I can honestly say that Alpha Home Services is GREAT! I have worked with both Raul and Izzy and both have been professional, timely, empathetic, and technically sound! Everything they’ve come to repair has had no further issues. I first called for Emergency services late January of this year. Raul was first to come out. He explained every move in detail which made us feel comfortable to spend our money. Which btw, you WILL spend! But sometimes you have to live by the motto of “you get what you pay for.” They are a “Quality First” driven company and after the flooding of our finished basement, we could not cut corners. Let’s face it, Homeownership repairs COSTS! And is not for the weak! I can honestly say, the Alpha guys will not leave until you are COMPLETELY satisfied. They also warranted their work, which makes me more comfortable. The positive reviews aren’t lying, I’d continue to do business with them any day.

I appreciate that after the work was done, he took his time to make sure the repair was done right, tested the system to ensure no more leaking, and cleaned up after. I appreciated his candor about my options and would recommend the company overall. While the final total was pricey, they guarantee their work, and I was very satisfied with the job. Had my water heater leaking at 6:30am and when I called around to a bunch of different places. Raul from Alpha Home was able to respond to my emergency right away. He was able to have a technician out to me within an hour or so. Miguel showed up and was super responsive and helpful. He jumped on the issue right away and started getting to work immediately. He was very nice and walked me through every step he was taking and made sure I understood everything he was explaining. Unfortunately, I did need a new water heater and that did not come cheap but he made me feel better about the whole situation. His professionalism and cheery character made a miserable and costly experience that much better. I hope every employee is as great as Miguel. Give that man a raise!

Once on the way I received a call from Raul with the estimated they would arrive and then a text so I could track their progress.Rual and his partner were very courteous and meticulous. They stayed to make sure all the blockages had been cleared and there wouldn’t be an issue later. I explained to Ismael we were looking to convert it to a walk-in shower later in the year and said replacing the parts could be costly and provided quotes for the parts as well the cost of converting it to just a shower. Ismael did fix an issue with a leaky valve in the basement in addition to assessing and providing feedback concerning other plumbing related areas in tge home. Called Alpha Home Services yesterday, after trying to fix a clogged pipe in the tub. Not exactly a handyman by any means, but I can figure out a few things, and know when Im beat. And when I do need to call in a professional, I just look for 2 things, a local, smaller business. And a place thats not going to take advantage. Thats all I ask for, and the reviews for Alpha read that way. And luckily they were able to come out the same day, so that was excellent. Izzy was the plumber who came out, Ismael Moran. He was great, told him what I had already tried. And he went over what he was going to do, and what it would cost. And then the ifs and ands if that didnt work. So I knew everything up front.And in the end, not only did Izzy figure it out, he explained how he figured it out to me. Which is what I always hope for as a 3rd thing from a really good professional, but dont always get. Because then maybe next time I wont need to call. And I never would have figured it out on my own, so I know I made the right decision to make the call. Because the clog wasnt in the tub drain, or the other bathroom tub, which I had realized it was connected to, but actually the kitchen sink pipe the second bathroom drain was then connected to. And he showed me how if I used the auger there I could have accessed the clog.To me that kind of professional experience checks off all the boxes. As well as being able to be timely and a good guy and having very reasonable prices. Wouldnt ever call a different plumber now, if I ever need one again in the future.

Had called AHS for a water leak and water heater corroded pipe which ended up being two separate issues. I had called AHS for issues with a toilet in my house earlier on a separate occasion and was satisfied with their work so decided to give them a call again. Izzy came out again for this job and was just as helpful the second time around. Got a quote for the corroded pipe on the water heater, which was one issue, and then got help with getting one step closer to figuring out the water leak. He offered a quote to cut into the ceiling to determine the source of the leak, and offered repairs depending on what was found/if a pipe was the source of the leak (as opposed to a roofing, siding, window issue, etc). He also provided a referral to someone who would likely be able to do it for cheaper and assist with repair after it was cut. I appreciate his willingness to refer me to someone who can help with something outside his scope and understanding my frustration and desire to save where I can as a first time homeowner. Had every option explained and broken down to me which I appreciate too. Ive now had two experiences with AHS and have had nothing but good things to say.
