Stuart service is always provide excellent service. I have used them for several years for my air-conditioning system. I always have quality work done. The workers are very knowledgeable and courteous. I recently had them come to take a look at my water heater. Josh was very nice. He was very respectful of me. Not really understanding what was going on. He did explain the processes to me and gave me a lot of options. I feel very comfortable referring my family and friends to this business.

Billy and Byron were my service technicians. These guys were very professional and helpful. They made sure we understood the work they had to do and talked us through the whole process. The workers they had helping them made sure the job site was clean and clear after the work was done. I wasn’t expecting them to take all of the old pipes and toilets they replaced with them but they did. I would recommend this crew to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Scott and Eddie(Cheeky) were awesome ! They showed up on time, were friendly, professional and funny ! These 2 guys worked great together with Scott being the old pro and explaining everything in detail and both of them delivered on the work. They replaced an old leaking tub-shower faucet and drain with a great looking new system and tested it before finishing up. They cleaned all of the mess from the job and were a hoot to have in my house for a few hours while the work was going on. Stuart Services, once again, did a fantastic job on the installation of my new furnace. I wasnt home when they arrived, but I had someone here to be sure they knew what to do and where everything was located. They completed the job and I had heat last night. I still have to get used to the sticker shock, but everything has gone up ridiculously high these days. I have to suck it up and pay the price, but I have no complaints on the services. I would use them again, when needed.

My second experience with Stuart was a good one. Bob was courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He located the problem and had it corrected in no time.My first experience was also a pleasant one. Billy is a top-notch rep of Stuart. The fix turned out to be an expensive tunneling under the house to remedy the problem. That was nearly two years ago and so far so good. I was totally satisfied both times and would recommend using Stuart Services.

The first man who came out was also good , but not as experience as the second man. The first man was Malik. I contacted several local AC companies for quotes to install an entirely new AC system. Stuart Services provided a competitive, reasonable offer. Also, what won me over was the professionalism of their entire crew. Michael, who went above and beyond the entire time, came over to inspect the old system, and he provided me with an estimate. I asked tons of questions, and he answered every one with patience and clarity. Also, he did not try to force the sale. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, reasonable, and focused on the customer. In the days after his visit, I called several times to ask follow-up questions, and the office staff were always professional and detailed. Michael also continued to answer all my follow-up questions with great patience in between his busy schedule. On the day of the install, Michael came to lead the team, which I wasnt expecting. In other words, not only did Michael sell the unit and conduct all the follow-up with the sales process, he was in direct charge of the installation the entire time with a top-notch crew working with him of Juan and Zack. It makes a difference if the salesperson giving you an estimate is also completely involved at all stages of the installation. Michaels crew of Zack and Juan were all kind, patient, diligent, and very professional. During the day of the installation, I continued to ask more questions, and Michael and his crew patiently explained everything. I also asked for a last-minute change with the install plans, and Michael and his crew again were patient and modified the plans. They really aim to please the customer to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied. I was extremely impressed with their work, and I will be calling Stuart Services for more projects.

After wasting too much time and 5 visits from one plumer, with no remedy in site. We reached out to Stuart Services, who came out the very next day, and on time.Nicholas and Grant who were working together, showed up on time. The respect these guys showed for my time, not just theirs, would communicate via text their arrival time. The eye contact, and verbal communication followed up with a text, keep our line of communication transparent.They discovered issues that we did not know we had with two water heaters, and a leak that we had no idea about in the crawl space. The previous plumber technician from the first company, never brought up, nor did he seem to follow up with questions.STUART SEEVICES, not only discovered the issues, but put a game plan together that day, to get the issues resolved. Most impressive was when Nicholas, contacted the home office, got prices for the work thst needed to be done, and we were able to move on the same day.So to recap within 4-5 days, Stuart Services discovered 4 issues, that we were given a price to remedy, and all work was completed.In getting the work done, we discovered our electric bill was up $200 more a month, due to the water heaters never turning off, and electricity was constantly trying to heat the tanks, our tenant on one side will be getting a $200 credit on their electric bill.ThanksSTUART SERVICES &Nicholas & GrantYou have made it to the top of our list of companies to call for all of our services.Leo

I thought an estimate was someone was going to look at something and then tell me what was going on but I guess I was wrong because $425 later I was told that it was only the light fixture that I had hanging was no longer any good. And if I went and bought a new one he would come back out for another price so $425 later we are now doing without lights in our foyer because we cant afford to buy another light fixture much less pay for them to come back out and hang it for us so....

I own a Bed & Breakfast (NOT STR or AirBnB) a real BnB. The last guests mentioned the shower water was cold? I checked and they were right. Called Stuart Services in the about noon on Monday. They came by that afternoon about 4:00 and told me I needed a new water heater (It had been there for 20 years). They said they could come in the next morning and install a new one. I needed this done quickly, because I had guests checking in a day later. Tuesday morning they came by and installed a new one, and were done by 10:00 am. I have used them before and will use them again...

We have had Adam come out twice now to install two receptacles for our stove and now dishwasher. The house we bought came with these appliances hard wired and it was just a pain when it came time to get new appliances. Adam came both times within 24 hours of my call and had everything done quickly and professionally. He was fantastic and knew what he was doing and took the time to explain to me what he was doing as well and what information I needed to pass onto my husband to help install the dishwasher. I would highly recommend Stuart Services for their customer service and great work.

I had a major gusher coming from under my bathroom sink and attempted to fix it myself. When Josh arrived, he was very professional, and he listened when I explained what I had done.When he looked under the sink, he asked me to turn the water onand, lo, there was no escaping water. I had to update my review as I just had another stellar experience with Stuart. This time with their electrical division. Adam came to our home several times and literally cut holes in our ceilings to install electrical boxes so that chandeliers could be hung. It took several months to have new plaster ceiling medallions made and during that time Stuart called several times to check on the status of the project. Once the medallions were hung and ceiling painted, Adam returned with another wonderful electrician , Jeff and they managed to chisel away a bit of the plaster (without damaging the ceiling!) to ensure all of the electrical material would fit securely. They then hoisted 3 heavy chandeliers into place and connected them to the new wiring. It was a long, complicated, and difficult project and their work was perfection! I can’t imagine working with any other company on my future projects. I’m delighted with the outcome!I am so very grateful for all of the wonderful Stuart employees that I’ve worked with. We, unfortunately encountered 2 catastrophic plumbing issues within weeks of one another. Everyone, from the sympathetic dispatcher who answered our calls to the incredibly hard working men who literally chiseled through our basement floors as the channels they dug filled with rainwater, was courteous, knowledgeable, resourceful and extremely professional. 4-29-2024Our central a/c died and we needed a new unit. I called Stuart Services because they have done very good work for us in the past. I called for an estimate and they sent Matthew over the same afternoon.Matthew arrived and I explained the problem. He did a very thorough inspection of all the components, inside and outside. It took about 30 minutes. Matthew explained his findings in detail, and gave us 3 options to consider for repair. He saw no issues for the heating portion, but showed me pictures he just took in the attic. Its a 15 year old unit and was used up.Matthew inspected the compressor/condenser outside and showed me the problems there. One electrical component was burned out like it took a surge from a lightening strike.I discussed the options with Matthew and decided on the option we wanted.The Stuart team showed up first thing next morning (7:30am) and began removing the old unit and installing the new unit. The two guys that worked on the AC unit were very professional and answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. They told me the plumber was on the way to replace the drip tray and pipes in the attic. I was very glad to see the plumber was Abbie, who had done work for us in the past. Very good plumber and very easy to work with.The team of 3 had my new unit installed, tested and running by 11:30, am!! They cleaned the areas up completely and hauled off the old parts.And they did it for about 30% less than the other estimates we had gotten.I only had to miss 1/2 a day of work and my new AC works GREAT !!Thanks, Stuart, Matthew, Abbie and Team !!Kevin KOlder review for kitchen....The plumbing technician arrived on time, was very professional in appearance and presence. I showed Abbie to the leaking kitchen sink and she quickly identified the problem. Abbie gathered the necessary tools and replaced the leaky faucet, tested it to ensure no more leaking, and cleaned up.Abbie was very pleasant and very informative about the repair work and told me what to look out for in the future.Very good experience with Stuart Services, every time I use them.
