    As a General Contractor it’s hard to find an excellent plumber that you use for many years exclusively, with Empire plumbing I found a plumber that I’ve used since 2018 on all my jobs. From the Office staff to the owner they pay attention to all the details and we have never failed an inspection with Empire on our projects.

    5 stars is not enough. May I suggest 6 stars+? Empire Plumbing SAVED THE DAY. Another local plumbing company that was booked two days ago, did not show, and only offered a new date of Friday, leaving me, the owner of a condo, with a leaking pipe and clogged sink. Empire Plumbing saved the day. They arrived within two hours of my call. Aaron and Luis are AMAZING! So professional, so tidy and clean, so educated on their services, I am so impressed. They fixed my issues within 40 minutes and even put back the things in my bathroom! Yes, they did. I cannot say enough about Empire today and Luis and Aaron. I such a happy lady-THANK YOU!     Empire Plumbing was very quick to come out and perform the work needed on our property. They only needed a few hours notice and came out that same day.Our toilets were backed up and they found the issue was with a stoppage in the main plumbing line under the property. After they ran a snake and flushed out the main line, the toilets were working perfect again. Customer service over the phone is excellent. Would recommend to a friend or family member.

    I have used them for all my plumbing, water and gas and fixtures for over thirty five years.I would give them six stars if possible. They do excellent work, at reasonable price, on time and they clean up after themselves. Their employees are knowledgeable, cooperative and friendly. I can’t praise them enough.     For those of us who have lived on Miami Beach for decades, Empire Plumbing is the plumbing company that we call as well as the plumbing company that we recommend to others. If youre hesitant to trust online ratings and reviews, call someone you know in Miami Beach and ask them who they use for plumbing repairs, installations, new construction, etc. Everyone will tell you Empire.The reason that Empire has endured is that it is an honest company that always does great work. Their plumbers arrive when they say they will and know exactly what to do. Empire plumbers are always highly skilled, professional, and just plain nice.This week, I had a plumbing issue in my home and, as always, called Empire. Aaron and Luis arrived right on time. They were polite, patiently listened as I explained the problem, and then promptly resolved the issued, working so neatly that it was as if they hadn’t been here at all. But, with Empire, this is status quo.

    I hired EP to change manifolds in my 2 units at Roney Palace in March 2024.The team arrived on time, they were very professional and everything went smoothly .By early afternoon both jobs were finished , manifolds tested and water restored.Thank you Empire Plumbing!

    There’s so much to say, I could write a short story here. In a time when customer service isn’t really commonplace; this company takes it up past the top notch. From the first phone call and friendly voice on the line, things were great. Service was same day and within 2 hours of the call. The technician, Jorge was probably the nicest technician I’ve ever dealt with. He was friendly, he explained everything as he went, and the entire work area was cleaner when he left than it was before he arrived.I know that we have a new plumber for as long as they are around.     I have used Empire for years, they are the best, most reliable company I have used. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and actually seeing his team work. It was almost time to close when I arrived at Empire and I got to see and meet many of the employees leaving. I entered the building and were greeted by two lovely sisters that work there together and a few staff that had not left yet. As I was there the owner got a late call from someone really in need. He called out to his staff and they all worked together to take care of this client. That is what I call TEAM WORK, and that is why I use Empire. OUTSTANDING!!!!!

    I live in Miami Beach, we experienced a main stoppage over the weekend. I was easy to get a qualified plumber dispatch ... he arrived within 1 hour. The plumber Guillermo was very efficient he checked both toilets and tub for symptoms and then got to work. He was able to run the sewer machine from a clean out and left everything back in order. Thanks Empire we can always count on you for our service needs.

    I worked with a gentleman ,Phil, at Empire and could not have been more satisfied! When a hot water heater breaks, you need to get it replaced quickly. Empire gave me a great price - which included having to redo some plumbing - and they installed the new heater the day after the old one broke. The city inspectors came quite a few days later and we passed! You cannot ask for better service or pricing!

    Empire Plumbing stands out by being all down to business. I’m new to Miami Beach and was tasked by my landlord with finding a plumber to unclog the shower drain. I called several other companies only to get an answering machine, people who didn’t return calls, places that couldn’t give a quote over the phone, and one guy who got angry and raised the price to $700 when I said I was getting a quote for my landlord. I was relieved to find Empire Plumbing had a professional, pleasant-sounding person to answer right away, provide an estimate and send someone out that very afternoon. I got a call when the plumber arrived so I could let him in. He introduced himself as Michel, and got right to work. He finished quickly and politely provided me with a bill toward the lower side of the estimate. I recommend Empire Plumbing for charging reasonable rates, professional service, and realizing your time is valuable too.
