I definitely recommend them for your home related and maintenance needs. I initially contacted them about a plumbing problem. But when James came to assess the issue he shared that they do more than plumbing and electrical work. So I asked him to take a look at a roof leak I’d recently noticed that had caused some water damage to the ceiling. James educated me on the issues I was facing— the likely causes and the best and worst case scenarios. So I felt good that even though I didn’t know the full extent of the issues until they started the work, that I would have any surprises since I knew what word case scenario could be. Fortunately, when they came to do the work, the issues weren’t as extensive as they could have been. So the cost was even less than initially thought…praise God! James was communicative, timely and a man of his word. He and Mr. Ipo were courteous, respected my space and cleaned up beautiful behind themselves when the work was done. I definitely know who I’m calling for home repairs going forward.

Mr. James and Mr. Chris came in at the time and date we scheduled, which was very punctual. Thank you. They helped with the plumbing tube things to get this amazing custom work station sink I ordered installed. Which I am very very happy I finally get to use! AND they even helped me with electrical wiring to get some nice cabinet lights along with better looking outlets that come with both the USB Type A and C ports! Thank you so much for all the help! (also thank you for helping me change the smoke detector battery lol) Yall are the best! They were also very professional with me and the communication felt personally tiered to what I was requesting. Again, thank you! James provided info needed to decide between a tank vice tankless heater. Both demonstrated a strong work ethic. The location of the heater was in a difficult location and both worked to safely remove and replace the water heater. The crew made sure to avoid damaging the walls and floors. They did great work for a couple hundred bucks cheaper than everyone else I had found. Ill keep this guys card and call him the next time I need anything.

If you’re looking for a company for quality service, honesty, and reliability, this company is the one. My grandfather is a 91 year old veteran who needed his hot water. I called them and they came in an hour. They started working and completed the job that very same day. They replaced the water heater and a faucet. Not only are they good with plumbing, but they are electricians too. Prime Solutions is awesome and I highly recommend them to anyone.

James was on time prompt, efficient, and did a thorough job; even some work thrown in I didn’t think he was going to do.James and his crew were also reasonable with the pricing expectations, originally quoted a higher number but ended up being lower than expected so that was a pleasant surprise and made my wife and I feel taken care of.James payment methods are very up to date and I was able to zelle him the money without having to pay processing fees most contractors charge or even worse have to Wright a check.Overall I would recommend James to anyone for the work he did and look forward to using his company in the future.

I hired Prime Solutions to replace and install a new water heater. I was impressed from the moment the owner, James initially contacted me. He is professional and courteous. We mutually agreed upon a date and time for him to meet so that he could determine what needed to be done and also provide an estimate of the cost of parts and labor. He arrived on time and answered every single one of the many questions I had and responded in a manner so that I could understand his answers. The mutually agreed upon written contract was well written. Upon my signing of the contract he left and within a few hours returned with his staff to fulfill the terms of the contract. I was informed that his goal is to begin the services contracted for within 36 hours from the date the customer signs it. I was super impressed with the service rendered and the cost. So impressed that I requested a 2nd job with him with a 3rd more expensive job to be done in the near future. I highly recommend Prime Solutions based upon the quality of work performed, punctuality, costs, courtesy and professionalism displayed.
