I had never had this issue and was not sure who to call, but through Angi’s list I was able to get a quote and get the work done same day by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our tech was Miguel Gonzalez - great help, wonderful attitude and above and beyond work. He made a difficult experience easy and quickly set us up with a new replacement. Definitely recommend him and this business.

Alejandro and Ives are an absolute dream team! They tackled a tough job under the house like champs, squeezing into tight spaces to repair the pipe. I still don’t know how Alejandro the Cuban Chapo 😂😂😂😂 managed to get in there because he’s a big dude and the entrance was small, but he did it with skill and determination 😊. They were very honest, clear, and kept me updated every step of the way, even sending pictures throughout the process. Service was good. They were quick. I called and they arrived within an hour. They were able to fix my issue, but it was a little pricey. They give $76 discount, but you have to pay a $89 service fee, in addition to the cost of the repair. We paid about $300 to have spigot repaired. Ouch! Maybe that’s the going price, but I found it to be expensive. But we needed it done, so I guess that’s the price you pay for the convenience?!

They took my call immediately and, provided me with an approximate arrival time. Ezequiel was amazing. He was so professional. He explained everything to my friend Jason(homeowner) and I slowly and articulately. We’ve had 5 or 6 companies come out before Ben Franklin and they were slightly arrogant and tried to gouge us with a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. One guy from JCN plumbing used some rehearsed script on my friend which was a lot of fun to watch but ultimately a waste of time. He was like a used car salesman. Do yourself a favour if you have plumbing issues and call Ben Franklin. Ask for Ezequiel.

Abraham was very punctual, even arrivng early. He was knowlegeable and worked quickly. He was not cheap. A $200 part and 35 minutes of labor came to $590. He did have to travel to a nearby plumbing store to find a part which he said was included in labor time. We also had an misunderstanding on the job cost. He initially quoted $590 but I asked for a total of $500 for parts and labor. We agreed verbally. But I was charged $590. I signed an invoice for $590 on his cell phone. I didnt have my glassed and could not read it clearly. Thats my fault I agree but I felt that I was taken advantage of.

He helped me get the COI for the HOA and kept me informed of the procedure all the way. He was courteous, professional and fast. I will definitely keep them on the top of my rolodex. I highly recommend them.Before I had called Home Adviser and they sent an electrician instead of a plumber and plus never sent the COI the way the HOA requests and on top of it they charged 335.00.
