Elite plumbers were called. They were great with scheduling. They showed up on the scheduled date and time. The two gentlemen that did the work were amazing and knew exactly what they were doing. They fixed my shower handle and bathtub temperature knobs and cartridge and it’s working perfect now. I originally had a different plumber who messed up these items and couldn’t fix it and Elite plumbing was able to fix it without any issues becase they understood the Italian brand plumbing which is rare to see. I highly recommend Elite Plumbing ! Also I have a septic tank system and they do septic work which I will be calling them in the future for. Overall great service and amazing work ! The service is fantastic! They’re fast, friendly, and efficient. Angel was extremely helpful and expeditious in getting everything set up and scheduled for a repair to our water heater. Angel was very courteous, thorough and concise with his work and follow-up. All payment transactions were completed digitally which made it very easy and user-friendly. Honestly they were beyond words. I called them and within 15 mins on a Friday they were at my house. I was fortunate enough to have technician Alexis out along with his son and they were both so helpful and knowledgeable. You could tell they both were compassionate and felt bad about the situation I had. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs services done. They even came back the next day (mind you it was a Saturday) just to finish the job that required more materials. I dont have enough good things to say about this company! The female who answers the phone was SUPER helpful and once again you can tell she actually cared about the problem. Any one you deal with there including the supervisor is nothing short of excellent. I will 100% be using them again and refer them to anyone in Cape Coral that needs help. Honestly, I never leave a review, but, today I received excellent service and I have to share! Starting with my phone call with the office, the young ladies I spoke with were extremely nice and helpful. You could tell that they care and wanted to help me out. The plumbers came out immediately and I am so grateful since it was an urgent matter and I had sewer coming up. The plumbers, Angel and Harry, were so polite! They solved my issue and i couldnt be happier with the price they gave me. Thank you guys so much!!!

Highly recommend! We had an issue with our septic tank and called them in the evening. They were there the next day, pumped and pressure cleaned the tank, pressure cleaned all the lines. They were thorough and explained everything clearly. I have dealt with plumbers in the past who have told us we needed an expensive repair without even opening the tank. These guys were the complete opposite - they checked everything and determined that the actual issue was a sub $500 issue.

The plumber came out to help us on a holiday weekend within a few hours and saved our weekend. We had a back up and it could have been a pretty sticky weekend. All other companies fees were through the roof and they came that day (later in the afternoon) and resolved our issue for a reasonable emergency fee included (flat rate).

I have known Moises and Elite Plumbing since I purchased my house in 2012. Any problem I had, he and his team were there to fix it. They are extremely professional, responsive and affordable.The day my plumbing gave out, I called them the middle of the night and they showed up first thing in the morning. They showed up as expected. I needed the Septic tank cleaned because it was backing up into the house. They cleaned it out and were very honest when I asked if the tank needed repairs. They said no.
