I have been using for both my commercial properties and projects at home for a couple of years. They have been consistently above and beyond with both customer service and quality work on jobs ranging from clearing clogged toilets, installing new fixtures and water heaters and larger jobs like connecting a home to city sewer. I have had the pleasure of working with Ariel on several occasions and he as been nothing but professional, polite, and accommodating, not to mention doing top-notch work. One call to Boris and a crew is dispatched surprisingly quickly. 100% would recommend.

Borkat Plumbing has made anything plumbing related a non-issue. Their ability to be so prompt with emergencies make them super reliable as well as making every issue a priority even when not urgent. I just bought a house and in less than a month I has a water leak emergency. A friend referred me to Borkat plumbing service and my husband called and spoke with Boris late at night and he answered the phone . Early the next day he sent a group of workers including Ariel who I want to describe as excellent, very hard worker, honest and with a great knowledge, Ariel did a good job , organizer and never stopped working at any time until he did not finish his work . I rate the company as a serios company that responded when you need it regardless the time and personally give Ariel my recognition for his outstanding work.

They were quick to respond, and the plumber who came was not only skilled but also courteous. He explained the problem in simple terms and had the necessary parts to fix it right away. The service was reasonably priced, and there were no hidden fees. These guys have earned my trust, and Ill definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

My parents had a leak from their 2nd floor shower from a broken pipe. The leak caused a leak that flowed into the living room leaving the 1st floor flooded and extensive damage to the ceiling and drywall. I called Bortak immediately because they came highly recommended from a friend and spoke to Boris who was absolutely awesome. He sent a technician named Rodolvo who began to work immediately and efficiently. My parents have nothing but high praise for his work. He showed them photos and explained what he did to accomplish the job. All THIS while I was at work. Great price, great service! Honestly, 5 Stars is not enough for the peace of mind. Thank you Boris and Rodovaldo and all staff at Bortak! Bravo!
