I have called Roto Rooter twice in the past month. Moises was the plumber sent and he was great. He did all the work perfectly and showed me all his work and explained everything he did and how I could keep track of our water usage. He was exceptional and professional. I have his number and I call him directly. He showed up at the house in less than an hour. It was a good ending to two water issues, one of which I was not even home for the mess.

Luke (7034) came out to my house to fix a clog on my 2nd floor and did an amazing job. He was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing, he was very gentle and careful not to damage anything. Not only was my issue diagnosed, he stopped at nothing to make sure my issue got resolved and left my bathrooms exactly as they were. Outstanding service from Moises. He was very communicative about all the issues with our plumbing, worked diligently and was transparent about all services, pricing, and the warranty. The one star down is just because of the delay in getting a plumber dispatched. The office was transparent in having trouble finding an available tech, but it was an initial quote of having one within 2 hours of contact, and one did not come until the next day. Otherwise, would recommend, especially because of the actual service from the tech.

Would highly recommend Yosniel from Roto-rooter. We are tenants in a new house and just moved in and been in the house for a week. He was amazing. We had a plumbing emergency with a sewer backup at 12am in the morning.He allowed me to follow him around and we worked together to find different way this could have happened and I learned a lot. A lot of knowledge for a younger gentleman. He was at the house for 3 hours explaining everything and didn’t try to rush out though it was late.I would highly recommend Roto-rooter and specifically, Yosniel, Yo-Yo, for all your plumbing needs. 7star experience and will you use them again if we have any further issues.

Drainage was backed up. Roto-Rooter came within the hour and diagnosed the issue was due to roots growing through a drainage pipe joint. Cleared the drain that same day and then installed a new joint (more resistant to roots) the very next day. The work was pricey as one would expect, but they offered 0% financing which helped quite a lot for maintenance I really had no choice but to resolve. Sergio and Jacob were awesome and explained everything to me in detail, showed me the damage and the repair. Excellent work and more importantly, quick!

My mother and I had an excellent experience with Roto Rooter. My elderly mother’s plumbing backed up on a Sunday during a holiday weekend and flooded her bathroom. Roto rooter sent multiple technicians to address the problem within 1 hour of calling. When it was discovered that tree roots had invaded her pipes, they quickly gave her a temporary solution so that she could use her bathroom and sent a crew the next morning to remove and clean out the tree roots which was a big job. The site supervisor, Jacob Cespedes, was present throughout, explaining everything, and he put my very anxious mother at ease. When the job was finished, he showed me the work through a camera and made sure we were satisfied with the job. He was great. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.
