom Drain and the team that came.

We had an emergency drainage situation. Mr Deen came to my home. I explained what had been and currently happening. I told him I had other companies that had come out and to have supposedly fix the issue but hadnt. He assessed my problem then detailed what he was going to be doing to remedy me drainage backup problem. As he was working he showed me through camera where and how deep the blockage was. Hydro jetted and then showed me through the camera we had no collapsed piping. He did more HYDRO jetting to clear away some build up that was clinging to the pipe inner lining to ensure lines were thoroughly clear. Then with the camera in the pipe lines he filled up lines with the hydro jet and water flowed out rapidly. Mr Deen then did a final camera view at the beginning of pipe drainage from toilet floor entrance all the way to city connection to show me the pipeline was fully clear. He didnt rush but to his time to make sure I was satisfied. He was/is a true professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zoom Drain services.
