Pedro, Steve, Pedro Jr. and Brian were all absolutely terrific. Unbelievably responsive and really wonderful to deal with. Pedro came right on time and fixed the two problems I had. Then came back and installed three new toilets in no time flat. They were very trustworthy and experienced, and are now my go-to plumbers. I cannot say enough good things about them. Id give 15 stars if I could. Thanks to all of you for such exemplary service, hard to find these days.

I had recently purchased a new home and found a problem with a leaky pipe the slipped past inspection. After the plumber family member of a coworker came to diagnose the situation, he concluded that the problem was outside his realm of work. He referred me to Pedro and within the next couple of days, he came out and made his own assessment. Pedro was very friendly, professional, and courteous and I never felt like he was trying to land a sale or push me to make decisions quickly. If anything, I felt like he wanted to keep me informed. He answered the many questions I had as a first time homebuyer with no plumbing experience over the next two weeks until we scheduled the work to be done. Him and his partner came and fixed the problem in less time than I had anticipated. Its been almost a month and it seems my plumbing nightmare is over. I would for sure hire him for any plumbing issues in the future.

I had a leaky pipe under my kitchen sink and an acquaintance recommended Pedro. He arrived within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem which turned out to be a easy fix by tightening up a pipe. He was in and out in 5 minutes and did not charge me! R&R Plumbing will be who I call in the future. I highly recommend Pedro!

I first contacted R&R for a slow draining tub. Dom came out quickly but could not locate/fix the issue. He came back out the same day with Pedro. Turns out issue was the tub trap which was under the tub (slab construction). They didn’t charge me for either visit. Since the 1950’s pink tub would need to come out, I asked about doing a remodel. Well he gave me a very reasonable price and started & completed the job on schedule. Will definitely use them again.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!! Job is done correctly You don’t have to feel like you’re getting ripped off. They charge you the appropriate price the job is worth which nowadays is something very rare. If you need good service, this is your last stop for life.

I had a flood in my bathroom due to the fixtures in the toilet needing replacing and called at 7:45 in the morning but didnt leave a message. The owner called my miscall back and came at my house within hours to fix the problem and the price was reasonable! Tired of all these big companies never calling you back and their prices are outrageous! Next time you need plumbing services contact R & R and support a small local business, you get better service and an affordable price!

After noticing our water wasn’t getting hot, I went into the basement and found a flex hose on our water heater spraying water everywhere. After trying a few places, Pedro was the only one who could come out same day. He had it fixed in 10 minutes and was very friendly and professional. He also replaced the flex hose with copper pipe which is how it should have been in the first place. Would highly recommend.
