    David was great about the pricing of a water heater or waterless heater. He gave me options and prices. He explained the differences of the two heaters and I decided to go waterless. David, Jonathan and their crew were quick and professional. David and Jonathan installed the waterless heater, did an awesome job and left no mess. David answered all my concerns with patience. I highly recommend David and Jonathan. They work well together.

    They were very professional, easy to communicate with and kept the appointment within the time frame. Shawn and Josh did a great job unclogging our bath shower which had construction materials stuck in the drain. I appreciate that they spoke English which is tough to find in Miami.

    I had a leak in my bathroom and after googling I found Dovis. They were at my house within the hour. Very fast! Mark was my plumber. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found that the leak was a cracked pipe in the floor next to the sink. He explained the issue and the steps he would take to solve it, along with price points on each step. The leak was fixed the next day. Great job! I am unsure of what that would normally cost, but it did seem reasonable. However, the holes that were made locating the leak and fixing it are just left open and need to be repaired as well. This is another expense to consider. Which makes the total cost a little steep. Other than that, great work. And I would recommend.

    I called Davis for an emergency and they scheduled me in quickly. The technicians David and Jonathon came promptly and went above and beyond to get my shower fixed, even doing extra research and getting the parts to make sure I had a working shower and saving my existing fixtures. I can’t thank them enough for the work they did and would definitely recommend this company!

There was always a person ready to take your call, scheduling was prompt and automated, when our plumber David was held up at another job site I received a prompt call and he was able to come in the next window of time.     We called them early in the morning after our ice maker line came loose in the middle of the night. Luckily we were there and heard leaking and tied it off before it flooded everything.They immediately set up an appointment within an hour. Mark showed up on time we went over what we needed for the house including a new toilet and he went to work. Removed all the old ice maker tubing installed and industrial version of it and put on a new shut off valve between the cold water and the ice maker. Remove the old toilet install the new toilet, cleaned up everything as if he wasnt there in record time. Fantastic experience would highly recommend to anyone.Just a note if youre getting a new toilet be sure you test drive the seat first we went from around seat to any elongated seat thats much narrower and much smaller had I known I would not have selected that toilet but it works okay, high efficiency good solution.

    Great experience with Dovis Plumbing. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had 2 plumbing estimates. Technician Juaneal gave me 4 options in my estimate, and answered all my questions.The other firm didn’t show for the 1st appointment and rescheduled for the next day and their price was significantly higher. The office worked to get me on the schedule the next day, a Friday, so I would have hot water for the weekend. Juaneal was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked in a very confined space, completed the work, left the area clean and answered all my questions. Thank you again Juaneal! This project required an electrician that Dovis set up. She came in after the old tank removal and did her work in a professional and courteous manner. There was no delay in coordinating the two trades. I’m very happy with Dovis Plumbing customer service. I will definitely recommend.

    I must admit these guys are the best plumbers in Aventura. They have all the knowledge and they are just great people. I have been using them for years. They are on time. Very fair price and get the job done. Never have any issues.This past job was a larger job. My water bill was getting insanely expensive so they stuck a camera line down the drain and found a crack. They repaired it and boy was this a hard job but they did it right.Keep up the good work!

    So no one wants to wake up to a leaking toilet, but it happens. To make matters worse, the valve was broken. You can imagine the panic setting in. Found Dovis on Google. They answered on the first call, immediately wanted to help, had a technician to my home in less than 30 minutes.Willie the tech was very polite, eager to help, assessed the situation quickly. He called frequently to update me with his findings and walked me through all options available to make the right decision that worked best for me.Once the choice was made, repairs were done in just a few hours.     I had been hesitantly looking to get some plumbing work done in my home after some rough experiences in the past. I randomly met Dovi and came to find out he was the owner of a plumbing company. His demeanor and overall positive vibe instilled confidence so we went ahead and scheduled them. (A much easier process than in the past, and they came out quickly!)The job was completed yesterday and it was the best experience we have ever had with a plumbing company. Hands down.Willie our technician was beyond courteous and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to have him doing this work in our home. He was also very respectful of our sleeping toddler and worked around his nap schedule.Mark was the 2nd tech who came by to assist and he was equally professional and kind.  We could not believe this level of service, especially here in South Florida.We have hired 4 different plumbing companies in the last 3 years and there was always an issue - whether they didnt show up on time, had a bad attitude, blew off the job or clearly tried to rip us off. Nor were we comfortable leaving them alone in our home.   Dovis plumbing eliminated all of those previous worries and the most important part of this review - they did phenomenal work on what I know to be very difficult jobs. David Wachtel is one of the most knowledgeable and efficient plumbers I have ever used across dozens of commercial properties and private residences in every part of the country. Dovis charges about 35% more than any of their competitors. They are at the highest end of South Florida plumbing contractors. However, they stand behind their work, have parts and equipment in stock and YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT. Good value? No. But I trust them.

    Tatiana was amazing. She made me feel warm and she was very understanding. Mark was our plumber. He was early. Our scheduled time was 12-4. They got there early. He took his time looked at the problem. Which was a pipe issue on the roof that need to be a certain inch off the roof. And he showed us all of our options. And explained everything. Oh yeah when making the appointment Tatiana was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was asking for even though I didn’t.     I’m so impressed with Dovis Plumbing! My gas water heater stopped working. I called at 7 am and David answered promptly and told me he’d do everything possible to fit me in that morning. By 8 am I got a call telling me a technician was on his way. Floyd showed up at 8:30 and got right to work. My heater was fixed shortly after! Floyd was knowledgeable, professional and friendly and explained everything, and David called me that afternoon to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I was also very impressed with how clean they left their work area! I will definitely be calling them again! Highly recommend them!

    The landscaping supervisor for my development noticed the meter box was retaining water and overflowing at times. I contacted Tatiana from Dovis plumbing and she was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. The two technicians (Willie & Daniel) arrived as scheduled and determined there was a leak after they ran a few tests. They provided an estimate based on the work they projected they had to do. A few hours later, after digging to underground pipes by the box, they located the leak and replaced the pipes. Damage was due to tree roots and they documented it with photos so I could address the issue with my HOA. The amount due was the amount of the estimate so they didn’t up charge me which I was worried about. Tested the system to make sure the leak was fixed. Tatiana called the next business day to follow up with me on the service call and my overall satisfaction. Overall I was completely satisfied. Very pleased with the next day service, the updates from the technicians while they worked and the follow up with the office. Would recommend them and will use them again if the.need arises.

    There is no other plumbing company that is worth calling other than Dovis plumbers. I spoke with David The manager and he immediately understood what I needed and sent over his two best guys Mark and Taysir. Well that’s my opinion, but they were truly outstanding. The job took a lot longer than we had all anticipated, but they diligently stayed and worked until late night to make sure the problem was taken care of. I will never use any other company other than Dovis.

    Floyd came the same day that I called. A P-1 code was flashing. He arrived in exactly 1 hour.He explained to me that he must diagnose the tankless water heater. He explained the tank can sometimes build up sediments if you dont maintain it properly. He flushed the system and cleaned the filter and I asked if I could watch and he said yes. He was very nice and professional. He explained everything very clear. Very fast service and I would recommend.

    What an easy and efficient experience. David was very professional in coordinating with myself and my out of state landlord to repair my toilet quickly. He had shoe covers and a mask the entire repair.     Used Dovie when I had clog in mainline from kitchen and laundry room. To fix other quotes we’re over $20k. After being there for a little dovis found cheaper way to run through outside of the house to septic and installed drain field for fraction of the price.     David was very nice. My regular plumber happened to be booked all week and there was water coming out under my son’s floor. So I had to find another plumber. David’s company received good reviews so I called him. One of his associates was supposed to come on Monday, the day I called, between 1 and 3. Around 2:45 I called David to find out if and when his associates were coming, only to find out that they were running late because of some issues with the job they were working on. David said he would call me back in a few minutes with an ETA. At 4:10 I called David again and rescheduled for the following morning between 9 and 11.David arrived Tuesday morning around 10:50. He discovered that the water in my son’s room originated from the toilet in the half bath. David replaced the toilet, valve, and flange, and gave us the name of a restoration company.We really thank him for helping us out so much. There was much more damage than we thought.

    After discussing the necessary repairs/installations needed with David, Taysir and Mark arrived at the building by the appointed hour. Finding the lines in the midst of concrete walls to remove the old and leaking galvanized pipes and prep the shower installation was no easy task, but Taysir prevailed and did a beautiful job. He and Mark changed all the emergency valves, the kitchen faucet, and Mark went to get the comfort height toilet with the round top, which was my choice. The only downside was that the tile had had to be broken (and it was my job to find a tiler!!). Fortunately I was able to find one on very short notice, and--five days later--with a weekend in between--the men came back to finish the job. Dovis was very responsive and professional throughout the process, and Taysir and Mark did an excellent job and used quality fixtures. I am so glad to now have modern plumbing in my work in progress apartment!!

Shamara in the main office helped to book my appointment that same day; she was very professional & courteous. He communicated with ETA and showed up on time as promised. The work was done in the timeframe that was given. The two areas that required cutting in the ceiling was done neatly and at a minimum. They had a reasonable $45 service fee to come look at the work, but we needed a 1/4 inch cut off a pipe because it was too long for a faucet fixture and they wanted $195 to cut a 1/4 inch off a pipe?! So we essentially threw away $45 and lost 2h of our day. I inquired as to the explanation for the steep price (was this more complicated than we thought?) And the answer was that there are hidden costs to a job such as gas for the truck, paying 2 technicians to come over (which is silly because we explained the job when we called, they chose to send 2) and the office costs, etc. Every business has those costs that shouldnt reflect so heavily on such a simple job and he could not give me a better reason for this specific job so I dont buy it personally, you can decide for yourself.Edit: Changing from 2 to 4 stars because without me asking I got a call letting me know they reimbursed us the service fee of $45! Really appreciated that!
