    In searching for a Master Plumber I looking for more than a mere faucet fix or clogged pipes. Most of the short sighted plumbers i met with were hesitant and only looking for the quick jobs. These volume plumbers have zero understanding of what its to not operate as a plumber but running your plumbing business for the long game. When I met Fernandez what i was want to do was to add a second water meter and Backflow to my home so that i can separate home usage from garden usage. He was fully onboard and and engaged throughout the entire process. He took two days off to accompany me at city hall in Miami Beach and sit with me through each approval process and planning. Never have i met a person whom took so much time to see me through this arduous process in dealing with the city to see that i get permits processed and inspections followed up on. Fernandez right there showed me his grit and his willingness to do whatever it takes to see the job through. I was incredibly floored and so grateful to have met him. In the course of our ongoing relationship i have purchased a number of apartment buildings and as with Karma i reciprocated in giving all our plumbing contracts over to Fernandez and his team. These pictures attached are of another large job in replacing a deteriorating cast iron pipe at one of the buildings and installing a PVC pipe to the septic tank. These are your easy plumbing jobs.     I had a clogged tub and someone came for the repair and had to leave for something and never came back to fix the problem. I called Giraldo and he showed up on a short notice and exactly at the time he said he would be here. Giraldo took the time to explain everything in great detail and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. He was straightforward and honest about pricing and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I had other problems and Giraldo even showed me how I could do it myself to save some money.     I have finally found a plumber I can recommend to all my family and friends.     Another great experience with ProMaster Plumbing. Giraldo came out and replaced hot water heater and installed a water softener. Could not have been happier. All work was done professionally and looks great. Spent extra time to make sure all faucets were working and even replaced clogged screens in bathroom faucets. Need a plumber dont hesitate to call.     I needed help quick on a Friday afternoon. When I called ProMaster Plumbing, Giraldo notified me he could be at my house at 5:30pm the same day for an estimate. He got there an hour earlier and did a fantastic job. He found the issue with my water heater and fixed the leak my outdoor water spout had. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions with lots of patience and knowledge. I now have warm water and no leaky spout. Yay! Thank you Giraldo! Highly recommend!

    This company is very reliable and professional! I called them last weekend due to an emergency and Giraldo was able to come to my house in less than an hour. After checking my water heater and discussing the problem and the price, we decided to replace it and install a new one. He explained me everything and recommended the best brand.     I have never been happier spending money on plumbing! This company is awesome. They not only do an incredible job but they have very fair prices. I will not be using any other plumbers because I found the best. In 22 years at our home, this company surpassed all other home improvement/repair companies.     I can not thank enough to Mr. Fernandez. After two days without water waiting for a major company to come and fix the problem and there was always and excuse I got his number from next-door app. After so much stress everything came to a successful end. Mr. Fernandez not only fixed the problem I had but also fixed two other issues at home and all for half price of the invoice I got before him and all done in about two hours, no wait for parts since he had everything I needed. He was very nice, polite and took so much time to explained to me everything I needed to know and more. I will definitely recommend him to all my family and friend.

    Fernandez has been a life saver! He came out to our house around September of 2018 and looked at a leak we had. In Oct we had another leak so we decided to hire Fernandez for both issues. He was very patient waiting on the insurance and also very quick in responding to any questions or filling out paper work required by the insurance. Once we had the green light to do the work, Fernandez was punctual and very good at his job. He fixed the issue in the tub and in the shower, plus installed a new shower floor/pan made out of concrete instead of the plastic ones from the store. In addition to, he returned to the house twice to fix the plumbing he had already done due to our handyman messing it up. Also, pricing was very affordable. I will keep Fernandez as my plumber for any other issues at any of my homes. I recommend Fernandez 100% for any of your plumbing needs!

    Pro Master did exactly what they had to do. Very professional, reliable and reasonable. I recommend them. Update: 7/16/2021. I had pro master install my water heater a few months ago…excellent job. Just recently, I re-hired them again to install a new shower value, rain fall showhead, pre-slope mud and new pan liner.     I had a sewer line that was clogged and needed a clean out installed at my property line. Another company in the area refused to the work claiming that there wasnt enough space between the sidewalk and the fence. I called Fernandez and explained the situation. He came to look at it the same day and completed the job the next morning. He took pictures at every stage of the job so that I had a record of his work which was very professional. Then he took the time to explain exactly how it works. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs in the future and would definitely recommend him to friends.

    One year ago I called ProMaster to fix an issue with the hot water at my parents house. He offered what looked like a fair price and backed up his work with a guarantee to come out again if the issue wasnt solved. A man of his word, he came back the next day when we called to tell him the hot water was still out. Sure enough, he identified the real issue (had nothing to do with the water heater, but an issue with how hot water systems were built in older houses) and fixed it free of charge.One year later and its still kicking. Couldnt recommend this man enough. Youve found the right place.
