I have to say that they went out of their way literally to take care of us. They were very meticulous and tidy while repairing a leak, which was a relief because I did not want any dings on our new washer and dryer. We commend their excellent use of technology: they have a texting system that advises you when they are on the way, email you the invoice on the spot, and send you a follow-up email when theyre done. Im happy I found them and now part of our permanent home repair team. A good plumber is a must!

I originally called another service that the manufacturer of my unit listed as an authorized service provider in my area. They didnt show up and never called to confirm when they were coming nor to give me any status updates when they didnt show up after two days. I called Morata Plumbing at 6:30PM in the evening based on positive reviews and the owner Omelio Morata himself answered the phone and came out the next day. Morata Plumbing sent me text messages regarding their arrival status and called shortly before arriving which was a refreshing change compared to the other service I had spoken with days earlier. The problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly and Omelio and his company will be my go to company for all of my future plumbing needs hands down. Do yourself a favor and dont waste a singly day or minute waiting for someone else who may or may not show up.
