First, at bluefrog you actually get a real human being that answers the phone when you call. They were also able to get a technician out to my house on the same day in short notice. The technician that came to my house, Richard, was prompt, courteous, professional and personable. He educated me without making me feel dumb, and he also ensured the job was done correctly and the issue was fully resolved before he left. I would gladly do business with bluefrog again.

We had the unfortunate luck to need Blue Frog twice, recently. We had experienced and polite techs both times. Nate, the owner, reached out personally to resolve a billing issue. After a nice chat, we were able to find a resolution and moved on. I would recommend their business for all plumbing needs. Rich was especially great, and even left a blue frog stuffed animal for my son.

I recently had a leak somewhere in my water line running from the meter at the road to my house. On top of it, I have a driveway that is over 500 ft in length. I decided to replace the entire water line because it was not the first leak. It was an expensive venture due to the length of the water line. Nate from BlueFrog Plumbing was amazing to work with and answered all my questions throughout the process. Dan Page was the excavator, and he was awesome to work with as well. What I valued most about Nate was his understanding of just how upsetting my underground leak was to me. There are many plumbing companies out there, but this place has it all including a caring mindset. The photos I chose to post are a sample of a very large project. I want to also thank Rich, Nicole and Kundra for their support. I would not hesitate in recommending them and without reservation. They rock in my book.And BTW, they have done more routine things for me like install a new faucet and reinstall a garbage disposal during a kitchen redo. They can do it all.

Nate was a spectacular professional. He arrived on time, assessed the situation( needed drop in sink and faucet and under cabinet pipes in kitchen replaced), and worked diligently to get the job done meticulously. He talked me through the job so I understood what and why it was being done as I was going to initially DIY the job, but saw corrosion in the copper pipes and decided it would be touch much for me to handle. Would 1000% call this company again and especially request Nate H. Wonderful experience.

Rich and Adam came out to our home to fix a clog and they did an amazing job! Before we called Bluefrog we called Roto Rooter who apparently left two snake heads in our pipe that Rich found, they never seated our toilets back correctly nor did they fix the original clog. Rich and Adam were awesome and handled everything professionally and even cleaned everything up. I cant say enough good things. Rich assured us he wouldnt leave until the job was completed and we were up and running again and he didnt disappoint us. I would absolutely recommend 100% calling these guys for your plumbing needs. I employed the services of BlueFrog plumbing and drain to replace a water main valve and a few other old corroded valves in a home I just purchased. I called to have a service tech come out on a Thursday. They fit me in the next day. Set up a plan and had the work completed on a Monday morning after the town had to come shut off the water. My tech Richard was nothing short of amazing. Richard was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. He told me every single item that would need to be replaced and exactly what he was going to do. Richard showed up at 8 am right on the dot !! Exactly when he said he was gonna come. He and his apprentice, Adam, made sure that everything was secured properly when replacing my outdoor faucet. They checked and double checked the work. We have used Blue Frog a few times over the years. The reason we keep using them is because they are reliable, professional, transparent and just all around friendly and nice to deal with. Every time you call, you get to speak to a real human who is very helpful, no automated or virtual assistant stuff. I think every time Ive called, theyve been out the same day or very close to it. The guys are super nice, they explain everything clearly, they understand plumbing issues are serious and stressful. They dont talk down to you, or make you feel stupid for not understanding everything (something Ive experienced as a woman with other contractors). They replaced our main shut off, installed a new dishwasher and all the plumbing for it and the kitchen sink in the basement. Also removed all our old lead pipes and did new PVC. I have no hesitation calling them if we have any plumbing issues. All their work is professional and clean and they back it up. You dont have to worry that once they leave, youll never be able to reach them again. Seriously just the best customer service. :-)

Responded within minutes to schedule appointment within a few hours of call. Online notifications of what to expect followed each action from start to finish over the life of the project. Nate thoroughly assessed the situation. Had two extensive estimates for our consideration and contingency planning emailed within hours. Another service personnel (excavator) required for second estimate, visited same day without interruption or inconvenience. Work was scheduled and the team arrived as planned a few days later. We were not home, and followed instructions providing Blue Frog access to the property. You may trust them alone in your home. Nate communicated via text to me at work, the project’s status within a few hours of commencing work with pictures and a follow up call. We settled the billing over the phone later that same day. Nate and his team showed the depth of collaboration and service that Blue Frog can bring to any size project. All whom I dealt with at Blue Frog were cordial, carefully listened, must be highly trained, and bring years of experience to bear. We are grateful for their professional service. We called blue frog and they sent out Richard B. early the next day. He is wonderful, he was on time, polite, friendly, and has plenty of experience. Our water heater needed to be turned on after being newly installed, he was here for about 45 minutes and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We finally have hot water again after being without for almost a week. It was also a very nice gesture when he saw my two year old daughter and gave her a cute little stuffed blue frog toy. Our family was definitely happy with our experience with this company and technician!

I recently had my laundry room converted to a half bath. I contacted several companies for estimates, Blue Frog responded quickly and their price was reasonable. They promptly scheduled the job much sooner than we expected.When Nate and his assistant came to complete the job they were on-time, very professional and they walked us through the job and what they were going to do. They installed new plumbing for a toilet and sink and moved the pipes for the washing machine. Nate was knowledgeable and helpful about how to best accomplish what we wanted. The work was neat and orderly and there were no surprises with the scope of work. They left the area neat and clean.All of the other companies I contacted took a week or more to even call me back or didn’t respond at all. My experience with Blue Frog was very good, everyone we had contact with was helpful and friendly. Very positively and pleasantly surprised by the plumbing work performed by Blue Frog and our expert technician Joe. Weve had a partially working bathtub since 2008 when our bathroom was remodeled. Cheap fixtures and drain parts were installed back then, and now the tub was becoming unusable. We decided to do something about it and called Blue Frog based on the online positive reviews. Luckily they had a technician available and sent him right away. Joe arrived on time, assessed the situation, quoted us, and told us exactly what we needed to purchase to have the job done. He even wore booties to keep our floors clean and not scratch them. This gentleman was very efficient and performed the job correctly the first time, and well within the estimated time-frame. He said the issue was a main water shutoff valve to my condo & shutoff valve to dishwasher were faulty, needed to be replaced. The performing work would require shutting off water to condo units in my building.It was determined the sink shutoff valve was never replaced as I requested and no caps were used when dishwasher was disconnected. I settled damages with my neighbors to their satisfaction.I canceled an upcoming visit with same Plumber. Informed Owner his services will never be needed. After reading the highly rated reviews for Bluefriog Plumbing, I called and scheduled an appointment. Quick, easy. Friendly individuals.Nate replaced shutoff valve under sink and added a cap to be removed when a dishwasher is installed. Performing water pressure testing, Nate noticed a leak under bathroom sink. He replaced a gasket. No mention of replacing Main water shutoff value. Not surprised.The itemized repair costs were reasonable. Work was performed to my satisfaction and with a guarantee.I now have a Plumber who I will refer and call again without hesitation.Lastly a big shout out to Nicole, the friendly, kind & caring person who will schedule your appointments.

Came within the 2 hour window as promised, quickly identified the leak in the faucets tubing (thankfully it wasnt, as I been afraid of, a leak in the water leads underneath the cabinet). After reaching out to an exhaustive number of parts suppliers (as far away as Boston according to the technician) the part needed on the discontinued faucet was determined to not be available. I was offered the option to either have him install a replacement faucet with one of the faucets he had on the truck or simply replace it myself which was the subtle recommended way to go since I replaced the discontinued faucet myself a couple years ago. The tech/plumber was named Nate, and I will not hesitate in calling again if I come across anything that is outside my DIY abilities.

Boy, glad I didnt try to DIY because the hiccups they ran into made the job last hours - and thats with these guys knowing what theyre doing and having all the tools to boot! They guarantee the work for a year so its nice to have the peace of mind. I had an emergency due to burst pipes. After calling other places and being told it would be at least 2 days or leaving message and not hearing from them I called Blue Frog. Joe came and showed me the sites and what needed to be done. He told me how much it would be a d about how lo g it would take. Joe and a co worker cleaned up after completeing the job. NATE NOT ONLY HELPED ME BY COMING OUT AT A MOMENTS NOTICE TO GUIDE ME ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH A MAJOR LEAK, BUT WHEN HE CAME TODAY TO REMODEL MY TUB AND SHOWER HE WAS WONDERFUL. HE IS NOT ONLY QUALIFIED AND COMPETENT, BUT HE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS REPLACING AND WHY. HIS PERSONALITY AND EXPERTISE MADE WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE INTO ONE THAT WAS REALLY PLEASANT. I DEFINITELY WILL REFER HIM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS TO HAVE A PLUMBER SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS. NATE IS FIVE-STAR IN MY OPINION.

AWESOME!!! These guys are NOT your usual plumbers. They arrive when they say theyre coming, do what they said needed to be done, at the price they said it would be. VERY, neat, cleaned up the little necessary mess, and went on their way. All the while - friendly, but professional, polite, and considerate. Truly a refreshing change in this day and age of slipshod, half-ass, give me my money and be happy I even showed up, usual poor customer service. THANK YOU - MIKIE, GUY & JOE!!! p.s. BlueFrog came for my problem. Explained to me that all I needed was the pipe snakes out and hat they could do it but it would be much cheaper to use A1Rooter and made a call to them for me and had them come.They were very professional and o couldn’t believe that they suggested that and even called for me. I will use them for any other problem that I get.

I absolutely recommend Blue Frog Plumbing for any plumbing (water or gas) needs you have. They communicate like your favorite local small business but with the professionalism and speed of a giant company. Which means theyre friendly, fast, and know what theyre doing.I recently bought a fixer upper and knew Id have a lot of plumbing work to do but was very budget conscious. I asked Nathan to scope out the work in chunks and as an all-in-one and I ended up working with Blue Frog to replace all the sewer pipes and old water lines in the house, repair a leaking gas line, and convert the house to natural gas boiler and water heater.Despite it being winter, the team came and knocked the work out in just a few days so we could get the heat back on. Everyone from the plumbers and apprentices, to the office and billing was professional and friendly. They answered any questions I had, walked me through how and whys of the work and coordinated with the city to get the permit closed out ASAP. I highly recommend Blue Frog.Adding on: I now exclusively work with Blue Frog for any plumbing needs at my rental or personal home. Every team member I meet is nothing but helpful, realistic and reliable. Not to mention pleasant and good people.
