I would never call another company to perform electrical repairs or anything relating to such in my house. Peays wired my house in 2018 and I never deviated from them. Dana is the Master man, very professional, listens to my complaint and asks questions and explains what he is doing to correct whatever the problem might be. Very knowledgeable remarkable person. They did an amazing job putting in 12 recessed lights, a bathroom fan, and a ceiling fan. It really looks like a new home. They were on time, they worked quickly and paid high attention to detail. When they were done they cleaned things up. Everything looks great. I got four quotes and they had a very fair quote. They were extremely easy to work with and flexible. I have high standards and they exceeded them. Great job! I will definitely use them again if I have any future projects.

Needed two light fixtures hung on a 22 foot ceiling, requiring scaffolding. Ashley quickly scheduled an estimate, and within a week was scheduling the appointment. I was given a 2-hour window for the work, and they arrived 2 minutes before the window started. Finished in exactly the amount of time they had estimated and helped me put the room back together. Excellent service!

They installed Generator hookup for me, right before before an incoming hurricane. I am not saying they will always be able to do that. But they were able to fit me in their already busy schedule. They were on time/reliable, fast and install was of excellent quality. They had also previously wired my whole house and I havent had any electrical problems at all. Excellent company!

I contacted Peay’s to obtain a quote for electrical work to support renovations I’ve been doing.I only do simple electrical and my needs exceeded my capabilities.It turned into a much larger project than I expected because the old panel didn’t have space for my new requirements.Timing the electrical so it fit into our workflow took planning.There was a lot of communication between us and their entire team was quick to respond and work with us to make everything flow smoothly.The entire process has been professional, timely and easy.The wiring was done cleanly and works perfectly.Next time we have an electrical project, we’ll call Peay’s Electric.

Larry and Octavious placed 2 new electrical outlets high on my walls to help hide TV and electronic wires. They were prompt, efficient, and very polite. They were meticulous with my TVs and furniture. they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They deserve the 5 stars I gave them. Would definitely use again if needed

Peays Electric has been providing my electrical service needs for 3+ years. They are reliable, professional, clean and will work with you to ensure projects get completed how you need. Larry and Octavious expanded a few outlets for us and added a few new outlets today. They were bang on time, came in did their work and were gone in a flash and other then the new outlets it looks like no one was working on the walls. Other electricians always seem to make a mess or leave one behind not this team. Great job guys thanks again!

We use 2 rooms as offices when we moved in recently but they shared the same circuit along with the guest bathroom. This was too much load and caused repeated trips. of the breaker which they helped determine. Peays Electric helped me out tremendously by separating my two bedrooms onto two breaker circuits in order to alleviate the load. When their techs arrived they not only did they determine a method that would make the work easier/faster but by doing so they saved me money on my service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their electrical services locally.

What a nice place to deal with. Very professional and their rates are spot on. I had two EVSE circuits installed and mounted, and converted one 220v to a quad 110v; they did great. I explained and showed what I was looking to do and they made corrective suggestions and it all worked out. Even came back to check when one EVSE quit working. The resolved the issue and were fantastic about it. Will call again when I need more electrical work done.

Peays responded quickly to my call for an evaluation of an electrical panel said to be in need of replacement. The electrician who responded carefully evaluated the panel and determined that the panel did NOT need to be replaced saving my Real Estate client $1000. I so appreciated that they were honest-even thought it didnt get them a job-I will hire them again for my real estate clients. Kudos!

Once the issue was located he did a quick and clean job. He took less than an hour, wore shoe covers and was down to earth. I would rate him today a perfect 10.
