The night of Thanksgiving the plumbing in my home backed up in 2 of the bathrooms. The timing couldnt have been worse. I had family in town for the holidays. I went on-line at 12:30 a.m. and requested service first thing in the morning. I was lucky to have Aaron Suarez (tech #2394) show up at 9:30. He immediately diagnosed the problem and pulled the toilet out of my master bathroom and ran a snake to break through the blockage. He said that the problem may happen again and the right thing to do was to have a clean-up valve put in the front of the house and do a high pressure water cleaning of the pipes. He did not pressure me to do the service. 2 days later, the line was blocked again and I called Aaron and I authorized him to do the service as previously mentioned. He arrived at my home at 9:00 a.m. It was a tough job as he had to dig down 4 feet in the front of the house to find the main pipe leading into the home. He had another technician (Rafael #3619) join him at 11:00 a.m. to assist him. They eventually found the main pipe, did the high pressure water service to clear out the lines and then ran a snake into the pipes with a camera to show me that the pipes were very old and there were some cracks in it. Eventually I will have to replace the pipes, but he did not pressure me to do it. He explained what needed to be done. Aaron and Rafael finished the job and left my home at 6:00 p.m. Although the job was bigger than Aaron expected, he stuck to his original price that he quoted at the beginning of the job. Both Aaron and Rafael were very professional and I would highly recommend them and roto rooter in the future!

Alain Rodriguez in particular sweated on this project until Sunday 11pm to give us an unclogged working toilet and turned up at 8am the next morning to excavate and fix the broken pipe. Jose Palancar assisted the second day with the excavation in the Miami sunshine. Really friendly team, great customer care, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the area.

Excellent work. The technician who came out, Hugo, was very accommodating as our development is nearly impossible to find. Once here, he was able to diagnose the problem in mere moments. He was kind enough to wait as we got permission from the landlord to fix the problem, and even made us aware that roots have grown into the piping in our apartment.They came out earlier than expected on the day I called, fixed the problem, and even found an additional issue our landlord had not informed us of. I highly recommend these guys.

I called Roto-Rooter today because the dishwasher had drainage problems. The inspection was free. Vladimir (1782) arrived quickly and honestly told me that the appliance is most likely broken and requires a different kind of repair. He also told me that the landlord did not install the dishwasher line correctly (the white tube right above the black line is very low) and recommended this fixed by my landlord. Im glad that Roto-Rooter is not a scammer like others in the region, and if I have another problem, I would definitely call them again.

My bathroom was backed up causing all 3 bathrooms to back up sewage water into the shower. At 9:30pm I google plumbing and Roto Rooter was the first 24/7 I seen i called they found a tech by 11:40pm both Jordan and Joseph came out took care of the problem clean the sewage pipe with the snake. It was a big fur (hair) ball that clogged our pipe. Both Jordan & Joseph were very efficient & quick explained the problem told me what kind of pipe I have and why that happened. I never knew what pipe I had so that was good to know. I would definitely recommend this company. You also have 6months warranty. Thank you guys for coming out so late!!

He was wearing a mask and never took it off. He analyzed the problem and told me what had happened, and the different ways and options to fix it. Luis 675To whom it may concern,I’d just like to say what an incredible nice and more importantly professional guy Luis is. Both of my toilets were backed up into my bathtubs. Right away Luis showed up promptly and made me feel safe by wearing his defined roto rooter mask. He advised me of the price which I thought was steep but after talking with him and agreeing to the price he went right to work. He was very detailed in explaining what he was doing and most importantly extremely clean. After he was done I felt good about spending the money and knew the job was done right. Thank you to Luis

Luis (675) and Ace (7897) were the two plumber that were sent to my home. After explaining my plumbing issue they explained in detail what had to be done to correct the problem. Prior to starting the work I was given a actual cost for the job. The plumbers were very professional, courteous and neat placing everything back as it was found. Definitely I will recommend Roto-Rooter and call them again for any future plumbing issues.
