I called this business because it was recommended by google based on my zip code. Like this one, I called 4 different options and did my research about pricing, knowledge, and professionalism. This company gave me the most fair price based on my needs in comparison to 4 competitors. They made the process so smooth and simple. Both technicians kept me informed about every step and shared reasons why you should take care of your A/C system to save money on major repairs. Also, they feature great and convenient payment methods. The technicians are very polite and knowledgeable. They arrived on time (which means early) to our appointment and based on the kind of service they were providing, they were extremely efficient and left the place clean after work. This is a 5 star company who is looking forward to keep you happy with what you get. Not many of those out there. I’m adding a before and after air duct picture. I’ll definitely continue using their services in the future!

Wow. So professional and thoughtful. The owner himself came to introduce himself and supervise their initial survey of work to be done. Recommendations showed they thought of solutions other contractors had missed. Called to let me know exactly when they were arriving, again when completed completed and returning for their follow up work. Mindful of costs and offered a range of choices to offer best quality or better value options. Very happy with PRT Cool Service!

Amazing service!!! Make PRT your first choice for all AC needs. After calling multiple companies and being told that my waiting time was two or three days for a technician to come and see me found PRT. Once I placed the call to PRT the owner showed up with two other workers within few hours. Very professional team, fast, and knowledgeable. The owner took the time to explain in detail all inner workings of my two AC units and stayed in place until the job was completed. Needless to say, my house is an igloo now. Thank you guys!

In a city where professionalism is a rare trait, PRT Cool Service is a rare exception. Ive been using them for over 10 years in simple things like regular maintenance to full installation of large units in my home and business and can say that they are consistently good. Rafael (the owner) is always looking out for my best interest and find him to be a very honest person. They usually respond to my calls with a visit in no more than 48 hours and every time Rafael and his crew have behave respectfully, informative, professionally and have worked efficiently and in a clean manner. I wouldnt recommend anyone else for your AC needs.

If there were more stars available I would give them to this business. I have known Rafael the owner for many years. I have use them both in my home as well as referred him to my place of work. Last week my mothers ac broke down and within 24 hrs Rafael had it back on regardless of the fact that it was on a weekend.
