Robert did an exceptional job on finding a leak with our hot water line, he then came up with a solution to reroute our hot water line from our water heater to the manifold in our kitchen. I was very impressed with the quality of work and overall professionalism Robert showed throughout the project. His price was very fair and reasonable, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to any one who needs an exceptional plumber.

We have used All American Plumbing for a few jobs around the house. This past job was a particularly complex one, which involved an underground hot water leak detection, and a re-piping. The reason why I will continue to use All American Plumbing is that Robert (owner) is always patient in explaining what the issue is, how he is going to fix it, performs quality work, and at a very fair, and competitive price. In fact, he could probably charge more as most people want piece of mind that an issue is going to be resolved versus paying less and the same problem pops up a month later. Him and his son worked past 9 p.m. because he did not want us to go another night without hot water. I can definitely appreciate that kind of customer obsession and you will too.

Really lucked out coming across Robert of A.M. South Plumbing. He installed an amazing tank-less water heater at a great price. Hes exceptionally trust worthy and thats the only type of person Id want working in my house. Prior to finding Robert, we had another company attempting to install a hot water heater.It was a massive failure and we were left with no running water. THANKFULLY on the drive to home depot at 8pm I randomly saw an A.M. South plumbing van. I flagged down the driver who happened to be Robert and told him the situation. He followed me to the house, connected the jacked up lines and created a temporary fix for our old water heater. Right then and there we hired him for the following day to come out with a system he trusts. He didnt even charge me for the initial fix of the shady companys install. Its rare when you come across a genuine person like Robert whos exceptionally talented at his trade. He also gave us excellent recommendations for contractors and other necessities for fixing up our new place. Water in our new home is running better than ever and I gotta thank Robert big time for the great job he did. Knowledgeable, courteous, great skill and keeps his word. Would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing needs!

I tried to replace a faucet and ended up with such a disater I had to shut the water off to the house. I called Rob and he said he was in the neighborhood. He was literally at my door in 10 minutes. I was amazed. He did everything he could to keep the cost down, and was done in an hour. He showed me where I went wrong and all the old defective parts. I was floored that he had a matching faucet with him.I could not be happier with the job and the price was more than fair. I even called him up and tried to talk him into replacing some pool pump valves but he said he doesnt do pools. Darn!

I was referred to Robert by another very highly rated company after I had tried calling 4 other companies and couldnt get in touch with any one of them. Once I spoke with Robert, he immediately identified the problem I was having and knew exactly what he needed in order to get my emergency resolved.Let me back track a little. I got home one night after work and when I went into the bathroom I heard noise coming from behind the shower handle and when I took it off there was a spray of hot water coming out. The water was actually coming out from the stopper and there was no shutting that down. The building where I live doesnt have a shut off valve for the units and any repairs need the water to the entire building to be shut off. This quickly became an emergency because there was water spraying not just into the bathroom, but behind the wall as well and sure enough, eventually water started getting into and flooding other units.Like I mentioned earlier, once I got in contact with Robert, he knew exactly what needed to be done and what tools he needed so he set out to collect them. He arrived at the time he said he would but thats when the real issues began. The building manager didnt want to allow Robert to work in the unit and did not let him in and instead forced us to use her plumbing company. Living in Miami Ive met my share of rude and unprofessional people, but this building manager was just something else completely. Anyways, this review isnt about that but I thought I should share that bit in order to explain that unfortunately Robert was unable to do the work to fix my issue but was sure prepared to do it.I definitely added his number to my contacts and have already recommended him to everyone I know in the event they need any work done. His prices are also great, he was going to charge me 3 times less than what I ended up having to pay the building managers company that ended up doing the work.Thanks again for everything Robert and I wish things had worked out that day. Thought I would let you know that water kept spraying out for another 4 hours after you left and ended up flooding the hallway until that other company finally showed up.

Excellent work from Robert! I live in Texas and did everything over the phone for my mothers property in nmb. Normally im nervous and can be skeptical without actually being there in person for anything I do for my mother because you know people especially those who dont know can be taken advantage of. I felt very comfortable and confident after talking to Robert. He made sure to explain everything in detail and sent pictures of before and after work. I will absolutely be using him for any future projects.

Robert fixed my shower faucet that was incorrectly installed. He replaced my old and broken water heater with a new one that works great. He also replaced an old and leaking main water pipe to my house. I never had any reoccuring roblems with the work he has done. Robert is a fantastic plumber.

I had a serious emergency today when the faucet in my bathroom broke and literally a lot of super hot water was sprining up and all the bathroom valves were broken and I called 911 and police and fire resuce came and did absolutely nothing to help and left.I then called like 4 or 5 plumbing companies I found on Google and they didn’t help nor returned calls when they said they would and asking me stupid questions “Do I have an account with them when I was in a serious emergency?😡I was super stress because my apartment was flooding with water, I then tried again Google looking for a plumber and finally I got a man who I don’t know his name and showed up in about 5 minutes and looking and running around the building to shut off the water and fix my problem with the flooding.I highly suggest if you have a plumbing problem call this company and not the others good for nothing companies who left me stranded in my emergency.
