    Follow up December 2023-Ryan came back out to install more lighting in the rafters of our shop. As usual, timely arrival, neat install, and very efficient. All the thumbs up!June 2023We recently installed a 30x40 shop. This means we contracted a lot of services, and can speak to reliability and arrival times. Wellott’s crew was not only on time, we received text messages when they were on their way, the price was more than fair, and they were very accommodating to our requests.They worked over to make sure the job was done on time, and left the worksite tidier than they found it. We won’t hesitate to call Ryan Wellott for any electrical work in the future. .

    Marcos was awesome! He and his partner fixed up my burned out barn wires and outlet (We used an adaptor for a 220 on a 110, learned the hard way DONT DO THAT) and replaced my outside barn light!     I called Ryan Wellott Electric based of a recommendation from my uncle and I’m so happy I did. They not only got “certified” in Allen to make me a customer but Ryan and his company treated me as a very serious customer and made me feel like a priority. They replaced a recalled electrical panel and did this is a single. They were also very flexible and added outlets where I needed. Recently I started having issues with flickering lights and Wellott Electric got me on the schedule for the following Monday. Ryan came out and troubleshot the issue concluding it was a bad neutral on the city side. Gave me clear instructions and how to resolve and I had a new neutral connection with 2 hours from the city. I highly recommend Ryan and his team for all your electrical needs.

    I had a lightening strike on/near my property that caused a power surge which burned out 2 GFCI surge protector outlets as well as some lights and electronics. Ryan and Woody both came to my home and not only replaced what needed replacing, but also let me know that my electrical panel has a built-in surge protector and that I should contact the manufacturer concerning my loss as they should cover everything under its warranty. Ive since contacted them and have a claim pending. Thank you to these guys for not only getting me back online, but also their amazing professionalism and outstanding service. So glad to know we have such and amazing LOCAL company as Ill be using them again for future needs!! 5 STARS

    I found Ryan via Facebook originally. He came highly recommended on the neighborhood page and I was new to the area. I had some light fixtures to change out and was hoping to have them done before the holidays (it was almost Thanksgiving). One arrived later than expected, but he adjusted and made it happen. He was personable and polite, his prices were fair and reasonable, he cleaned up after he was finished, and most importantly he was patient while I decided the exact height I wanted each fixture.     We had a house built in 2019 that, unfortunately, had breakers installed that have since become known to be faulty. We called Wellott to send someone out due to one of our breakers continuing to flip even with nothing plugged in. Customer service was very nice, and helpful with scheduling, kept us updated on when the technicians would be out, and we were able to get help the very next morning (and that was even with us calling mid-day the day before)!Zack and Marcos came out, diagnoised the problem, and, sure enough, without us even saying anything, confirmed what we had suspected was the issue. They were super professional and friendly, and were honest with us about the problems we had, how they could be fixed, and quotes that we could review the breakdown of. When they offered pricing options, too, they did so without making us feel pressured at all into choosing any particular one (or any at all!), which we also appreciated. Quick, efficient, cordial, honest, and professional! Definitely recommend if you need help with electrical things and want professional, honest people!
