Rich just replaced my very very old furnace as well as hot water tank. He was a true angel. He was thorough and went way beyond his duty of call in making sure the space was safe and secure. There were several little things the previous owner had neglected throughout the years which were great hazards to me and my family. He took care of them all! Hands down he is the best in his profession! strongly recommend.

Rich is a lifesaver! I called early on a Sunday morning with a leaking water heater. He came by within an hour to check that we’d contained the leak temporarily, and came back to fully replace the tank early the next day. He performed quality work and was very kind and easygoing. Will continue to recommend Boston Water Heaters to friends and family!

Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish in our process of replacing an old hot water heater. Rich was responsive to our initial phone call, provided a great itemized quote and was transparent about the entire process, including permitting (which many other plumbers we called were not), installation times, and old hot water heater removal.As soon as we finalized the quote Rich got started that same evening in the permitting process and was able to install the water heater the next day early on a Friday morning. During the installation Rich clearly pointed out the process that he would take to remove the old water heater and how hed install the new one. He even corrected an issue with water heater placement that will now allow our other neighbors in our condo unit to more easily service their units in the future. Within a few hours our new hot water heater was humming right along and we had improved hot water temperatures right away.I will be using Rich for any future hot water heater or boiler needs in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for these services!

Our water heater failed and Rich was able to come out the same day to replace it. He stayed late and even fixed some gaps in our basement window (I was going to get to it, I promise!). He is kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Rich was fantastic and were thrilled to have found him and his company. We discovered our water heater was broken when giving the baby a night bath and Rich replaced it the next day. The replacement required some additional pipe work and Rich did the job quickly and reliably!! Cannot recommend highly enough and look forward to working with Rich again!!

Rich is incredibly responsive and great to work with. I called to get a quote for replacing my water heater, and within the hour, he was able to personally come out to the house, take a look at the job, provide a quote and schedule the replacement for the next day. This was the best experience Ive ever had with a plumber - he handled every aspect of the job promptly and professionally.

Highly Recommend Boston Water Heaters. My CO alarms went off this morning out of the blue and national grid had to turn off my gas. I called 15-20 heating, plumbing, and hvac companies, and BWH was the only one who offered me the same day support I needed. Despite having numerous other jobs that day, Rich was able to squeeze me into his schedule, take a look at my boiler and heating system, and give me assurance and direction on what to do next. Thank you Rich!

I cant say enough about Richard and his crew at Boston Water Heaters.I was extremely happy with the response when I called them when my old water heater failed and had water all over my basement.Rich and his crew came within an hour of my phone call , installed a new water heater same day at a reasonable cost . Rich, ably assisted by his wife, Lori, replaced our aging furnace this week and we could not be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish. From the moment he came to give us an estimate and throughout the installation, Rich demonstrated his decades of experience and breadth of knowledge. He always explained what he was doing, and why, and his attention to detail was on display at all times. While integrating the new furnace with the present system, Rich found some things that he thought were incorrect, unsafe, or simply not up to his standards and he fixed them as if he was doing this job for his own family. Rich and Lori kept the work space pristine, they reliably showed up when they said they would, and, not insignificantly, they both were a pleasure to have around. And the new furnace is a thing of beauty to behold. Not kidding.
