    I have gone through several plumbers and no one is as thorough and knowledgeable as Bertucci Bros. I am so happy I found them and have recommended them to others as well. They are fast too! The first time I had them over they fixed the toilet and the back hose in less than 30 min. They went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. Plus, they gave me some great tips to try avoid a reoccurring instance. It shows you they care about the customer and its not all about the money. They are reasonably priced not to break the bank!

    Great service! Was thorough and explained the process of everything that was done! Provided evidence on the spot and provided me a flash drive so I could review the details later.     They send two of their technicians to locate a possible damage on the main sewer line. The lead technician got underneath the house with all his equipment to locate through the line full of water, waste and having low visibility. Through a repair that needed to be made, he used the video scope with location to track the camera to the spot that was damaged and blocked by the shoring company 8 inch cement block pile. The technicians may every efforted to locate the problem.The company provided you with a memory stick, video recording and voice narrative. Was also provided a written detail invoice of the damages and recommendations. The technicians were very professional and informative. I will always be calling Bertucci Bros, for any plumbing problems in the future and highly recommend their services.

    I called Bertucci brothers for a drain cleaning. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they were very communicative leading up to the appointment which I really appreciate.     I called Bertucci Bros when my shower stopped working after the city installed a smart meter at my house Uptown. Brandon and Brendan arrived exactly when they said they would. They were friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Everything was fixed and working perfectly within 1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend these guys.

    As someone who manages multiple properties, I seek out individuals or companies with whom I can establish a symbiotic working relationship. Bertucci Bros. is my go-to for all my plumbing needs. They are professional, reasonably priced, dependable and take great pride in their work.I’ve worked with a number of their plumbers and they have all been conscientious and gentlemanly. The owner David is a friendly guy who truly values his customers.One thing people don’t necessarily think about is how their yard will look post plumbing repair.I had pipes dug up on the same property at different times and the other company left the yard a complete mess, with hardened, clay-like mud piled well above the surface, claiming it would settle into place in time (which it didn’t). A year later, I discovered Bertucci Bros. and they dug a trench in the same location. However, after they completed the job, the dirt was returned back to normal. Daryl worked diligently to ensure it was virtually level with the surface. It was quite impressive and no easy feat!So if you haven’t found your plumber yet, give Bertucci Bros. a call. You’ll be happy you did!

    I recently bought a home in Jefferson that needed plumbing repairs and reached out to Bertucci. David promptly responded even after business hours and came out to give me a quote asap. David was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the repairs I needed and gave me a competitive quote compared to other companies in the area. I did luck out and was able to take care of the repairs myself with the help of some family references as a “house warming gift” but I’ll definitely be reaching out to Bertucci and David in the future for my plumbing needs that are beyond my capabilities.

    Great experience - they got me on the schedule quickly and did all the appropriate troubleshooting to diagnose the problem. Fast and friendly service!!Update after completed job: I can’t recommend this company enough! Friendly and committed to delivering great service. Very reasonable pricing. They replaced all of my galvanized pipes with pex, and were able to troubleshoot the difficulties that arose. When the project took more time than anticipated (not their fault, it was my weird old house), they made sure we had our creature comforts over the weekend (even though they had to stay late and miss part of a child’s game). He came for a relatively small job and I was so pleased I booked him for a bigger one before he even left.     Update 3/19/24 Mr. Brandon came and did an excellent job repairing valves on tankless heater and main shutoff valve to the house. He had great communication and explained everything clearly. No surprises in price and repairs! Love working with this company!I had an undermount sink that had fallen and my pipes were leaking under my sink. Megan was very helpful in the office and David completed the work. I really enjoyed their professionalism and friendliness. David went above and beyond in attaching some extra brackets for support and advising me on another plumbing question. The only suggestion I would give is for quotes to be given after a complete understanding of the job. After I thought I had clearly stated what I needed done, I was charged higher than I was quoted. I was still very happy to work with them and believe I was charged a fair price for good quality and great service. Definitely recommend using these guys!

    They very quickly fixed our water heater. We had broken elements (see pic. Yay NOLA hard water!) which they were able to diagnose and deal with. Was able to get a same day appointment too. Super nice and professional and I appreciated that they explained what they did and why the issue occurred, next steps, what to do if there are still issues, etc. Very thorough. Normally I hate having to get plumbers or techs to fix stuff because they are hard to book and do a bad job but this has been great all around.

    Brandon and his apprentice Serosha did an excellent job with the plumbing repairs today. They arrived even earlier than scheduled; they were courteous and explained everything so that I could understand what was needed. They made short work of replacing worn out parts in the tanks of two toilets. They spent most of their time on my lavatory drain that was stopped up. It was an issue that was beyond the goose-neck and it required investigation with a camera and additional cleaning out of the drain pipe where gunk had accumulated. When they left, the lavatory was draining as though it and its plumbing were brand new. They were careful to clean up any mess they had made. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received today. I will definitely call Bertucci Bros. when I have future plumbing needs.

    I had a blockage that was impeding my kitchen sink from draining properly thus I was unable to even use my dishwasher (a huge time saver for me). I called someone else before calling Bertucci Bros who were not able to get it cleared out and immediately told me I had a broken pipe underground that needed to be fixed by breaking into the concrete and replacing the piping through a tunnel.Bertucci Bros had done a video inspection of the piping about 2.5 years ago and I contacted them for a second opinion. Brandon from Bertucci Bros tried a couple of different things with the drain and cleared out the blockage successfully!!!I was probably the happiest client he’d ever seen before. He was very sweet, polite, and respectful, he was also very patient with me and all the questions I had. He explained everything to me with all the details.     I needed a new hot water heater. I called several plumbers. Bertucci was responsive and came in with the lowest estimate.     I was very pleased with Bertucci Bros. and their work. I received 3 quotes and they were the lowest of the 3 to get my sewer line under my slab replaced. They started when they said they would, and even though they took a little longer than initially quoted, they still finished in a timely manner. They did a very professional job. They took pictures of the entire run and emailed them to me and did a fairly good job communicating along the way. I would recommend them to anyone getting their sewer line replaced.

    Had a great experience with Brandon and Serosha. I needed to fix a loose kitchen sink faucet and a slowly draining kitchen sink. Brandon was knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. The faucet needed some real elbow grease to reattach it, and they were able to get the job done. They identified parts of the sink that needed replacing, and took the time to fix those. I would highly recommend Bertucci Bros. as a quality plumbing service!

    I could not be happier that I found Bertucci Brothers! I found them when researching for a bathroom renovation and also needed a drain cleanout for a slow draining tub. The owner, David, came out first to walk us through our renovation options. In addition to being so friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Later that day, Joel and Brandon from his team came out to clean out our slow draining tub. Not only did they fix that, but they were so thorough, they found a leak in the shower head which they fixed right then and there.     Extremely satisfied customer after Bertucci Brothers came through and cleared my sewer lines. My son flushed some of his toy cars down the toilet. I tried my best to clear it and couldn’t seem to clear it. When I saw water starting to back up in the tubs and toilets, I knew needed a professional plumber. I called Bertucci Bros and told them what happened. They were able to get one of their plumbers, Joel, to my house in less than 24 hours! I explained what happened and showed them where the cleans outs and bathrooms were and they took it from there. They found the problem very quickly. They cleared the drain then went in behind with the camera and took their time to throughly check to make sure there were no toys stuck anywhere else so I wouldn’t have any more problems. I was so relieved to have my problem fixed so quickly and the price was very fair. If I have to call a plumber in the future, I’ll be calling Bertucci Brothers.

    Called Bertucci Bros Plumbing as they had great reviews. The person answering the phone responded compassionately ( I really needed that), and immediately sent a plumber and helper team out to assess the problem, as the sewer line was backing up in my house in the toilet and shower. Yuck! They ran a snake through the line, and did a video. The problem has now been diagnosed, quoted at a fair price and the extensive repair work project will be completed shortly. I love that they are a local company in my area.

    This is a smaller and family owned business! Tony and the small crew of men were great. We got our old galvanized pipes replaced with new plastic pipes, with very minimal Sheetrock removal. They put the Sheetrock panels back as much as they can so only some patching and painting is needed. It only took about a day and a half for the plumbing. The price was much lower than one bigger company’s estimate. I want to thank Darrin and his son for their great attention to detail and serious hard work. A job well done for sure!

    Two mornings ago we discovered an exterior water leak that appeared to be coming from under our slab. Bertucci Bros agreed to come and assess our problem. They arrived in less than 90 minutes and after some digging discovered a small leak from a pipe 3 feet into/under the house slab. We turned the main water supply to the house off but were assured that we could turn it on from time to time to flush toilets and shower (without further damage to house or slab), until they could come back out the next morning to fix the leak. Well, of course it rained torrentially the next day, so they couldnt come and work until the following morning. They arrived at 8 am sharp and began digging to give room to access the leaking pipe. They then cut out and replaced the broken part of the pipe, and refilled the large hole. Their timeliness with the repair was much appreciated. The estimate was $1,100 and that was the final cost. They were neat, efficient and fairly priced. We will use them again and recommend their services.

    After several visits with Mr. Rooter, it was always new information on what else we had to do to get a broken pipe fixed even after we followed direction every time. We were disgruntled because it was clearly a company that just wanted to be paid every visit. Never giving us the full vision of the problem.I was referred to BB and Tony specifically from a coworker and Im so happy I asked! BB fixed the problem 2 days from when we called! Work started on time, the team on site was very communicative about the problem and how it was going. Tony was upfront and honest about the realities of cast iron pipes.     I highly recommend Bertucci Bros for any plumbing needs. After inspecting my pipes prior to having sand pumped under my house, they found that the pipe going from my house to the city line was filled with water and needed replacing. They were always very responsive, gave me clear explanations of what they would be doing and what they found, and walked me through my options. Their pricing was competitive, and they did a great job. If I ever have another plumbing issue, theyll be the first ones I call.
