Outstanding customer service. They completed the installation of a Generac home generator just the way I asked. We had scheduled a final hookup, which was going to be beyond the estimated arrival date of a hurricane in our area. When they found out that it would affect us, they sent a crew over to complete the installation early. Thank goodness they did, as the hurricane knocked out power in our area for almost 3 days. Because of their diligence we had power throughout the storm and its aftermath. We had a/c, television and all home electrical devices available during this critical time.

Have owned the generator for about 2 1/2 years now and have used it intermittently during some short duration outages. Hurricanes Ian and Nicolle did not affect our power but we were without for about 24 hours with Milton and were SO glad we made the investment! Performed like a champ and after doing that did its usual self-check on Monday, just another day in the life; our next door neighbor was also grateful and tapped into our power for their perishable goods refrigerator.

I recently had a generator installed. Eau Gallie electric has a superb team! The estimator, electricians, and Jamie made all of this painless.due to hurricanes, my install had to be delayed. Jamie kept me informed along the way which was very helpful. The electricians did a great job were on time as I was told they would be. Jamie did such a great job ,she should get a raise. The generator start up went well and the guys gave great tips to keep it running optimally. I highly recommend Eau Gallie electric.

So glad we invested in a Generac standby generator. During Hurricane Milton, we lost power late Wednesday and it wasnt restored for 2 days. Only problem was, it was installed by a hack and they failed to properly configure the settings and we were without AC. A quick call to Eau Gallie Electric and they had a tech onsite to save the day in no time. Now were customers for life!

Recently we used them to rehab the electrical supply to three roof top AC units at my place of business. I requested three quotes. EG Electric was on time and was less than the other two quotes. We contracted with Eau Gallie Electric for installation of a Generac Whole House Generator. They did a fantastic job overall. We had a couple of glitches that they took care of quickly. A couple of weeks after installation lightening took out the FPL power. The Generac seamlessly took over and delivered power for the 4 1/2 hour utility loss. This was an excellent pre-hurricane test. Everything could not have turned out any better. The installers arrived on time, even in some drizzling weather that lasted the whole day on and off. Daniel was the lead and I found out that he learned the trade on the job. That is fabulous that you offer that program! Daniel was a gentleman and real worker. Andrew came and took photos from every angle to provide an accurate estimate/timeline explaining all the requirements and process.Jamie who handles everything from scheduling to permits was awesome. Made the process worry and hassle free scheduling all the inspections. The installers were exceptional, explained every step of the electrical and automatic switch install. The tutorial on how to use and maintain the system was excellent.The turnkey solution they offer for getting a propane tank and generator installed cannot be beaten. Highly recommended!

Shout out to Eau Gallie Electric (EGE)!Our condo (Indialantic) recently had a major electrical system upgrade. It involved custom engineering and hardware build, the need to overcome supply chain issues and other significant technical and logistic challenges.Leading up to the repair, EGE was consistently professional, responsive and informative. They did at least multiple preplanning site equipment site visits prior to the job, along with conference calls with the Board in the weeks before the install date. When the big day(s) came for installation -- (about 32 continuous hours of installation work with total building power outage of residential building -- with full-time residents!), EGE personnel were on-site continuously. They got the job done as quickly as possible, efficiently and professionally -- with a smile!! (You might imagine how residents with no power tried to help and demanded frequent updates. From the quote, to permitting (working with Port St Lucie building department and the gas vendor), scheduling the install, and the actual install technicians, all was top notch and a pleasure to work with. Eau Gallies staff worked with our builder throughout the new construction process to ensure we were pleased with the final product. Our builder made a mistake with the way the electric meter was installed and refused to fix it, but Eau Gallie did not pass that cost on to me. I would not hesitate to use this company again or to refer them to family and friends.

If I was looking to invest in a Generac whole house generator I would look no further than Eau Gallie Electric. Professional, experinced, efficient and quite frankly just awesome. We had problems with our main circut breaker that was malfunctioning. FPL had to be on site to remove the meter to replace the breaker. They have a relationship with FPL and schedule the repair as soon as the part came in. (This issue was not part of the installation it was a problem with my homes electric system.) They took care of everything that needed to be done.

Eau Gallie Electric recently installed whole house Solar System for us. We chose Eau Gallie since they already service our generator unit and are a long-time Brevard business with good reputation. All the people involved from, Mr. Bratcher who presented the proposal to Ms. Jaimie who took care of the paperwork and scheduling to the electricians who came to preplan the project to Eli and Bill who spent 3 days on the roof and outdoors, were very professional and helpful. Communication with the office was easy (phone actually gets answered). The work was done efficiently and with least disruption. The system works! Just waiting for FPL to install the new two-way meter. Since we wanted American made system and local business to install and serve, we did not try to price others even if less expensive options exist.We highly recommend Eau Gallie Electric for solar, generator or any other electric services.

I am very happy with the whole process of purchasing and installing my new whole house generator. The staff were amazing. They get things done. From the sales person to the installation coordinator ( Jaimie ). The installers were polite, knowlegable and friendly and went out of their way to put the panel where I could access it and not have to move my refrigerator which required a lot more work. They went up in my vaulted attic with super tight crawl space in 96 degree weather and came out and cleaned up all with a great attitute, Thats what we get paid for Mrs Browning. Its been years since I had dealt with any company with such good customer service.

Had trouble with Generac solar installed by another company. This was a BIG MISTAKE total nightmare as other company located out of town and had very little knowledge about the system and how it operated or trouble shoot. After numerous attempts still not working properly. Called Generac support said the installer was responsible for service or needed to get another company to take care of all was covered under warranty, We contacted Eau Gallie Electric, certified dealer with Generac, and they came to our rescue. Customer service is alive and well at Eau Gallie Electric everyone we spoke to was friendly, Knowledgeable, and very efficient. Repairs were made solar system now working great. If I were to purchase and install a new solar system I would purchase the whole system, have installed, and serviced by Eau Gallie Electric. BEWARE OF PHONE AND OTHER SOLICITORS THAT OFFER THESE GREAT DEALS.PURCHASE YOUR SOLAR SYSTEM FROM THE SAME COMPANY THAT WILL INSTALL AND SEVICE YOUR LARGE INVESTMENT. Most of these companies, like Generac, have very long warranty periods.Companies like EGE will probably still be around when you need them.

Our small HOA needed assistance with a power issue caused by a contractor for the local power company. Our power lines to our irrigation system were damaged. We needed to repair the lines and find a way to prove the power company was at fault for the damage. The first company we hired was no help at all and charged us hundreds of dollars with no positive results. After getting nowhere from company A, we turned to Eau Gallie Electric. The process took almost a year to complete but in a matter or days Eau Gallie Electric helped us get the power company to temporarily restore power. They helped us find the cause and stuck with us until we could prove our claim. They were terrific! Started off using Eau Gallie, when we relocated our manufacturing facility to Melbourne six years ago, tried a couple of other contractors and came running back! Scheduling is spot on, technicians, only two over the years, have always been professional and cognizant of our facility requirements and have never left a job site dirty. I also have several residential properties that have needed their attention and have never had one bad experience. Installed a generator at my manufacturing facility without any issues, replaced old lighting with flat panel LED Troffer lights and many other small jobs and upgrades. Updated the aluminum wiring in one of my properties and rerouted the wiring through a chase going the the electrical box from the previous owner. Many other calls with quick response and NO ISSUES!! Stop looking for the better price and get what you pay for, professional, timely, done right and a personal investment of your electrical needs.

Since moving into our new home, they have done various things such as adding outlets, installing LED mirrors and ceiling fans, relocating switches, and separating connections to allow individual on/off of previously connected devices. Mike recently came to address a potential incorrect wiring problem (identified by another EGE employee) and found the wiring/gauge/circuits that were placed by the hurricane screen installers was not accurate. EGE sent out someone to fix their assumed error, identified the problem, and helped me communicate the issue to the company responsible. I trust them 100%!!!
