Very professional firm, detailed, honest company. I made an appointment for a leaky shower/water spout in my vacant rental. My HoA association is not very easy on contractors, they were the only company listed in their directory. They quickly set up an appointment convenient to me. Alex showed up on time and was patient and very detailed in his explanation and what could go wrong since it was installed on tile. I scheduled the job for the following week, I was sick and could not be at the job site, Alex and his team managed the whole process flawlessly and everything went as planned, they went above and beyond. I will be using them again the future. This company is great in customer service, follow through and exceeded my expectations.

Alex and his guys did an amazing job on our house in South Miami. Alex was very polite, well dressed and very knowledgeable. Their van was very organized and not to mention they replaced all our cast iron pipes with PVC pipes in 1 day! They showed up at 8am and didn’t leave until 11pm. They picked up all the excess rocks and cleaned up after the job was done. Toilets and showers worked great after they finished. Pricing was very competitive too. I couldn’t be any happier. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done.

Early afternoon Friday we replaced the dishwasher. The dishwasher technician broke the hot water valve under the sink, the independent one connecting the hot water to the dishwasher and according to him the house main water valve was broken. SO I called JCN Plumbing. The friendly receptionist quickly sent Kenny and Alex to take a look. They arrived in 30 minutes and they were very polite. To my surprise they indicated that the house main water valve was not broken, that once we close it, since it is a 2 story house, we need to open many faucets on the 2nd floor to allow air and water fully exit. It worked; we were able to close the main water pipe. Then, they carefully replaced the dedicated hot water pipe valve for the dishwasher.Once everything was done, they cleaned up and did a great job. Once they left we used the kitchen faucet and the cold water didn’t have enough pressure. We thought it was due to the valve replacement, so we immediately called Kenny and Alex back who came in a few minutes.They told us that sometimes, when you close the main valve sediment can dislodge in the pipes and clog a faucet. We didn’t believe and incorrectly thought they were trying to upsale and make us replace the kitchen faucet etc…However, they were completed right. I replaced the kitchen faucet and got full pressure.Out of curiosity, I disassembled the old kitchen faucet and yes, they were completely correct!, there was a lot of sediment clogging the cold water line.I totally recommend JCN plumbing and especially Kenny and Alex, they were super honest and did an excellent job.

I’m very pleased with the services provided by JCN Plumbing from start to finish.On Monday I called their phone number, someone answered on the first call, I explained I had a water leak with a report they can review. They had me send in the report for review. Within an hour they called back and we had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday.On Wednesday the technicians arrived within the window provided. I explained the history of the leak, they were very knowledgeable and very professional. I was thrilled to find out that they would even file the paperwork with the county on my behalf to possibly receive a credit on my recent water bill due to the leak.They had availability to come today (Thursday) and repair the leak which included excavation through concrete, backfilling, and replacing the concrete. I wasn’t able to be home for the job but they kept me updated with hourly photos and notes. And of course, they arrived on time. As soon as the job was done, they had the paperwork ready for me to sign and file with the county. Once I signed the documents it was promptly sent to the county.Couldn’t have had a more professional and efficient experience. Less than 72 hours between my initial call and a completed job.

Very difficult to find qualified workers in the Miami Beach area, at least from my experience, so this was such a relief for me, especially living out of state. Was happy to find a trustworthy, dependable, skilled, friendly plumbing company! During the appointment, Kenny reached out for a couple additional recommended fixes (which he did not charge me extra for) which I approved, and when he was done, he sent pictures and video. Thalia followed up immediately with all questions/concerns I had. Very satisfied with JCN plumbing and once I moved to Florida permanently, I will use them when I redo my bathrooms and kitchen!

I had a slow drain in one of the bathrooms that I have and needed some plumbing assistance . I was able to schedule a visit by JCN at a time that was convenient to me.I liked the fact that JCN was proactive and asked for our condos management contact info so that they could proactively send the appropriate documents for working in our building days before the scheduled visit. On the day is the visit, carlos the technician showed up on time and began to explain to me potential reasons for the slow drain and how he would investigate. He said he would check all of the bathroom drains as well.Carlos was professional, efficient and very helpful. He resolved the issue and cleaned out each of the p traps.Reasonable price, knowledgeable resources and great customer service . I would highly recommend JCN. Five stars

I called Roberto because I am having my kitchen remodeled and the man installing my cabinets was going to install the disposal in my farmhouse sink but he wasn’t able to do so. He wanted to install the disposal on the side that we would dry the dishes and that was completely unacceptable for us. I called Roberto and in less than 2 hours he was at my house fixing the problem. I was so pleased with the service and the how quick he was able to come out to get the job done. I called other plumbing companies and they told me they would make it out tomorrow and one said on Wednesday. We’ve been without a kitchen for 3 weeks so having a functioning sink and dishwasher is such a relief.

I recently bought a house, and after moving in we found out there was water coming up from under the floorboards. That water was such a mystery. We had 7 different contractors go by and no one knew where the leak was coming from! Such a nightmare. Finally, we hired JCN Pluming. The plumber Liubel was so diligent and searched absolutely everything to find the leak. It ended up being an issue with a toilet that no one else had been able to detect but him! He fixed the issue right then and there. And I’m so happy!

Our technicians over a total of 4 services were Alex, Liubel, Tony and Jorge. Chris also stopped by. They fixed a leak, updated the washing machine plumbing, installed a garbage disposal, and properly moved the gas line. They made sure the hot water heater and the gas were working properly before leaving. Communication via the dispatchers (J. and Claudia) were clear and timely.
