We had an outstanding experience with Wavelength Electrical Contracting! We discussed our needs with Pete and he recommended a Generac whole house generator as well as a surge protector. After securing our permit, Derik and Joel professionally installed the generator on time, on budget and left the area spotless. They also recommended a plumber to connect our natural gas hook-up. Henry walked us through the operation of the generator and set up the application on our phones. The inspector commented on the professionalism of the job and said Wavelength has a very good reputation.Overall a great experience and I would fully recommend Wavelength Electrical Contracting!

We had a 20K standby generator installed by Wavelength Electric. They are very professional, courteous and their work is outstanding. We called for an estimate and were promptly called back and visited by Pete. Pete went above and beyond in his quest to make sure everything went to schedule and work was done in a timely manner. After the installation, Henry the owner of Wavelength Electric came out to do the final setup, run, and explanation of the controls on the generator. Henry is very down to earth, professional and ensures everything his company represents is done correctly and safe. From day one until the finished install, Wavelength Electric was professional and a pleasure to work with. From the first call with Sales Manager Peter Duckworth the whole process from consultation, installation, inspection to final instruction walk through was a pretty seamless process. I had Wavelength install my Generac Generator and also update the wiring in my house, in addition to changing my main panel from 150 amp to 200 amp. The service they provided was outstanding! It all started with Pete, who was very open with costs and the whole process and to the owner Henry, Electrician Derrick and Joel for the installation and upgrade. I would and will recommend them for generator installations.

After experiencing a fault code issue with our Generac whole house generator, Generac paired me with Wavelength Electrical Contracting Inc. to provide service. Wavelength staff responded very quickly, and a service technician was scheduled within 24 hours of my reporting the issue. The Wavelength service technician who responded was obviously very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation of the issue. He explained the corrective steps he was taking and was happy to answer any questions I had. The service was successfully completed, and we were very happy with the entire process. The Wavelength staff we interacted with were very professional, friendly, and timely with their responses. As a result of our experience, we will continue working with Wavelength for future service needs and would highly recommend this family-owned business for any electrical service.

Henry and his team did the install about three years ago and the annual service has been done twice. All work to include permitting, install, annual service and our wifi tutorial have been done professionally, on time and at a reasonable price compared to other quotes we received. We highly recommend that they be used for installation and service of whole house generators.

Wavelength Electric Co generator preventive maintenance was fantastic! Timing, professionalism, was above and beyond. My only negative was when power went out for a short time, our generator didnt kick on. I saw the red light and looked up what meant. It was a simple fix, we just had to hit the start button twice to return the unit to automatic operation. Other than that little scare, they were a solid 4 stars. Im just glad we caught it now and not during a storm.

We had Wavelength install a new whole house generator. The whole team were awesome! We met Peter first. He was professional, responded quickly and thoroughly to our many questions. Additionally, his quote was detailed, listing the cost of each item. We had a total of 6 quotes and Peters was the only one to break out everything in detail. Wavelengths price was also the least expensive by $1,500 less than the closest price (We got one quote for $7,000 more than Wavelength!). We next met Derrick, the electrician doing the install. We had a rusty main panel (located on the outside of our house). Instead of simply adding the ATS next to the rusty main panel, Derrick recommended replacing the main panel with ATS, thus reducing the clutter on the side of house and removing the main panel eyesore. We took his advice and are very happy with the result. Derrick and Peter returned for the final power-up of the generator after all the inspections were conducted. They were great! Derrick got it all running and connected it to our wifi. He explained the operation in detail. The whole experience was excellent. Additionally, we have natural gas. Wavelength does not do the gas connections. However, they recommended All4One gas. We got several quotes from other gas contractors and All4One was the least expensive. They were also great! They did a very professional and neat job in connecting our gas and dealing with the inspectors.

In June 2022 we made the decision to buy a a Natural Gas powered whole house generator. After some research discovered that Generac was the market leader began the process of calling local Generac dealers for quotes on the generator plus installation. Prices we receive were simply outrageous, from just about every business we met with. I kept on getting prices as the place we picked to install the generator was right next to both the gas line and the electrical box. I just couldnt believe what they wanted so much for installation as I calculated it should take no longer than 8 man hours to install it. However, we were getting prices of $10,000 just for installation!! Wavelength Electric gave us an amazing price. We committed to them and soon had paperwork for the building permit which was processed in just 1 week. The following week they arrived and installed the generator in less than 4 hours!! Great job ... Great price ... and we now own a 22KW Generac generator!!
