    James was very helpful in explaining the issue I was having with clogging issues in the bathroom. Because I have roots growing into a cracked pipe, he was only able to snake it. He also replaced a wax ring around my toilet because it was leaking at the base. To help diagnose the pipe problem for sure, he called additional support that was able to send a camera down and draft up a solution.Thank you James for the assistance .

    Amazing Service - We got a new kitten. The kitten decided to explore and climbed into the base of our designer pedestal sink and got trapped. I was awakened at 7AM to the meows of our new kitten. When I realized what had happened I tried, in vain. to get the kitten free. So, I started calling plumbers while the kitten was crying out in terror. The first 4 plumbers could not get to me fast enough (some were next day). Roto-Rooter Plumbing heard my story and dispatched Manuel who was at our house in 1/2 an hour and spent 3 hours freeing the cat and putting everything back together and in working order. Manuel was extremely concerned and loving towards our kitten the whole time. He had to remove the pedestal and rescue the cat and then put everything back together. I know what you are thinking - who has ever heard of a loving and caring plumber!!!! And wait there is more !!!! I was prepared to pay $500 - $750 for this amazing job! Manuel then told me that Roto-Rooter has a pet rescue policy - they do not charge to rescue pets!!! This was totally free!!! Wow - I am going to add them to my speed dial and recommend them to everybody.

    I cannot state how grateful I am for James and his services today. Not only was he early for the job but was very attentive to detail and worked quickly to resolve our water heater issues. The issue was more serious and complicated than anticipated, but after the appropriate employees were called out, the issue was resolved. The site was cleaned up, and everything is good now! My issue was not an easy one and instead of giving up and telling me I had to move to the next more expensive step, he persisted and kept trying to resolve my issue. He spent a significant amount of time at my residence and worked hard to resolve the issue, which he did. I highly recommend Richard. I have used this service before and Richard’s service was leaps and bounds above all others from prior encounters. Also, he explained everything he was doing and kept me apprised during the entire process. Also, he diligently Annotated everything for the next person that had to come to my residence for the other issues that were identified. I thought with a huge company like roto rooter I would be another notch on the customer list- as I was treated on prior occasions. However, that’s was not the case.     Sewage waste started coming up through our first floor shower. Roto-rooter came out and had to take the toilet off to unclog the main sewer pipe. Scary stuff!! It was late at night and Adrian came out to help us. He was kind, professional and did a great job! He cleared the blockage, which ended up being about 80 ft out. Unfortunately our toilet remained a little loose after the job was done (I may have cleaned around the caulking too soon!) so we called roto-rooter again and Luis 0675 came out to assist. He tightened the toilet and recaulked it within minutes. Very happy with the service both times!
