The technician that came today was outstanding. He called and arrived exactly on time. He was courteous and explained exactly what maintenance work he was going to do. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Burkhardt AC. It’s not easy doing this type of work in the old French Quarter building where I live, but Sean and Jerad did a great job. Jerad bulldogged the problem for a whole day to see the job through to the finish, and he remained pleasant and positive the whole time. I cannot give him a better professional compliment than that!
