We recently bought a home and knew that the pipes needed some work. From the get-go, aqua pro was timely and professional. They ended up lining the pipes for us. Ernesto was the team lead for our job and throughout the process he was very communicative and explained each step. The whole crew was respectful, cleaned up after their work, and even took off their shoes to walk in the house. I have to give credit to Luis and Danny because one night they stayed late to work (past 8pm) so we could have a toilet to use that night. But honestly everyone on the team was awesome (Ernesto, Alex, Luis, and Danny) I was definitely nervous to commit to a company for such a big job, but they delivered and the crew was great!

The company responded quickly, sent a plumber who was able to resolve the issue right away . The only complaint I have is they don’t give you the estimated price ahead of the repair and the bill was significantly high . However , once we expressed our concerns about the bill, they lowered the price which was really nice of them . I definitely will recommend them.

My experience with Aqua Pro Plumbing was amazing! Everything went extremely smooth, the treatment was unreal. The customer service was top notch and they made sure they properly diagnosed my leak a few times before identifying where it was coming from. My experience with Aqua Pro was pleasant and very professional from start to finish. I had trenchless sewer pipe lining done throughout my house by creating new piping for all cast iron pipes. The two technicians that did the work were very good. Eventhough, they spoke very little English, there was NEVER a problem understanding what was going on. The technicians had a pocket translator which kept the communication flowing freely between us when needed, but they seldom had to use it. I enjoyed talking to them, they were very nice. I would recommend AQUA PRO to any needing plumbing work done. Also, Julio initially came to our home and explained everything the company would be doing at our house. He showed us a sample of what our pipe lining would look like once completed. He was very nice and knowledgeable. After checking the inside of all of our pipings with a special video camera, he gave us a free estimate. Julio was always available for any questions from the beginning to the end of the job.I.Bush

This company offered the best value that I could find, and they were consistently on time as well as highly professional. The employees were excellent at answering all our questions and outlining their plan of action. In my instance, they had one method of performing the task planned, but they later discovered a better one and approached me with their plan of action and an explanation of why. At the end of the day, they clean up nicely and always leave us with a working bathroom and sink. I would recommend them 100%.

Really glad that we decided to work with Aqua Pro. Branden came out for a free estimate to change all our cast iron plumbing to PVC and seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The team completed the job in a reasonable timeframe and was very communicative throughout the process in case of any setbacks. Not only did they give us the best price but Brandon and team also gave us the assurance that if there were any unforeseen issues, they’d be able to help out. The first company that we called came out could not provide exact location of our septic tank and said they believed it was under our driveway and wanted to bust open half the driveway to find out, then we would incur the expense of repairing the driveway (and lots of other issues with that company). Called Aqua Pro and they came, located the septic and guaranteed that it was under the driveway and they devised a plan to cut a SMALL section of the driveway, pump the tank, replace the concrete and install a lid for future use. They did an amazing job, super efficient, professional staff, and saved us a TON of time and money. I highly recommend them, but more than that, I am grateful to them for the work they did and how quickly they scheduled and completed the job. GREAT COMPANY!!!!

I perform commercial pressure washing in the overnight hours and at 3:45am, I was in need of a commercial plumber due to a water spigot rupture at on Office Max retail store. I was able to get in touch with Peter at Aqua Pro and he stated that he could have a tech on site within 45 minutes but it would be costly. At that time I told Peter I didnt care what the cost was, I just need this repaired as it was blasting roughly 25 gpm into the roadway. Instead of taking all my info and sending a tech, and taking my money, he asked me to explain to him exactly what happened. After explaining to Peter what the problem was, he instructed me to call my employees who were on site and relay to them the information he had given me on how to repair the spigot themselves. With Peters kindness and expertise, my employees were able to repair the spigot without Peter sending a tech and having to charge me an emergency fee. I cant thank him enough for what he did for us!!!

Aqua Pro has been by far the best plumbing company I’ve ever used. I’ve had such terrible experiences in the past, not being satisfied by other companies. I called them at 3 am with an emergency because my apartment was overflowing and within 45 minutes they were at my place. They fixed the issues without any type of ifs or buts in a timely manner, they just got it done. The staff were polite and respectful, great price too. Best decision ever!!

We have been dealing with a hot and cold water mixing issue in the house for 4 years. We have had 5 different plumbers come and suggest tearing the wall open, and doing some other costly repairs we were not too keen on. So we lived with it and kept asking about solutions as we had other plumbing issues.Enter Victor Marquez and Brandon from Aqua Pro Plumbing. Where other plumbers have failed, they quickly identified the master shower mixing valves as the culprits, were able to find and order the correct valves for some extremely rare custom shower fixtures, and perform a careful installation to bring this original system back to proper functioning and now we have proper separation of hot and cold water again throughout the house.We also had them replace a water heater for us and it went seamlessly.Extremely nice to work with, fair priced, prompt, courteous and careful. They treated our home like it was theirs and I will continue to call on them and recommend them for all plumbing needs.

I cant say enough about this company. Starting with Julio, than Danny, and Luis. I had a very serious Cast Iron sewer problem. After wasting time and money on an unqualifed plumbing company (numerous times). Aqua Pro came, not only were they going to solve the issue long term with their relining solution, but until they could do the job they removed obstructing cement to aleviate back ups to my tenants apt. In addition I had another obstruction with large pieces of lead attached to the cast Iron that had to be removed before the relining. Without Danny and Luiss amazing ability to remove this lead it would of required a more expensive and invasive job. Requiring breaking tile and concrete in the apt. These guys were professional, hard working, extremely understanding and sensitive to the tenants needs. Honestly a great experience!!!

Oh my God where do I start this company is amazing we needed a camera to find our main sewer line and not only are they knowledgeable theyre quick theyre fast and they gave us great advice which saved us thousands of dollars because of honestly our architectural plans were not correct and it wasnt the architects fault it was based off of what the previous builder sent. And that happens all too often and a lot of people put their trust in existing architectural plans but making sure you have someone with a plumber to verify will save you thousands and thousands of dollars.... Im beyond Happy with their service and I will use this company again.

Excavation wasnt an option for me so instead I, went with trenchless pipe repair technology. I choice Aqua Pro plumbing not only for their reasonable price and good reviews but the way Pedro, (owner) presented himself and represented his company. I also like the way he took the time to fully explain the process and answer any questions that I, might of had. Customer service at its best that I, didnt get with my two previous estimates.The crew (Alvaro and Ulysses) did a phenomenal job. They made sure that all my walls and title floor were completely covered since they would be doing work inside my home as well. During the time of the project the crew always made sure to keep me in the loop showing me step by step of the process. Once the project was complete the crew not only showed me the finishing touches but also did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. It was like they werent even there!!Let me add that I couldnt get the pipe lining because my pipes are too small (3in.) So what Aqua Pro ended up doing was internal pipe coating which came out phenomenal!!I would definitely use Aqua Pro again for all my plumbing needs.

Steven G. took his time and let me know of an issue with a toilet that had been installed by the previous do-it-yourself owner where a flange was missing. We were lucky we never had a leak onto into the condo unit below us. He installed the toilet the correct way, never complaining about the extra time. Of course we ended up paying more for the additional time and part but at least we know that everything was done correctly with no short cuts. We will be having some additional work done on a faucet fixture & will request Steven for all our plumbing work if he is available. So nice to find hard-working, reliable professionals!

Pedro and his team solved three different issues I was having. I hired them because their pricing was competitive and had good reviews. The work was done well, even though one of the projects took longer than I expected and the worker (Danny, I believe) had to keep doing things by trial and error, going in and out of the house to shut off the water supply each time, when I feel like if he knew exactly how the product worked or should be installed, he couldve solved it faster. Also, Pedro gave me my estimate, but even after mentioning to him that I didnt hire another company because of the Spanish-speaking language barrier, he still sent over a Spanish-speaking-only worker to do the labor. I was a bit annoyed by that simply because it made communicating with him difficult. He was a friendly guy, though, and did the work fairly well despite what I described above. I also think the responsiveness via text/phone could be improved. Overall, however, Im satisfied with their work and would still recommend them.

My experience with Aqua-Pro was amazing. Last summer I had a toilet leak all over my bathroom floor and I was leaving on a business trip the next day. I spoke with Peter and he said that I can spend money to have it fixed but most likely I will be calling them back to have it fixed again since the toilets were older and it would be better just to replace it for just a couple hundred dollars more. He said that he could install a new one if somebody could let them into my apartment. I let them do the job without me there and when I came home it was installed and at a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t you know it’s my other toilet let loose six months later. Again they ordered the toilet and came to replace it at this time I was there. Workers were punctual, professional, trustworthy and friendly. It’s really hard to find this kind of professionalism in Miami Beach. I highly recommend them. Thank you Peter!

This company is truly the BEST. I had an emergency plumbing backup in a rental property. I called many other companies first who told me they didn’t have time, were weeks booked out, or were just plain rude already trying to quote exuberant fees without even looking at the problem at my house. Aqua Pro responded to my call within 5 minutes. They promised to have someone come over and they arrived sooner than I expected in a professional truck with every piece of equipment needed to diagnose my problem. After 30 minutes of inspecting the issue, Yariel gave me a full explanation of my options and a proposal. I accepted the proposal and Yariel immediately called his colleague Juan to come over and begin the job. Yariel and Juan answered every question, explained every step and I could tell they we absolute professionals. They repaired half of my entire house plumbing by installing Pipe Lining in just 2 days. No mess. No destruction. They treated my property with respect, cleaned up where they worked and made sure everything was perfect. What would have taken weeks of destruction and mess and cost twice as much was completed in 2 days without disruption. I am so very grateful for Aqua Pro and Yariel and Juan. They made a nightmare seem simple and I will call them for all of my plumbing needs!

Aqua Pro Plumbing are definitely pros. My kitchen floor had hot spots and I assumed there was a leak because when the hot water heater was running the water meter would be running when no water was running inside the house. I contacted several companies for an estimate. The first company came and provided an estimate that was decent however they had no idea where the leak was and assumed the leak was in the kitchen somewhere because I reported the hot spots, so basically they would have to destroy all my new tile in the kitchen and dig to locate the leak. I didnt want my kitchen destroyed so I contacted Aqua Pro Plumbing and they came out with the right tools to locate the leak so there was no guessing where the leak was. They were able to remove kitchen cabinets and repair the leak under the floor without destroying my kitchen and put everything back nice and clean. You cant even tell the kitchen was removed to fix a pipe! Thats is the work of a professional! I already started planning the next batch of work i want them to do. I would highly recommend them!

I went through the process of recording and submitting to my insurance as a claim. Once I was ready for the repairing phase, I went with Aqua Pro Plumbing, by recommendation. They were very efficient to call me back, inspect the damage, submit a proposal and even offer convenient payment methods. They scheduled my repair in as soon as possible, after the holidays, and arrived at the exact date and time. I thought the repair would be several days of a huge mess and inconvenience with no water running. But to my amazement they were done quickly, I just followed their specific instructions, it was easy no mess breaking through the floor or walls. The “no dig” concept is life changing.
