Jarrod from Mr Sparky was polite, punctual and completely informed about all the requirements needed to update my electrical panel. He even showed me many financing options which made the job totally affordable. And the work was performed the very next day, including new feeder lines, conduit, grounding rods, new meter box, new 150 amp breaker box connected to my existing panel, and even sealed my roof after dropping new power lines and conduit through it. I’m still amazed how quickly the job was done and how easy they made it look, thanks Jarrod !!!

In this day and age, it is hard to find quality service technicians who know what they are doing. I needed my landscaping lights reworked. As a 100% disabled senior citizen, I called Mr. Sparky to have an electrician come out and repair or replace them as necessary. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting a young man with impeccable manners, a clean uniform, and a very personable demeanor. He listened to my concerns and expectations. I admit I had to give him a hard time over the estimate, but I know electricians do not come cheap. Octavia went to work, and it was sweltering out, and in a few hours, he was finished. He showed me everything he had done and what parts had to be replaced. Finally, everything was working correctly, and I went out front last night to see our landscape, flag, and wall art all lit up. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky and especially Octavia, a fine young man.

My heroes! The impending storm has me very nervous so I inquired about a generator not expecting to have one in time for Milton. Not only did Mr sparky have one, but Jason and Darian delivered it, they did the hook up outside for me and tested it in the pouring rain..Brandon their manager dropped everything to get this installed for me so I will have power during the storm. Excellent customer service!! They even showed me how to turn it on and left me a direct contact if I have any concerns.

They provided me an estimate of about 4 hours, but they finished in less than 3 hours including waiting 30 minutes for FPL to show up!!!They did an awesome job of installing the new panel and cleaned up EVERYTHING. Nothing left behind. The job was done so well that the City Inspector was even impressed. They were dispatched to fix one light, they not only fix the one light that wasnt working, they discovered a wiring issue and had to fix an additional seven lights. It obviously ended up being a bigger job than anticipated. They were very professional and kind to have taken the time to do the additional repairs. Sparky promised to not charge a fee to diagnose my electrical problem. Brandon came out, diagnosed the problem, but charged me $366. I told him that I was told there would be no charge for the diagnosis. He then took $77 off of the $366. My mistake was paying it. He then said the charge to fix the problem was $855. Initially I agreed, but after thinking how things had transpired, I called Sparky the next day to cancel the appointment. I asked for an email to confirm the cancellation and that took 4 phone calls, three emails and about 6 hours to finally receive the cancellation email. The person I spoke with at Sparky said I should not have been charged for the diagnosis as agreed upon, yet I never received a refund. I’ll certainly not use this vendor in the future.Today, 1/15, I received a call from a manager at Mr Sparky. We reviewed my complaint with the company. He was genuinely concerned about my negative experience with the company and listened to what I had to say. He then offered me a refund. That call totally changed my perception of Mr Sparky as a business. Everyone messes up from time to time, but to have the integrity to admit a mistake is huge.

Kristian was very helpful. He figured out my issue fairly quickly and talked me through some recommendations for future improvements. The price was a bit high for me but without knowing much about electric work I can’t say if they were too pricey. I do feel comfortable knowing the job is done and I have a warranty on the work Kristian did. Also, my home is probably safer which at the end of the day makes the price worth it.

If you are ever in need of, or considering electrical work of any nature, please at the very least give Mister Sparky of Melbourne an opportunity to come to your home or business for an evaluation, or estimate for their services, and as for me as I expect for you, Mister Sparky will demonstrate their professionalism and earn your trust and electrical business large jobs or small. I joined Mister Sparky’s Electrical Club membership and what dividends this pays. Today was my day for my annual electrical inspection and exactly on appointment time, a knock at my door, and two professional electricians donned footwear covers, introduced themselves, came in and detailed exactly what their task was for the day and membership, and I actually had already planned to request their services to install dedicated electrical receptacles in my garage for battery charging needs. This required additional time to perform my request, and Mister Sparky as a team, shifted schedules and was able to install the wiring and needed receptacles! Just incredible. Let me recognize the professional electricians that served me today, Jarrod Boren, Mr. Richard, and the leadership of their manager Mr. Brandon made this all come together. The work was professional, demonstrated operational, and cleaned my garage floor to top everything off. Please as I mentioned in my opening statement, if you are considering professional electrical services give Mister Sparky an opportunity! I promise you that you will echo these comments in your review. I am pleased and honored to say the Jarrod and Richard are my electricians for life! They even comforted me as I was experiencing a PTSD related anxiety/panic attack. Jarrod and Richard never left my side or appeared rushed to not be with me! I called 3 other places and they quoted me thousands and a wait time of a week, but Jerry was able to assess the problem, determine it was a simple fix, troubleshoot an additional short in a plug and fix it all for under $500!
