5 ExellentAnthony from Superior plumbing was great.He was nice, cleaned up, and was extremely knowledgeable.I was really happy my family can take showers today and tomorrow and all of our toilets work.I did not think I could get any one to work on New Years Day. In addition to that, the owner of this company was very compassionate and put me at ease by treating me like the most important customer in the world. I don’t often leave reviews, but Superior Rooters absolutely deserves one. I’ve contacted them for three separate jobs: replacing a shower cartridge, replacing the entire house’s cold and hot water pipes, and installing a new tankless water heater. Each time, they were responsive, communicative about their ETA, and provided excellent service at a great value.When they replaced the whole house’s plumbing, they went the extra mile to ensure I had running water at the end of the day before returning to complete the job the next day. Their team was efficient, professional, and respectful throughout the process.If you’re in the Chicago western suburbs and need reliable plumbing services, Superior Rooters is the team to call. Thank you to Akash, Joey, Angelcio, and Anthony, who spent the 3 weeks up to Christmas Eve back and forth in my apartment. From dealing with the disconnection of my gas, the lack of hot water, the pipes bursting in the basement of the building, the pipes behind my washer and dryer bursting and the consequential flooding of my back bedroom, and the reconfiguring of the piping for my hot water heater. Thank you for replacing my water heater (I dont know what pictures you took or what you said and submited to the property management that convinced them to get me a new one but thank you so much), and fixing my toilet. It was a rough December, but thanks to you all it wasnt as rough as it could have been. You are very much appreciated and I hope you and your families had a wonderful Christmas and that you also have a wonderful New Year.

Had a Great experience w/ Superior Rooter Plumbing. Found myself unexpectedly dealing w/ seperate plumbing issues two months in a row. Superior Rooter Plumbing was Wonderful from beginning to end! After a full day of waiting for another area plumber who said they would come, then moved the time, and then said they couldn’t make it; Superior Rooter Plumbing *saved Fathers Day* & had a plumber here in just over an hour (at 3:30 pm on a Sunday holiday no less). When the problem wasn’t easily addressed, the owner quickly came to help and resolved the issue for us in time to focus on putting the kids to bed. We are so grateful for the efficient, fair and excellent service and they will be our first call if we ever need help again.

The real estate management company I work for has used Superior Rooter for probably 30+ repairs in the last year. They are seriously one of the best plumbing companies we have worked with--professional, prompt, easy to communicate with, and they put up with our endless requests for photos/written explanations for our documentation. Everyone I have interacted with at their company is cheerful and polite even when dealing with tough emergency situations. In the only one instance I can think of where there was a scheduling mishap, they didnt hesitate to make it right. THAT is rare these days. Happy to have found them!!

Great service, 5 stars! We were experiencing sewer backup in our laundry room when we ran our washer. To our surprise, our sewer outside was completely full. Superior Rooter & Drain came out at 9pm, after a full days work, managed to squeeze us in and what a relief. I was able to throw my babies laundry in and go to bed happy. Amazing customer service and so grateful they were able to come out last minute. Most companies would NOT! Highly recommend!!! 10/10, don’t hesitate to reach out to them!

Akash is very reliable and super flexible. Our main plumbing was clogged up and I was frantic looking around for a plumber who could help us right away. All the plumbing companies would charge for just an estimate alone and nobody would come on a weekend. An old friend of mine referred him to us and he came to our house and helped us right away without overcharging us. He was quick, efficient, and overall a good guy. I would recommend him a hundred percent!
