    We called Pinos Plumbing for a kitchen sink drain vlog and they came out within an hour and were able to clear the clog that was very stubborn. Pino gave me some maintenance tips for keeping things running as they should. Very nice and efficient! Would definately use again. Great work!

    Great experience with Pinos Plumbing. Our main pipe was clogged and we initially had ars rescue rooters come in to fix the issue. We reached out to them first because they advertised their pipe cleaning was $83. When they arrived, they told us it would be a bigger job and charged us nearly $1000 and nothing was fixed. I read a bad review from them and it was identical to our situation. They said their rooter couldnt pass a certain point and that it was so backed up that it broke their line. They gave us two options; we had to pay over $5,000 to install a clean up or do a quick fix which was over $1000.Luckily we reached out to Pino and he came to the rescue (for real!) within an hour we sent ars home. Not only did they fix our plumbing in 30 mins, but they were honest and genuinely cared about our situation. I highly recommend this company because they are family owned and nothing seemed like a sales pitch. Just honest people who love their trade. I hope to see this company succeed because they really restored our trust in plumbing services after our horrible experience.

    Pinos Plumbing to the rescue!Reason I say that is because 3 different plumbing companies came to my house and all of them wanted to tear up my front yard to replace my sump pump ejection line for more than $3500. Pinos Plumbing came here and didnt think it was necessary and went the extra mile to hand dig and find the end of the line (no one else would bother looking for it) and rod it out. It now works like a charm. Spent $450 happily for the work they did and for what aggravation and money they saved me. Imagine the landscaping bill on top to get the yard back in shape. Great guys and a first-class operation.

    Pinos crews helped us get the main sewer line issue resolved. Big thanks to Mark, Tony and Pino. It is not a simple job because the main sewer line was buried 7 feet deep 100 years ago when the house was built. The fresh water line sit right on top of the sewer line and the gas line is also sitting on top of them. With this complex situation, a lot of man digging was involved. All the roots from a Sycamore were removed from the main sewer line, and broken pipe was replaced with good one and a nice clean out. Highly recommended Pinos plumbing. They are capable of solving hard problems and have the patient to do things right.

    My basement toilet and shower drain were clogged. Pino and his assistant Mark came out instantly to help. After the routing was completed i was in desperate need of a new ejector pump also which was barely working. They drove all the way back to their shop to pick up a new pump and returned same day and worked late that night to finish the job. Pino has decades of experience and it shows in his customer service/loyalty and excellent plumbing work. I would not hesitate to call again. We are now very happy with our basement that does not smell like a sewer system. Call Pinos!!!!

    Excellent service! They were out here the same day I called, which I saw as an emergency situation, but they charged me non emergency rates. This was also on a Saturday, and they didn’t charge me overtime rates. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and they patiently explained the steps needed to get the work done. I spoke directly to the owner, Pino, over the phone when his workers were finished. He wanted to say thank you for the business.     Twice now, I have hired Pino to take care of the plumbing issues in my 100 year home and both times he has been fantastic at getting the job done and at a very fair price. We had a clogged kitchen sink that several other plumbers could not resolve, but Pino was able to fix it within about an hour.He also rodded out severely clogged main sewer lines, giving me piece of mind that we would not have any future backups.Hes a very honest guy who goes the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied and he is extremely considerate of your home and makes sure everything is working well and left clean.Highly recommend!

    Just had my new house flood with about 2 inches of standing water. Pino was available quickly. Came over and helped me out with great advice and worked quickly to reduce my damages. Talked me through everything he was doing and couldnt have been anymore helpful. On top of all this his price was more than reasonable. If you want good honest work. Pino is the guy.EDIT 4-20-22Had to reach out to Pino for a second time. This time it was a broken pipe. Talked to Pino on Easter Sunday and he talked me through what he thought the issue might be and estimated cost. I dont bother seeking a second opinion because I know the work will be done quickly and efficiently. Tony came out this time. The job wasnt easy because of where the pipe is located in my house. Tony got the job done and we can use our sink again. Called on Easter Sunday. Tony came out Monday to assess the issue. Had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon for a reasonable price. I hate dealing with issues in my house like everyone else but at least I know who to call. 5 stars again this second time. If you run into plumbing issues and need work done dont bother with anyone else. Call Pino and his guys. ☆☆☆☆☆

    I had a plumbing emergency a few nights ago where I had water gushing out of the lines connected to my toilet cistern. Pino Gallo from Pinos Plumbing was able to come within 20 minutes of my call and quickly close the broken water valve. He also identified and replaced a damaged toilet fill valve to prevent a new problem. During what was a VERY stressful moment, Pino was responsive, timely, and quickly took care of the problem. He is also a cheerful and friendly person who explained the work that he was doing so that there were not surprises. This was my first time hiring Pinos Plumbing and it was such a positive experience that I would gladly hire them again and have recommended them to others.

    Pino and his team are awesome! Really smart and knowleagable guy and fixed my problem quickly. We had someone else before him and the guy couldnt unclog it; Pino came and unclogged it within 10 minutes, not to mention on a Sunday!     Pino plumbing is the BEST., I have a big family and we need our kitchen sink., it was backed up and would not drain.     We had a slow draining kitchen sink. We called a different plumber from the area. After the different plumber do the job, our sink doesn’t drain at all.     At 8pm my basement flooded for the first time of myself being a home owner. After trying about 2 other local services (all left me on voicemail) I finally get an answer from a nice guy who let me know its *Pinos not Pie-Nos*. He agreed to send one of his guys over to my house for an after hours call and was nice enough to discuss and agreed upon a rate over the phone no shady business or hidden fees.Not going to lie, about 15mins later I got Tony at the door. He checks out everything from the flooded basement to around the house. Every nook and cranny. Finds out we blew a fuse on our emergency pumping system after about 10mins. He simply switched a fused and educated myself about how everything worked. Super friendly and just a pure professional. He left charging myself barley anything for coming out at 9:30pm at night.These are HONEST PEOPLE. Im sure half the other companies I would have called would have charged myself 4k + replace my entire system. Sometimes its just the little stuff. Ill be a customer for life. Thanks guys.     I met Pino about 2 years ago when pipes in my basement broke during the Polar Vortex and the basement was filling with water. Pino came within 15 minutes, got the water to stop, and then fixed the pipes. This happened TWICE during that time, he was totally on top of it. Hes the best!

    Contacted Pino’s plumbing last March, it was late at night around 10pm to repair busted ejector pump in our basement. It was a rainy night and out of all the plumbers I called, they were the only one that took the job and head out to fix it. The job was not straight forward as it was complicated by how the previous pump was installed, took few hours to finish it but they did a great job. Mr. Pino, Mr. Tony and Mr. Mark were pros. Our new pump works great and they also set up the new back up battery for us. No issue ever since. 100% will recommend.

    Called Pinos Plumbing on a Saturday for a leak. Came out that same day. Was prompt, courteous and fixed the issue right away. Very knowledgeable and fair price. No fuss, no muss. Would definitely use them again.

    Awesome Service! Let me tell you, I have used Pinos twice now; both times prompt, inexpensive, informative and pleasant. The care in which they take to ensure one understands the workings of the plumbing system from outside into your home and out again, is invaluable in itself! What I believed to be an emergency, which would have cost me a lot more money, Pino advised me to wait until morning for a more favorable cost.     I called Pino because we had sewage back flow during the rain storm yesterday (8/21/2021). He came out within hour and went straight to the problem. Apparently our pump had no electricity and had stopped working (who knows for how long it had been out). He connected the pump to an electrical extension to get the pump working temporarily until we are able to get an electrician to come out to fix the outlet to our pump. Pino’s work ethic, knowledge, expertise, genuine customer service and price is above anyone else. Pino wasted no time like other plumbers we had dealt with before.We had called out a plumber several months ago and they didn’t didn’t even mentioned our pump. He explained how our pumped worked and how we could prevent clogs. Pino even took time to check another tank we had no clue what it was for and he even referred us to an electrician!! Call Pino he will get your plumbing system back to working.
