Brayden and Tracy from Tyrone & Sons Plumbing Co. are wonderful people to work with. Theyve just completed installing all new plumbing fixtures and appliances in our newly built home. We required an efficient plumbing system and they provided just that. Brayden came out to give an estimate and demonstrated extensive knowledge in the field. He tested our water and knew exactly what we needed. The installation team was professional and delivered high-quality work. Ive attached photos of the system and the pipework for your reference. After two months of usage, you can see how the inlet pipe has changed from clear to a solid orange/red color due to the hardness of the water. Meanwhile, the outlet pipe remains as immaculate as the day it was installed. This comprehensive plumbing system is reasonably priced and is doing an excellent job of preserving our home and appliances. I cannot praise their services enough!

Im not sure where to begin because everything about this plumbing service was simply outstanding!! Long story short... we had previously called in a different plumber to look at our leaking water heater. Unexpectedly, we were faced with a $1200+ quote for severe water damage to our water heater platform and mold remediation. Luckily, we decided to give Brayden, the head of this plumbing service, a call. Not only did he confirm the platform was in good shape and there was no mold at all, saving us hundreds, but he was punctual, professional, and even cleaned up the area (the previous plumber had left a mess). We are thrilled with this service and extend a huge thanks to Brayden. Not just for his absolute honesty, but also for his kindness and informative nature. Weve found our go-to plumber for life :)

We are incredibly appreciative of our recent experience with this fantastic plumbing service. Many thanks to Brayden, and even more praise to Tracy! Their readiness to assist, their diligent work, and their professional demeanor was absolutely outstanding! To give you a bit of context, Tracy went above and beyond to locate and clean out an old septic tank (after a previous service had incorrectly identified the tanks location). This saved us from having to postpone a scheduled function. Tracy even followed up the next day to ensure everything was still running smoothly. What an exemplary customer experience! A friend advised us to get in touch with Tracy at Tyrone & Sons Plumbing Co. for our busted water heater replacement. After getting estimates from several other places, Tracy offered incredible quality and value for our installation. All the other estimates we received were either for high-end installations with professional gear, which were quite pricey, or for low-cost installations, but with basic budget systems. Tyrone & Sons Plumbing Co. was the sole company that offered both professional gear and a fantastic price. Its clear that Tracy takes tremendous pride in his work, only installing top-notch equipment and never compromising on quality or putting in substandard gear to make a fast buck. Were totally happy with the work carried out and well surely be using their services again down the road!

My overall experience was exceedingly positive. The plumber, Tracy, was cordial and well-informed. As I posed questions during his assessment, he was more than willing to share his knowledge. He clearly outlined the services required for my plumbing issue. I would highly recommend Tyrone & Sons Plumbing Co. and would specifically request Tracys services again. They are a local business which was a key factor in my decision, especially if a plumbing emergency were to arise. Tracy did arrive slightly later than expected as he had to drop off his apprentice, Brayden, who had schooling commitments that evening. Its terrific to see people learning these valuable trades! I understand that Tracy doesnt handle the logistics and scheduling, and the delay was not significant, although it was outside the timeframe I was quoted. If Tyrone & Sons Plumbing Co. could implement a system to send text updates about any delays, it would be a valuable addition to their customer service.

Fantastic Service and High-Level Care. From Brayden the Customer Service Associate to Tracy the Technician who arrived. Tyrone & Sons Plumbing Co. should get 10 stars for their exceptional quality, and the effort they put in to deliver an outstanding job! My folks had a two-decade-old gas water heater that required replacement. I wish I had photos, my Dad moved his car into the garage and now I cant capture images of the magnificent water heater. Ill post the before and after shots soon. Furthermore, this company does not overcharge! They do not exchange top-notch service for reduced prices. They are the finest in Miami as far as Im concerned. Excellent work guys!

Id like to open by saying that Brayden and Tracy from this plumbing service come highly recommended! We recently needed their expertise to fix a significant leak in the wall behind our shower. They did a fantastic job on the repair and proceeded to install a pressure regulator on our new water heater. Before leaving, they even relocated the main shutoff valve to a spot more accessible from the crawl space. The service was cost-effective considering the amount of work they did. Our water pressure and hot water temperature are now so excellent that I am reluctant to leave the shower! Brayden and Tracy were also very accommodating with our dogs and both my wife and son appreciated their friendly yet efficient service. Hats off to this fabulous team in Miami! Based on our experience, Id endorse them to anyone in need of a plumber.

The problem could have been invasive roots, which would have necessitated extra work and cost. However, after the initial unclogging, Brayden confirmed it was just a simple blockage and didnt push for unnecessary additional services to check for potential root damage. The service was swift, straightforward, and didnt empty my wallet.

Im glad I did because Brayden, their plumber, not only arrived promptly but was also two hours ahead of schedule, which was beneficial considering my situation. From the moment I made the call to Braydens arrival, no more than 2.5 hours had passed. My partner, who was at home during Braydens visit, remarked on his respectfulness and thoroughness. He appeared to be a sincere person genuinely trying to earn a decent living. The charges were quite fair, and I will undoubtedly turn to them for any future plumbing needs. He explained in detail what would probably be required to appropriately fix the pipe, gave me a quote and allowed me time to consider it. His information helped me devise a strategy for the kitchen to facilitate the repair work. The repair was an absolute triumph! Even though the job was significantly messy, Brayden managed to complete what could have typically been a task for 2 plumbers over 2 days, in just 3 or 4 hours. His swift and proficient work enabled me to utilize the rest of the day to put things back together and get back to regular living. Overall, a job well done!

Looking back, the additional costs for code compliance might have seemed slightly steep (its tough to tell without itemized billing), but Brayden was swift in accomplishing all the tasks and kept me updated throughout the process. He arrived promptly as promised and executed all tasks as stated. Brayden even took the time to clean up the water in my basement from my leaking water heater. After he had finished installing the new one, he patiently walked me through all its features, including a valuable maintenance tip to extend its lifespan.

We had an issue with a toilet that was gradually losing its flush and drain efficiency. It wasnt fully blocked yet, but it was heading in that direction. Brayden, the plumber who was assigned to us, took the time to listen to our concerns, ask a bunch of relevant questions, and even asked to see the functioning of the secondary toilet upstairs. Unlike some plumbers who make up their minds even before they walk through the door, Brayden took his time to assess the situation and analyze the problem before making his suggestions. It was clear to us that his goal was to address the issue at hand, not to overhaul our entire plumbing system. We found his advice trustworthy. Heres an update to our initial review. We had another issue that Brayden helped us with. Our toilets flapper had developed blisters and was causing leakage. This led to the toilet tank refilling itself intermittently throughout the day. We suspected the problem was with the flapper, but Brayden made sure by conducting a dye test first. We could clearly see the dye seeping from the tank into the toilet bowl, confirming the leakage. He then proceeded to fix the problem. Were grateful for his thoughtful approach and his commitment to thorough checks before proceeding with the repairs. This is a great company with a fantastic plumber.

When our water heater broke down, we reached out to our regular plumbing service who informed us that we needed a new one, quoting around $5000. Wanting a second opinion, we decided to contact another plumbing service. Brayden was already in Miami and was able to stop by on the same day! He inspected our water heater thoroughly and noticed it was still under warranty! He took care of all the warranty procedures for us. The very next day, Brayden removed our old water heater and installed the new one! The total cost was roughly a third of the initial quote we had received. I discovered a leak at the base of my toilet tank, which I initially thought was due to the connection with the water supply. It had flooded my bathroom without me noticing until I stepped in. After shutting off the water supply to the toilet, I reached out to Tyrone & Sons Plumbing Co. Soon after, Brayden showed up to assess the situation. As it turned out, a loose bolt attaching the tank to the seat was the culprit. Brayden swiftly tightened the bolt and removed the panel behind the tub to ensure no further leaks. There was water pooled in the area due to the leak, and Brayden suggested using a fan to dry it out, which worked perfectly. Brayden was so kind he didnt even plan on charging me for this. I also asked him to examine two outdated air tanks and copper lines and to remove them if possible. He did exactly that, cleaning up the mess and hauling away the old items. Brayden was professional, efficient, and extremely kind. Previously, I had called them in to jet out my pipes and install a clean-out in Miami. Their service was excellent then, and it still is!

Tracy and brayden from a local plumbing company did a fantastic job replacing our old galvanized pipes with copper ones. the quote they provided was reasonable, they worked neatly, and the quality of their work was top-notch. the entire task was completed in two days, during which they ensured we had running water at night so we could stay in the house. the plumbing upgrade has significantly enhanced water flow throughout our home, allowing us to use multiple fixtures simultaneously without any pressure problems. luckily, all pipes were reachable from the basement, allowing tracy and brayden to do all the work without needing to break into any walls. there was a minor oversight and a small adjustment that needed to be made, but they were back at our convenience to address these minor issues, without any additional charges. based on this positive experience, i wouldnt hesitate to recommend this plumbing company for similar jobs. my spouse and i are extremely pleased with their service and the final outcome.
