Since moving to the area 15 years ago, we have used a LOT of plumbers. But the work has often not been done right the first time, requiring multiple call backs and hassle.Since weve started using Hinchey, that has never been a problem! Things are done right, the first time. Theyre super easy to work with -- the office manager/scheduler is clear and kind and organized. The plumbers are prompt, skilled, and clean up after themselves. Most recently, they replaced our kitchen garbage disposal and it was a breeze!

Hinchey Brothers Plumbing has been servicing our home on an annual basis and supporting emergencies for more than 10 years. They are fast, communicative, and always kind. Their work and repairs from hot water heater, burst pipe, and regular maintenance are good quality and dont require rework.

Excellent service, Mike came on time,very professional and reviewed the work he did on my boiler tune up.I have used Hinchey Brothers for several years.They have installed a gas stove, new toilets and adjusted a heating baseboard pipe for new shower. Their are honest and great.I would highly recommend them! Eileen the Office Manage-the is also great and honest about availability of their service.Eileen even contacted me the day before my appointment to confirm it! Thank you all !Keep up the great work!

If you want it done right the first time call Hinchey Bros. We have had work done with other plumbers (through contractors) and know the difference. Bill installed 3 radiators in our basement that required connection to a Lochinvar Knight boiler which is an efficient system unfamiliar to most -- his work is meticulous. Prior to that Kenny came out during a snow storm to get our boiler back up and running so our pipes would not freeze. Outstanding, experienced plumbers who know how to handle older homes.
