Have had to call for a plumber twice since buying a home a year ago. Both times, Earls sent a plumber out within an hour. The first time, a sink wouldnt drain. They replaced the drainpipes and took the old disposal out at my request and were done within 2 hours. The second time, the 20 year old water heater started leaking rusty water. Less than 3 hours later, they installed a new one, drilled a new drainage line, installed a pan and hauled off the old unit. Both times, the quoted price was fair and didnt change when the work was done. To my laymans eyes, the quality of the plumbing looks great. Thanks guys.

It’s not a shock this business has 4.7 review rating. They are incredible!!!! Larry located a leak in my building no one else could, along with other issues! Dave especially was so involved and helpful. Beyond work ethic, they are honest and well priced! Tunneling department made sure to keep communication with me throughout the whole process and didn’t miss a beat! They were extremely well versed and I go to them for all my services! I have used Earl’s numerous times. First was to do a pipe inspection when we purchased our home. We have since used them to repair a hose bib, multiple drain cleanings, relocate ice maker shut off valve and relocate kitchen sink shut off valves. Whether it’s been an emergency request or scheduled visit, Earl’s has resolved all of our issues timely, professionally, and reasonably. Earl’s has become our “go to” plumbing company and highly recommend them.

We have been using Earls Plumbing since Katrinia. They did tunneling under our home. We have used them several times since then They always do a good job. Some of the other projects they have done are fixing a running toilet, running a gas lie to a new stove; putting in new shower heads, installing a new gas hot water heater, and just recently installing new faucets in the kitchen and bar. They are pleasant and come on time.

Earl’s Plumbing has excellent customer service. The staff who work in the office are always helpful. A few years ago, we had to replace the pipes under our house. There was another plumbing company who attempted the work and did a shoddy job. We called Earl’s for help and they fixed the other company’s mistakes and completed the work. Earl’s even helped us file the claim with our homeowner’s insurance. I highly recommend Earl’s plumbing to anyone who asks. Their staff are professional, courteous, and dependable.

Earls Plumbing answered the phone and promptly scheduled a service call. Larry was our plumber from Earls. He was outstanding. We had three plumbing problems in our house, and he fixed them all. Short waiting time from my call to their arrival for a clogged sink. The two technicians were great. They took their time, let me know how it was going every step of the way. And surprisingly affordable. I used Earls for another situation a few weeks ago and the technician had the same calm, assuring and ongoing informational attitude. Kinda like patting us on the head and telling us Dont worry, everything is gonna be ok. Well fix it. Very important. Plumbing issues are always stressful. The home technicians at Earls make it comfortable, give the customers updates on their findings and, most importantly, get the job done right the first time. Earls i want to thank you for the fast response time. Ron is a great guy to meet and helped us out. We called on the Sat. before Labor Day our tub had a problem water wouldnt shut off. Ron called us back and came over to fix it for the time. We had to get a new faucet set because it was to old. On Friday we had Ron from Earls plumbing come back to put in our new faucet set in. he got right on the job finished the job with no problems. it works great by the way thanks Ron im sure we will be calling Earls again when we need you all !

Didn’t even have to run back to the shop for anything - and he had to change the vent pipe as well as the 18” stand. Ive used Earls a couple of times over the last 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied. During the freeze last week, I thought I had a broken pipe as I only got red water out of my pipe and then nothing. I called Earls and the young lady on the phone asked me to check out a couple of things and call her back. When I called back, she was able to let me know it was probably just rust that clogged the filters. So they didnt need to come out. Was able to take care of the problem myself...no charge for someone to come out. Glad I have Earls number and wont hesitate to call for service in the future!

I wish I had taken before and after pictures to post of my garage/laundry area. A very competent plumber came out who removed my old water heater,utility tub, disconnected my washing machine and dryer and fixed the pipes behind the wall and put everything up to code. Beautiful, clean work! Very Professional! A few days later when the painter was finished, he, along with another very competent plumber, put in my new water heater and utility tub and reconnected my washing machine and dryer. Everything is working and looking great! I wish I had called them a long time ago. I have tried many plumbers in the past and had to settle for poor or less than average workmanship with a pretty penny to pay. For all they did with their expertise and efficiency Id say what they charged was fair.

Called on a Monday for a leak in our bathroom sink. Got on the schedule for the following Wednesday. The leak got progressively worse. They fit me in within a couple of hours of calling on Tuesday. Almost immediately they were able to determine that it wasnt the sink at all but the AC condensate pan in the attic was overflowing. They quickly repaired it. They were professional and efficient. Highly recommend !

These guys were great. Called this morning after an extremely high water bill made me suspect a leak. Shelly was professional, responsive and managed to fit me in today.The guys that showed up (unfortunately I failed to ask their names) found the leak and didn’t just repair it, they replaced the entire pipe. Took them a little over 2 hoursNow it did cost me $1,800, BUT it was well worth it to be treated so considerately and to have my problem fixed immediately. Plus, they had to dig up the front yard, which I’m fine with. Will most certainly use these guys in the future.
