A-1 has been amazing in helping us resolve our damaged main sewer line. Their pricing was thousands less than another nation wide plumbing company. They went above and beyond to work with the city and provided us with detailed notes and pictures of the damage to our sewer line to help ease the burden of us pursuing compensation from other parties involved in causing the damage to our main sewer line. They are fast, responsive, and really seem to care about their customers and the work that they do. After having to dig up our yard to repair the pipe, they put everything back into place and even put down new grass seed and cleaned up almost every speck of dirt. I cannot recommend them enough and we will not hesitate to contact them in the future for any other issues we may have.

I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience with A-1 Quality Rooter. When I called, the woman was very courteous and listened to my specific issues. She told me they could probably come to my home on the day I called or the next day. Later, that same day she told me someone was on his way. When Joe arrived he went right to work and immediately discovered my problem. He began right away to fix it and then rechecked his work to make sure things were running well. They were and the price was fair , he was on time and I am very satisfied. Thank you Joe and A-1Quality Rooter.

I called a plumber I had used in the past and found out they don’t do sewer/main line cleaning and recommend A1. I spoke with Hellen on the phone. Unfortunately Johnny was very busy and on another service call tonight and couldn’t come out. Hellen said she could put us on to come out first thing in the morning or recommended another service and was very helpful the whole time on the phone. I will definitely be calling again for future plumbing needs.

Over the weekend we experienced a major clog in our washer drain line and our basement filled with water from the machine. At 9:00 Monday morning we called and John showed up at our house by 11:00 am, snaked our water drain and fixed up our washer connections. Very professional, respectful, and patient explaining our options and alternatives. Would definitely recommend and call again in the future!

I had a clog in the main sewer line which led to water back-up in the basement and called this company because of its great reviews. The lady who picked up was very polite and responsive and was able to schedule me for early next morning. Both Jeremy and Joey came on time and I even received a courtesy call to let me know their ETA. Both of them were very professional, quick, knowledgeable and thorough. The pricing was also very reasonable especially compared to other companies.They were able to remove the blockage from my pipe quickly using his equipment and tools. He explained everything he was doing so that I understood what was going on while he was working. He also made sure that there were no issues before leaving with me being satisfied with the work done by him.I highly recommend this family owned company if you are looking for quality service!

I did something REALLY stupid and washed something with batting. It plugged up EVERYTHING. Called this company with a referral from a plummer used before for another job. I saw the blockage in main sewer pipe. OMG. They literally had to climb on top of 2 oil tanks to get access to pipe. They cleared the main pipe. They checked to make sure everything flowing properly. NOPE !! They ended up having to take first floor toilet off to clear batting from this drain pipe. Again made sure everything flowing as it should. It did. The cost was SSSOOO reasonable I almost cried. I did hug him... So thankful for their work, professionalism, and fairness of cost.Family owned business.
