I recently purchased an older property in Miami that required a great deal of work on pretty much everything - including the plumbing. The house has old cast iron pipes that in 18 months backed up no less than 5 times, causing absolute havoc inside the property and costing a small fortune every time we had to call a plumber. I am so glad I found this company!! Replacing the cast iron would have taken months, not to mention the trench they would have had to dig through the inside of the house. I met with the owner, John Walters for an initial plumbing assessment. I was so happy with his ability to walk me through the whole process, taking time to explain every aspect of trench-less pipe lining. A no-dig option that formed a PVC pipe inside of my cast iron pipes that was much more affordable and far less invasive than the alternative. His team arrived promptly at 8am every morning and the entire project was completed within 3 days. His staff were so friendly, informative and helpful the whole time - explaining in detail how they were progressing and what the next steps were. I cannot recommend this company enough. For those of you reading this review and considering pipe lining - just do it. Your peace of mind will thank you! Take a look at the photo looking down the toilet. We are quite satisfied with the work done by John Walters and his team. Their pricing was competitive with the other estimates we had for relining of our cast iron pipes. We chose them because of several recommendations from friends and neighbors and we werent disappointed. John answered tons of questions I had about the process before they began work. Andy and Gabe are the members of his crew who did the bulk of the work and they were a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. It was relatively complicated for a residential job and, as promised, they were back on-site within a couple of hours to address a minor issue that came up afterwards. John also volunteered to help me with an inspection after the job was done and ultimately that helped move the process along. Highly recommend.

We had our house in contract. The buyer hired a plumber to video the sewage pipes due to the house being built in 1962 which means it has cast iron pipes. The plumber noted there are cracks in the pipe. He wrote an estimate to the buyer for the repair close to $30,000.00. My wife and I had no idea the pipes were in this condition and were devastated by the estimate. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years. I immediately looked for a better cost-effective solution to solve the issue. After researching cast iron pipe online, I found Trench-Less pipe repair. I asked John to review the video and give me his assessment to repair the pipes. John informed me some of the pipe had already been repaired and gave me a price roughly 1/3 of what the plumber had quoted to the buyer. He sent 3 employees to my house the next day. The employees were polite, clean, and professional. It took them just one day of preparation and one day of repair. When they left you could not even tell they were there. Ralph, a representative from the company came out and in detail explained the innovative process of liner or epoxy used to reline the pipes without digging or having to break the floor. After agreeing on the contract, the work commenced as scheduled and was completed within a week. The workers were punctual, professional and courteous, and they took pride in their work. They answered all of my concerns and explained the process along the way. After the job was completed the premises was left clean. John and his team saved the day! We had contracted with another company to line our old, cast-iron pipes and were guaranteed a quick and easy job that would take two days. Two weeks later, only a third of the job had been completed, and was completed poorly at that. Johns company was called in to finish the job by the company we had contracted with, since they werent able to handle our job. I ended up just working directly with John and it was smooth sailing after that. John had to correct the work that had already been done and then finish the rest of the pipes. He was on site each day and was very easy to communicate with. Pricing was VERY fair and ended up costing less than what we were originally quoted by the other company. I highly recommend John, especially if you want it done right the first time!

Awesome service called John up to see about doing a pipe scope and possibly lining of some pipes on a property I am selling. I explained to John, that the company a potential buyer hired to inspect my plumbing claimed that there was 14 feet of cracked and collapsed cast iron pipe under my foundation, and that the buyer refused to let me see the video of this claim. John sent his guys out the following morning. Pipe scope was done by his guys and they found no evidence of any cracked or collapsed pipes and no need of pipe lining . Well when you have to call a sewer repair company it usually isn’t a joyful call for a minor fix the toilet leak, no it’s usually a major problem. In my case it was a huge problem, I just bought a home in Gables by the Sea and the main sewer line was old cast iron which had several cracks, holes and sections which eroded away and as a result sewage was backing up in my house, not fun. John (owner) responded to my message I believe I found him on yelp on a Sunday and came out the same day to ease my concerns. He walked me through my options, he was courteous, informative and professional. He explained this was not going to be an easy job but no matter what he was going to fix it. The pipe was so deteriorated we even had to dig up some areas to take sections out which were completely eroded away. I contacted this company for a quote. They were at my property within the hour of my request and they quickly and efficiently resolved a massive plumbing problem that every other company I called told me would require breaking the floors inside my home. The idea of doing that with 5 kids at home in the middle of a pandemic was devastating to me. They worked for days to come up with a way to fix the plumbing system without breaking ground inside my house. They installed the new pipes and with the floor they had to break outside, the did everything very neatly and left everything in order which was hard to do because it was a major job. I had called two separate plumbers to analyze my issue. One wanting to tear my floors up to remedy the issue. The other said I would have to contact someone else because a camera was needed because he could not unclog the pipes. A friend recommended I call Trenchlesss. The guys were extremely nice, well mannered and professional. They figured out the issue. I won’t lie, it was complicated. But these guys figured out the way to fix the problem without having to tear up my floors. They took two days to completely resolve the issue, recommended and made some installations to avoid a future issue and when I braced myself for the bill I was pleasantly surprised. We had several quotes from other companies but we ended up going with him and we do. It regret it. If you need your pipes redone, do not look elsewhere !

John and his team came did a great job and the best thing Is that my kitchen flooring did not have to be broken to get to the pipes they were able to get to the pipes through the outside. I must express my complete satisfaction of the excellent job that Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs did in my house. When I was petrified looking for a solution to the broken cast iron pipe in the kitchen, I got in touch with them... They offered a plan to fix it, and performed the job in three days. The team was excellent, very professional and respectful. They cleaned up every day leaving the kitchen in working conditions. I couldn’t ask for more.
