My mistake was not calling PipeLife plumbing first. I had a few small leaks and repairs needed in my main and guest bathrooms and got a reasonable quote from a competitor who I originally thought would fix the problem. Not only were my leaks showing up again after two weeks, but they left a mess in my place. When I tried having them come back to fix the issue, they were unresponsive and outright dismissed my concerns. The whole thing was a nightmare for me and my family.I called PipeLife plumbing and was contacted by the technician within the day, and he came out to give me a quote at my house within the week. He went though the quote and explained everything to me, line by line. He even gave me a few options to choose from. When it came time to do the work, they made sure to protect and clean up the space while they worked and once they left. Its been six months and I havent had any issues with the original leaks. Ill never waste my time or money with any other plumber ever again.

Pipelife Plumbing is an extremely reliable plumbing company. Responded immediately to my urgent plumbing needs. Barry, owner, assessed the situation and resolved the problem with extreme professionalism. What does that mean? He explained the problems, to which there were many. Then continued to give options and cost differences. He also take care of other damaged components within our bathroom that were not prominently visible to us at no added charge. Payment process was equally as expedient and professional. Definitely would recommend Pipeline Plumbing if you want something done right the first time around.

When our toilet wouldn’t flush, we called Pipeline. We immediately heard from Barry and he came out to the house within twelve hours, diagnosed the problem, told us it was likely covered by the warranty of a previous service provider, and held our hand through to a solution. Barry’s professionalism and honesty was extremely refreshing in an industry where many service providers would have just quoted us a price to fix the problem rather than guide us to a free solution. I can’t recommend Pipelife highly enough.

Barry rescued us from a poor experience with a previous contractor. We had big gas heaters installed in our outdoor hangars and the previous contractor had installed the wrong type of pipe and the wrong type of fittings. Barry worked for 5 hours trying to salvage the faulty work to save us some cost, but eventually had to break the news that all of the pipe needed to be replaced. I am so glad he suggested the replacement! The new hard pipe he installed looks so much more professional and safe. It passed the pressure tests on the first try, and the heaters were up and running within a week of speaking with Barry on the phone in our dire situation. He arrived when he said he was going to, looked and spoke professionally, and completed his work even faster than he estimated for the price he quoted. I could not have asked for a better experience. Barry was recommended to me by a friend to install frost free hose bibs since I was having leaking at my regular hose bibs (not meant for Colorado living where you need to winterize). When I spoke with Pipelife to schedule they were available within two days of the phone call. He arrived within the time slot given to me, and I got a text when he was on his way. He went into my crawl space to look at everything hed need to do, and was very open with explaining everything he needed to do too. He showed me the frost free hose bibs hed install and sent me a quote through a link via text to look over and let me think prior to accepting. His pricing was about as expected for parts and labor. He also made a recommendation to replace the main water shut off valve since it was original with the house from 1951 and was able to do that day of as well. I was able to use credit card to pay using a tap attachment to his iPad, so paying was very easy. He was extremely professional, and I will 100% be using Pipelife in the future for all my homes plumbing needs.

Easy to schedule, Barry shows up on time and reviews the work needed with you before moving forward.I used him to assist with a toilet that was leaking from its base. He found that the wax seal was broken by roots growing under the floor. He cleaned the roots out, replaced the seal as we needed the toilet functioning asap. We have plans to have him back in a few months to correct the issue so the roots are no longer a problem. He also assisted my general contractor on some plumbing designs our city was requiring for permitting.

Pros - Good billing platform, punctual, does great work and is clean about it, very good communication via text or phone, very personal and professional, fair prices for a single task that needs mobilization / demobilization costs wrapped into wrench time for like a single toilet replacement or something.Cons - If you need a plumber for a short job and schedule is critical, his rates are fair. If you need him for a full days work on a budget his rates are 2-2.5x what is on the market in my opinion from what I surveyed. I think because his wrench time price includes the mob-de-mob per 45 minute task which is not the case in a big job where youre there all day with 5-7 tasks within 2 rooms of a house. Pricing tolerance is in the eye of the beholder and for some people the service level is worth the extra cost so your mileage may vary.Bottom line, Id use Barry again for short tasks or emergency work, but I just cant afford the pricing on the big jobs with my pricing sensitivity which is a shame as I enjoyed working with him.

We had a bathroom sink explode on us, flooding the bathroom. Not only did Pipelife identify the root problem was our water pressure was 95 psi but he also ordered for us and installed a water pressure regulator and an expansion tank for our water heater. He came out to our home near lowry even though he is based in Lakewood & he took the time to answer all our questions and explain to us how to keep our home safe from plumbing emergencies. All in all, the service was extremely professional and when we do a bathroom remodel, I plan to use Pipelife for all our plumbing needs.
