I hired Mr. Fix It to install exterior french doors in my eighty year old home. I dealt with Brett for scheduling. He was prompt to set up an estimate. He is a thorough, transparent, and responsive communicator. Jody was the expert master of all trades who installed my door. This guy is the real deal. He shows up exactly when he says he will. He works quickly yet masterfully with the apparent skill of someone who has a vast body of experience. The door was installed in one day even though there was frame rot that needed repairing. Sheet rock was patched up in less time than that. After each session the site was cleaned impeccably to the point you wouldn’t even know any work had been performed that day. These guys clearly take a lot of pride in what they do, and they do it extremely well. They have my continued business for the myriad of jobs we need done on our old home that we love.

Had a variety of different projects, including needing a new gate on backyard fence, repairs to a pergola built post Katrina, ground wire installed to patio roof and small adjustments on bathroom(toilet and faucets) and kitchen faucets and sprayer. Spoke to Brett to set up estimate and actual appointment; Jody came out to do estimate and both Jody and Kerry were at my house today to do the work.What a team! Jody and Kerry did an excellent job on everything on my list. New gate was built and installed, pergola has been reinforced, toilet issue addressed and faucets were tightened and kitchen faucets and sprayer will be replaced in the near future. That part of the job will be rescheduled soon because a repair was expected and a replacement is necessary. In the meantime I have come up with several other projects which are in the estimate/ approval phase.Besides their professional expertise and attention to detail, Jody and Kerry are friendly, courteous and very pleasant to work with. Brett is very efficient and also easy to work with.I highly recommend this team!

When calling in to set a date and time for repairs I had the pleasure of speaking with Brett. From the start he heard my needs and made sure my desires were met. Upon the day of actual maintenance Joey was the man with a plan. A true professional that was observant, courteous, and overall polite. We needed an in the wall air conditioner installed in a space 6-7 feet above the floor. Jody, a very nice man, removed the old non-working unit and perfectly installed our new unit. He ensured the new unit & remote worked properly. He placed the old unit in our front yard, and it was picked up with the garbage the next day.He left the workspace clean. We are extremely pleased!

Jody was very kind, he understood what needed to be done and he did it all efficiently and with a vision for how the house would look best. He didn’t even complain when he had to go to both Lowe’s and Home Depot for supplies. I was able to receive a quote based on a punch list of repair items and pictures and the company honored it even when I asked for an additional item. The Mr. Fix It team was able to help me quickly and were very professional. I have already asked them to quote on additional repairs that are needed.
