Our water heater failed in the middle of the night and drenched the basement. Nightmare! Called Chris first thing next morning and he was able to remove and replace the water heater by 2pm! Just fantastic. Highly recommend!

Chris and his partner showed up as scheduled, quickly diagnosing a leak in our kitchen sink drain pipe. Finding the leak in a wall, they were able to repair it, and run a further test to ensure that there were no more leaks. The work was done promptly, and they kept me informed during their 4 hour service call at my home. I recommend Pocaro Plumbing, and will use them in the future, without reservation.

Chris came strongly recommended from a friend so when I bought a “fixer upper” I gave him a call. I was impressed right away with the communication, he was very responsive and he came by and walked through with me and answered my questions in a way I would understand. My project turned into almost a full gut renovation and Chris worked with me as the plans changed from a 2 month to an 8 month project. He ended up basically replacing all of the piping in the home and navigated through some tight spaces and always found ways to make it work. Would recommend Chris for any job!!

Chris and his team did an awesome job at our new house. They were responsive, courteous, and quick.Highly recommend and will be calling again for any plumbing/heating needs.They installed a bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet in minutes.They removed a broken washer and remnants out of the valve/piping to get the water pressure back to 100%.And they extended a gas line outside to connect to a natural gas grill with minimual drilling.

Amazing gas fitting plumber, came into Boston to help me fix my gas shut off valve for my range. Was upfront, easy to speak to, easy to schedule with, professional and punctual. Explained what the work they did clearly and was priced very fairly. I will definitely hire again and would recommend.
