Ive been using Lennys for about 3 1/2 years now and they always have shown up on time and done a great job for us. Mikey and Matt are great technicians, always clean up after themselves and do a thorough job. Mikey and Matt were even nice enough to teach me how to sweat copper fittings, a skill Id like to have but will certainly still call Lennys first. Great company, highly recommended!

Fortunately my contractor had Lenny’s Plumbing handle the entire new construction of my home in Old Metaire. They did an amazing job. So for over 30 years, I continued to have Lenny’s take care of the typical minor maintenance. However I experienced a drain line issue yesterday, so I called Jefferson Parish Public Works and Lenny’s Plumbing. The problem was the Jefferson Parish 6” Sewer Main was clogged with a tree root. JP unclogged it early this morning. Then Mike and Matt from Lenny’s Plumbing followed up with checking all our toilets, showers and sinks to make sure everything was working properly . Mike and Matt are so professional and pleasant to work with in making sure they leave your home knowing the job was done right as well as clean and professional.

As a landlord you never want to get the dreaded call about a plumbing emergency. After some trouble shooting & getting a video camera down my main sewer pipe, I called Lennys. The guys came out quickly to check out the problem & explained the options for repair. I got a quote emailed to me the next day & easily got a call back to answer a few questions about the scope of work. I got (3) quotes from reputable companies but chose to hire Lennys based on their communication on site and well written quote which included a few items added to be sure we were up to code not mentioned by the other (2) company quotes. They seemed the less likely to end up needing to do more & charge me more, and the price given was right in line with the others. I had (2) tenants that needed to be scheduled around and the guys were good to communicate with me while doing the job so they knew when they could use the water etc. Most surprising and impressive - at the end of the job they had finished in less time than predicted, and also didnt end up needing to do as much work either, so they called me up to lower my final bill. This is the type of thing that makes you want to hire a company again and recommend them to others. Payment was easy - email quickbooks invoice sent for online payment. Their website says Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of Lennys Plumbing Incs philosophy and the foundation upon which the company was founded in 1967. - I believe them. Thank you Matthew and Michael for making my expensive repair a little less stressful!

Mikee from Lenny’s plumbing solved my stopped up plumbing. The blockage was fairly far down, but he resolved it efficiently and effectively and restored pipe drainage function. Very fast response time and reasonable cost. 5 stars from me!

Excellent plumbers. I am extremely satisfied with their recent work. I will call them next time I need plumbing work. Easy to schedule, fast response, called to confirm shortly before arrival, arrived on time, communicated well, performed fast and quality work with reasonable price. Cleaned up after them selves. Fixed leaky toilet, leaky kitchen sink faucet and replaced coper water line.

After S&WB contractors messed with my water meter, I had no flow in my kitchen and bathroom sinks and a toilet that did not refill. Mike and Chris arrived promptly and found the issue which was clogged filters. It was a relatively easy fix so they spent the rest of the hour they charged me addressing several other issues I had, any one of which I would have expected to have cost what they charged me for all the work. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise to have to call them, thanks to the S&WB.I recommend them highly and will definitely call them again if I ever need service.

Answered my calls, were accommodating, didnt try to upsell me, took payment over phone, didnt leave a mess behind, fair price. I was expecting a full replacement requirement but they were honest and did a small quick repair. Will definitely use again

I called one day about getting a T with a shut-off valve put on an existing line. They came out the next day and hooked me up. Plumbers were informative and good to talk to. I initially thought it was gonna be harder, but the plumber suggested something that saved time and money. End result was exactly what I wanted.Quote from another company three days ago....$1850 (not a typo). Bill from Lennys....$175. Will definitely be using them for any plumbing problems in the future

Bryan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. As a result of a kitchen and bathroom remodeling project, Lenny’s Plumbing had to come out to disconnect then later install / reconnect new faucets and sinks, and reconnect gas stove. In addition, issues with 2 toilets were repaired.I will only use Lenny’s for plumbing and other related issues. Thank you!
